Ebon continued to look up at the sky. His concentration was broken when he heard Blade departing, who was followed by that healer. Obviously he knew something was wrong and was going to try and cure her. That wouldn't help much. Sure, he could possibly cure the wounds inflicted by her magic, but new ones would be made. It's not like the healer could just stop the magic from doing damage just like that. Or maybe he could? Who knows.
The rest of the people went inside the inn as well. The last one to go in, Eni, apologized in a very low tone to him. Why was that? She didn't have to apologize to him for anything. Oh well, she did anyways. She must have though she did something to offend Ebon or something, which in fact she didn't. "You win. I'll go to sleep now..." Ebon said, before turning around and walking into the inn.
His buddies saw him come in and waved at him to go join them in their drinking and such. "I'll have to pass." Ebon remarked as he made his way to the counter to get a room. The clerk gave him two keys, one for him and one for Eni. He saw Eni being hugged by Rina, who appeared to be doing fairly well. When Ebon came close enough to the two, he looked over at Eni. He laid out the key for her room in his palm. "I got you a room. It's the one on your first left after you go up those stairs." With that said, Ebon lightly tossed her the keys. Hopefully she knew what he was talking about.
Soon Ebon was on his way to his room. When he saw Boan come down the stairs, he began to wonder how Blade was doing. She was probably up stairs in her own room, hopefully recovering. He wondered when they'd be leaving next. Probably in the morning. That's when Ebon would get up, at least. Ebon walked up the stairs and then into his room. He turned and looked the door and fell down onto the soft bed, which was actually quite soft. In seconds Ebon was asleep.

((The edited version. :'D))
Eni caught the key with small gasp. She looked at Ebon with confused eyes. She thought Ebon didn't like her, so why did he go and got her a room? Well, she wouldn't have money to afford a room anyways so Eni took it with a smile as she clutched the key to her chest. She didn't really quite catch which one was her room since she was a little zoned out by Ebon's generosity and there was no number on the key.
But that idn't matter right now, Eni didn't want to slep until she knew that Nago had gotten a look at Rina's leg. She hoped the wound hadn't been infected or worse. Why did Blade have to burn the wound for? It would scar the poor girl's skin, leaving a horrendous mark...even if it was only on the leg. Shaking her head with a sigh, Eni looked up at Rani and waited for Nago...
Where was Nago? He had been gone for a while now ever since he followed Blade into the inn. Maybe something was wrong with Blade, well, Eni only puffed her cheeks and told herself that she could care less. Blade brought it upon herself...oh...that was so mean! Eni winced and frowned a little, being angry at someone was so hard!
She watched Boan came down the stairs and blinked at him. Turning toward Rina, Eni said, "Es will go find room. Will you Eni here to wait?" With that, the robed girl went up the stairs in search of her own room. But all the rooms looked identical as Eni tilted her head hopelessly.
Trying the key into the lock, Eni was happy to realize that it opened. She pushed opened the door but was in shock to find that it was occupied already. A little confused in the head, Eni tried the key on the next room and found that the key opened that lock as well. The girl came to the conclusion that all the locks were identical. So much for privacy, Eni thought as she continued down the hall for a room that wasn't occupied so she could assume it was hers.
Opening another lock, Eni felt a familiar aura; it was Ebon. Titling her head with a soft embarassed gasp, she apologized silently for invading Ebon's sleep...well, he looked asleep on his comfy bed. Eni stood at the door for a moment, letting the candlelights into Ebon's dark room. As she watched the figure of Ebon on the bed, Eni started to get more confused. Ebon told her that she won (at least she thought Ebon was talking to her), what did that mean?
Then taking a bold step (even one for someone as clueless as Eni), the robed girl stepped into the room quietly without permission. Walking over to the bed as quietly as possible, Eni shadowed over the sleeping Ebon and whispered, "You are weird..." She studied the man for a moment, knowing very well that any seconds Ebon could bolt up and kill her, thinking that she was an intruder. Well, it was a chance she was willing to risk to get a better look at Ebon.

