She looked up at Tou. She felt a bit like bouncing about and maybe laughing or glomping someone, as she did when she was an infant. But she held it in. ...but she smiled. A big smile, hidden by her skull but glittering in her eyes. "Yes...Tou."

Tou giggled happily, giving Chiyo a quick cuddle hoping she wouldn't mind.
"Your mum will have a happy fit when she sees AND hears you! " she said, stroking the adult's stripy tail.

She accepted the cuddle, and even giggled a bit when Tou mentioned Claia. "Hmm...yes. Surprise."

She nodded in agreement.
"Yes, surprise! So, you still want to go about with my mum, me, or other monkeys?" she said, hoping she'd be in the same group as Chiyo.

"Ah..." she voiced meekly. She thought about it for a few moments.
She could speak now.
But...not very well.
Still...it was speaking.
But she sounded like a baby.
Yeah, but Jamie was right, she was learning fast.
She argued in her head, concentration on her face. "Tou...maybe I...just one. Or maybe can two. Maybe...you?"

Tou's face wrinkled up in thought; something she does alot nowadays.
"Just me and you? Is that what you mean?" she asked, head tilted and paws curled aroud the seatbelt.

The purple nodded enthusiastically.
"That's right! All that made perfect sense, your getting better by the minute!" Tou encouraged, and also agreeing with Chiyo again.
"Yes, we'll possibly need another person to help build a sandcastle" she added. "What about looking at the rock pools and collecting shells?"

"Shells....fishies...no good big group." she muttered tenderly. "Fishie...like small. S-s...scare big." She could imaging the fish swimming around in circles in her mind, peering at her with small, bright eyes.

Tou nodded, secretly very happy. She wanted to spend some 'quality' time with Chiyo; she found her very funny and eager to learn.
"Oh, ok. Just me and you then, or you and my mum?" Tou said, poking Chiyo's tummy playfully.

Chiyo frowned, considering. "J-Jamie...is watching...others. Yes? So...me and Tou only." she smiled and nodded.
"Ahhh, poke!" she cried in surprise and let out a laugh that seemed strange in her throat. She was extremely ticklish, and protectively curled her arms around her belly.

Tou let out a loud snort-giggle-snort as Chiyo laughed. It sounded so sweet coming from her.
"Ok then, just me 'n you. And we can go splashing in the sea and look for shells, and give the pretty ones as presents for your mum and sister. Your sister likes pink, doesn't she?" she said, wriggling up against the window of the car incase Chiyo decided to get her tickling revenge.

She loosened up and smiled. "Yes. Aspyn...lots pink..." she said, emphasizing the "lots." She always loved her sister's fur, because it was always so shiny. "Get pink shell Aspyn, yes. And red for mom."
Then glancing Tou up and down, looking for an openeing, she sighed. She found nowhere to tickle her. "Argh...fair not." she pouted with a tiny giggle.
