In the back of his mind, he openly thought, "I'll still take you down", with a mental laugh cold as the Gaian ice caps. "well then i choose sword" saying that he pulls out his katana and readies it. "ready when you are lord".

Lord_Rurouni_Kenshin4510 Kenshin motioned him on with the gesture of his hand. seeing the gesture raistlin attacked swinging with the first blow to the side but only to be blocked, then he followed up with a strike to the head then being blocked again then jumping back,"master if you want to see something new here you go" stretching his free arm out he aimed it at kenshin. focusing pass him a orb of fire formed and was shot at him.

Swordmaster-Raistlin Lord_Rurouni_Kenshin4510 Kenshin motioned him on with the gesture of his hand. seeing the gesture raistlin attacked swinging with the first blow to the side but only to be blocked, then he followed up with a strike to the head then being blocked again then jumping back,"master if you want to see something new here you go" stretching his free arm out he aimed it at kenshin. focusing pass him a orb of fire formed and was shot at him. ((ooc: remember when it comes to combat, attempt to make your move, but let the opponent counter if you have that in mind. )) Grinning, kenshin merely stepped aside. "Impressive..." He said, sounding not at all like what he explained. Kenshin thrust his hands in front, forming an incredile flaming orb. Purposely, he made it come slower so as to let Raistlin dodge it.

Raistlin had rushed into the battle too headstrong. Kenshin, predicting what Raistlin might do, caught the orb in one hand and caught Raistlin with the other, grabbing him by the shoulder and briskly sucker-punching the ice orb into his stomach. He twisted it letting the crudely-formed ice burn his stomach with frostbite.
Stepping back, Kenshin said not a word, just smirked. He stood in an almost mocking manner like he was waiting impatiently, with his hands in his pockets, for something interesting to happen.

Kenshin, predicting what Raistlin might do, caught the orb in one hand and caught Raistlin with the other, grabbing him by the shoulder and briskly sucker-punching the ice orb into his stomach. He twisted it letting the crudely-formed ice burn his stomach with frostbite.
Stepping back, Kenshin said not a word, just smirked. He stood in an almost mocking manner like he was waiting impatiently, with his hands in his pockets, for something interesting to happen. letting out a scream as he flew back and into the wall. slowly he lifted himself to his knees and slowly to his feet still hunched over grabing his stomach. lifting his eyes to kenshin his vision blury his head was burning, but not from the hit. something felt as if it was awoken inside of him. grabbing his head his eyes quickly changed cat like then back to normal. taking his katana out of the ground he got ready again. his mind was racing and not knowing why he continued focusing on kenshin. "this is not good, i need to at least lay a hit on him" he mummbled to himself. he charged at kenshin again intending to do a mid shot with his katana and then following up with kick to his legs.

Kensin stood his ground. Again, Kenshin watched Raistlin almost as if he were in slow motion, ducked, and saw him lose his balance from missing his mid-shot attack. Kenshin lifted his leg above his head and kicked Raistlin right in the back of the head, now smirking even more. Kenshin still said not a word, standing his ground like a statue. Kenshin thought to himself, "The boy's strength has indeed increased, and ablities reached new heights, but he continues to lack strategy, which is probably what landed him here weaponless in the first place..."