Aiko took her time to walk back to the Black Smith's shop she had visited earlier that day. With a sigh she lowered her head reaching behind her to pull her scythe over her shoulder. She shifted the staff in her hand so that she could study the blade one last time. She could feel the soft aura of darkness circling the outside of the blade. Almost to the point where she could see the slowly winding stream.
Yes her weapon was sealed so all it did was hold her pass power inside it. It held the darkness that threatens to escape during battle. A seal was always good but this one was reaching its limits. It wouldn't be able to hold any more of her power. She almost shuttered thinking of the type of explosion it would make it the seal was to be broken. Years of her energy placed into this large weapon in front of her were about to be given away. Aiko didn't care she didn't want it. She never asked for it and would never use it.
She ran her fingers along the side of the blade not noticing she had stopped walking. "Why must my life be this way?" she asked herself searching for the answer in her mind. She was trying to be cheerful and her she was thinking badly of herself again. Quickly she hooked her scythe back on her back and quickly made her way to the shop. The faster she got rid of it the better she would feel.
Aiko knocked on the closed window of the shop. Standing on her toes trying to see around in the shop. The old men seemed to pop out of nowhere in front of the door. He smiled lovingly and opened the door with her new hatchets in his hands. They were beautiful and almost unimaginable added by the seal that was writhen on its blade. "Here you are. All done," he smiled holding them out for her to take.
She looked at them dangling from the belt before taking them and wrapping it around her slime cut waist. "Thank you," her cheeks flushed with happiness only seen lightly from her dark complexion. "Here," She unhooked her scythe and took out her money holding it out for him to take. The old man looked at her a little puzzled before he took both of them in his hands. "I want you to have my scythe in return for the two weapons and low pay," Aiko smiled lowering her head.
With a Santa laugh he held the scythe in front of him holding it in the air. Letting it go it fell to the ground. What seemed like a gust off wind hovered under it keeping it from hitting the ground only inches away. "Why not," he grinned as the scythe covered itself in shadows and sank into the ground. "For safe keepings," he looked back at her tapping the right side of her cheek. A small circle showed almost like a beauty mark. With that he turned bedding her good night.
Aiko rubbed her cheek for a moment before turning and running back to the inn. She felt great with a two new weapons and getting rid of her old one. She had so many memories with it but she could always make new ones. Tonight she was reborn in a way...she now wanted to know more about people. Why not? She was joining a group of spawn hunters she giggled slowing down in front of the inn. "I'm going to do it!" She shouted punching the air not caring who looked her way. The two hatchets on her back glimmered in the moonlight of the night. "I'll do it for you mother," she said more softly to herself.

((I love my posts. xD))
Ebon shifted from one side of his body to the other, in his sleep. He was having quite the nice rest, too. It had been a while since he'd slept on such an amazingly comfortable bed. Due to this, Ebon was completely oblivious to the unexpected entrance of Eni. "Awake from your slumber. An unidentified vessel has entered your proximity... Hmmm? This aura... it appears to be E-" The voice that echoed in Ebon's head was cut-off when Ebon's eyes slowly opened up.
There, looming over Ebon, stood Eni. Of course Ebon was still half a sleep and had no idea who she was, and he still thought that he was dreaming! His hand came up and lightly brushed against the side of Eni's left cheek while he pushed himself up with his other hand. "Wow, this feels pretty real... What a dream!" Ebon though to himself, his eyes slowly shutting as he leaned in for a kiss.
"F-Fool!! This is not a dream! That's Eni, you moron!" No more than a centimetre away from Eni's lips Ebon stopped. His eyes opened back up. Slowly they became wider. Suddenly he jumped back, hitting the wall hard and then falling out of the bed, quite unfashionably. "His head crept back up and looked at Eni. Now his back hurt. It definitely wasn't a dream. "S-s-s-orry!" Ebon stuttered out. Due to the incident, Ebon forgot about Eni creeping into his room.

Eni had stood rather completely still throughout the whole Ebon kissing incident. She didn't understand what it meant when someone leaned in closer to your face; she had thought that Ebon was only trying to get a better look at her to figure out who she was...it was pretty dark after all.
The girl winched when Ebon hit against the wall and fell out of the bed rather humorously. Why was wrong with this man!? And not to mention he apologized. Now Eni was only more confused about the whole incident...and more curious.
Stepping closer over to Ebon, Eni looked down at Ebon with a frown. "You are very weird," Eni said as she leaned down and climbed on top of Ebon. Now, Eni leaned toward closer to Ebon's face with bright eyes and asked, "Ebon, what it means to do this?" She figured Ebon would be the right person to ask...after all, he was the only person who had ever done that to her. So propping herself up on top of Ebon with her face inches away from his, Eni waited for sweet ol'Ebon to satisfy her curiosity.

Was he sure it wasn't a dream? Ebon was seconds away from kissing Eni, and she didn't even do anything to react to it! It's like she wanted it. And then when she frowned and called him weird, that just made Ebon more confused. "Weird for not kissing her? Woah. What's she doing? Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah." Ebon thought to himself as Eni made her way on top of Ebon. She leaned close to his face, and asked him what it meant to do that.
What to do, what to do. Ebon didn't want to lie to her, that would just be rude. Plus, she was curious. If he lied to her about it now, she'd might end up offending someone in the future by doing it. "Well, uhhh... It's not exactly what you're doing right now. What I was about to do was kiss you. That's when two people's lips touch each other. It's usually a sign of the two liking each other a lot, or loving each other." Ebon explained.
What would happen now? Did she even understand what a kiss meant yet? Not like Ebon explained it very clearly. He was still pretty uneasy at the fact that Eni was on top of him with her face quite close to his. "This is quite comical. Are you that uneasy with a woman this close to you?"
"...Shut up...."

Eni kept her face close to Ebon as the man explained what he was trying to do. Then she frowned even more and said, "You tried to kiss Es?" Still remaining in her awkward position over Ebon, Eni thought carefully what a kiss meant (according to Ebon anyways). If Ebon was going to kiss her...did it mean that Ebon was liking her a lot or loving her? Eni let out a half gasp, half wheeze at that conclusion...
WHAT!?
Her eyes went wide as her face flushed up a little. Pulling her face away from Ebon's, though still remaining in her prop-up position (since she had that problem with getting up with those weapons on her back), Eni looked away embarassingly. "I can't...move," she whimpered. "Es apologizes." And with that, Eni let out a frightened gasp as she lost her grips on the ground and fell right on top of Ebon.
And again, like a turtle on its back, Eni whined almost fanatically as she tried to get herself off Ebon. How did it come back to this!? She was making body contact with someone of the opposite sex! Oh why did she have to be so darn curious about the "kiss" thing. Pausing her struggle a little, Eni looked up at Ebon and asked, "Please to help?"

Boan had seen Ebon go to a room and decided to go back down the hall to tell the man when they left before he went to bed. He’d seen Eni head into the hallway, probably to get a room, and thought he might as well tell her, too. Boan was going to knock on the door to Ebon’s room but saw it was partially open and pushed his head in.
Inside the room he saw Eni standing over the sleeping man, and wondered what was going on. He made no noise, and she did not move or turn around, so he assumed she was unaware of his presence. He heard her say something but could not clearly hear the words, so he just watched. It looked like Ebon had woken up and was now moving. Boan couldn’t see what he was doing but a few seconds later the man jumped back and hit his head on a wall. That was stupid.
He said something that sounded like an apology and watched as Eni got her face real close to his. Well, this was interesting! There was some more talking but Boan did not hear it, and then Eni pulled back a little bit. She lost her balance not long after and fell on top of the man. Boan decided now was the time, so he pushed open the door and took a few steps in. “Sorry to interrupt this probably embarrassing moment, but I’m supposed to tell both of you that we leave at dawn, so… Yeah… Gonna leave now…” He slowly walked backwards and out of the room, closing the door as he left.
[Bad, fast post.]

((You're a d**k, Rose. xD))
Well, Eni knew what it meant now. She was struggling to get up, perhaps because of those weapons on her back? This was proven when she lost balance on completely fell on top of Ebon. She asked for some help getting up, and right when Ebon was about to pick her up, that Boan person came in.
Ha. He must have been laughing his as off, or at least being quite entertained. Of course, he wasn't the only one entertained. There was Stalior, laughing it's a** off inside of Ebon's head. Oh how that pissed Ebon off. That was until he locked Stalior out. "Bastards...." He wasn't too embarrassed though. Why would he be? Besides hitting against the wall and falling off, of course.
Boan left, and Ebon's attention was drawn back to Eni, who was still on top of him. "Uhh, Yaa. I'll get you up in a sec." Ebon said, as he stood up, easily lifting Eni as he rose. Once up, he lightly place Eni into a sitting position on the bed. He stood back up and looked down at her. "Oh, why were you in here anyways? Did you get lost?"
Ebon continued to look down at Eni. He wondered what she thought of that experience. Did she dislike Ebon more-so now? Or maybe she never actually did, considering she did come into his room. So many questions, yet none of them asked. They would be pointless to ask, in truth. He'd probably find out without asking, anyways.

Eni pouted sadly when Boan came into the picture. It was already bad enough what happened between Ebon and her, why did Boan have to see it too? Sighing silently as she allowed Ebon to help her up and placing her on the side of the bed, Eni wondered how more awkward could things possibly be?
Looking up at Ebon when the man spoke to her but quickly looked back down when he stopped, Eni answered shyly, "The key you give, it opens all the rooms. Es forgot which room so Es all of them tried." Well, she didn't tell Ebon that she was curious about his feeling toward her, that was the main reason why she had ventured into Ebon's room...but Ebon didn't need to know that.
Resting for a short while, Eni stood up quickly and gave Ebon a half bow. "Es apologizes to disturb your sleep," the robed girl said. Giving Ebon a nod, Eni hurried out of the room and stood in the hallway. Leaning against the wall, Eni rubbed her temples and mumbled, "What a weird day!"
Now, it was off to find Rina and Nago...again.

Aiko pushed the doors to the inn open slowly poking her head inside. The bangs of her jet-black hair shift slowly in front of her deep green eyes. She giggled happily full of energy yet extremely tired at the same time. Maybe she was just happy to have gotten two new weapons. She was sure if she were to lie in her bed she would be out cold, rapidly. Slowly she made her way into the inn patting her side. Still she hasn't saw Blade to let her knew she would be joining them. It was fine she would let her know after she gained some much needed rest.
Biting her bottom lip she made her way to the stairs walking towards her room. Passing Boan with out a glance her tiredness had finally taking over her the closer she got to her room. Her mind was also lost in thought running through many of its dark chambers. She quickly unlocked her door walking inside as Eni made her way out of Ebon's room. Once in her room she unhooked the two axes and placed them on the side of the bed. Pacing slowly she untied her hair letting it fall down her back. Aiko then sat on the edge bed hopping a little and kicking her shoes off. Her body sank into the soft comfort of the bed showing her its softness.
"A bed," she tossed herself back with her feet still hanging off the side of the bed. She hadn't lit any candles so it was dark. Her only light was the gentle light of the moon that bounced off her green orbs onto her bed and floor. She sighed closing her eyes on her way into a deep sleep. She had so much on her mind it was hard yet easy to fall asleep. She wasn't sure of what she wanted to do. The bed was beyond comfortable but with her legs hanging off the side she couldn't see herself fall asleep. She had already grown to lazy to pull herself up right onto the bed. Instead she hummed to herself, blinking in surprise to feel something wet slid down the side of her face and into her ears.
Tears?! Why was she crying? Was it a sign of change? She hasn't cried in a long time. The last tears that fell from her eyes were when her family was destroyed by Tidal. What were the tears for now? She didn't know herself. Quickly setting up she rubbed at her eyes only to have more tears replace them. Why the hell was she crying silent tears?

Rina had did as Eni asked and stayed were she was. The healer had left somewhere, so she had nothing really to do. The sleep that had attacked her the whole time left without a word. The blonde's wound was being the burn and itch. Many times she tried to scratch it, but Rani always grabed her hand. Finally Rani got tired of stopping her and just said, "If you scratch it, it'll just open and bleed again. Then it'll make a terrible scar. I know how much you love scars." Rina's heart froze. The girl had never had a scar in her life, though she had always gotten hurt. He body never liked scars either. They seemed to just vanish at the healing of the wound. Heeding to Rani's words, Rina didn't try to scratch it agian.

Boan saw another woman, the one he’d seen outside when he was talking to Eni, head to her room. Was she part of the group? He could tell she knew at least some of the people Blade had managed to round up to take down the spawn because they looked comfortable-ish around her, and he was sure he’d heard the woman talking to Eni just before he left. Better safe than sorry, right? Boan hated that phrase. He made his way to the room the woman had just entered and knocked. He wanted to get to her before he told everyone else because they weren’t going to bed yet. Hearing no response to his knock, Boan opened the door just slightly, hoping that a knife would not be thrown at him.
Inside he saw her just as she sat up and started rubbing her eyes. Wow. People did really weird crap when they were alone. He was kind of afraid of what he might find if he opened the next door. “Uh, sorry… for… interrupting, but I’m supposed to tell you that we leave for the mountains at dawn. If you’re with our group, that is. I don’t… nevermind. I’ll just go now.” He closed the door and took a quick step backward. She looked like she was crying. She would probably hate him. Well, s**t happens.
“All right people, we leave at dawn. Have your s**t ready or get left behind!” He yelled out, sure that everyone could hear him. Boan was way too lazy to go around telling everyone individually. So what if a few people woke up? “And don’t disturb Blade.”
After that Boan just headed to one of the rooms he knew was empty, crushed the lock, went inside, and pushed the heavier pieces of furniture in front of the door. He would pay the people for the room and for the lock tomorrow. Boan removed most of his clothes, except for his boxers, and hopped into bed. He spent most of his time before he fell asleep thinking about what Blade looked like naked, but his very last thought before sleep took him was not of Blade, but of banana muffins. Warm, delicious banana muffins.
And then he passed out.
[I know they probably didn't have boxers then, but who cares? They didn't talk like this either.]

||Banana muffins and naked women. rolleyes
Time skip~!||
When Blade woke up it still wasn't quite dawn yet. It was very early in the morning, maybe in about another hour or so the sun would come up. She edged her eyes open but didn't move, her body feeling too heavy to move. She'd fallen asleep on the floor... instead of that perfectly comfortable bed that was right there beside her. Damned illness! She took in a deep breath and sighed before pushing herself up from the floor slowly. Her mouth tasted like blood. She rubbed her forhead with her palm for a few moments before she drew herself up, swaying for a few moments before she could finally stand without tipping over. She needed a bath. Blade exited her room and went down to where the kitchen was, paid for her bath, took it and then returned to her room to gather her things.
Now Blade sat down at a table with a plate of food in front of her. She was absolutely starving, but she had a horrible head ache too. She wasn't feeling very spicy that morning. She needed water, and that was what she was waiting for. She was dehydrated. When Blade finally had her water she started eating what was on her plate, clean and fast. Within what seemed like moments the food was gone and there she sat, happier and drinking water. Blade briefly left the inn to head off to buy some things from the places that were still open. When she got what she wanted Blade moved off to a place where no one could see her and sewed a cloth with lead wrapped inside of her collar this way Boan couldn't see through it. She put it back around her neck, went back to the inn and into her room, and then removed her clothes and put very light light metal armor over her chest. No boobs for Boan if he tried to look through her clothes again. As for the lower region of her body, she just hoped that he couldn't see through the cloth material that she'd bought.
With all of these things done Blade went back down to the lobby and gave out a might yawn, happy that her mouth no longer tasted like blood. It was time to go now, the sun's light was just beginning to peep itself over the horizon. Hopefully everyone would be waiting for her downstairs, time to go.
