As the Trio proceeded towards their destination, Jarik glanced skyward. a trio of head hunters were tailing them from above. "Like a damn pack of vultures." he mutterd."If only the training mission was to vape those basterds."

Kefka followed the path to the waypoint with no trouble except for the Ruby Squadron pilots looming overheard.

Kefka decided to keep his sensors off for bonus points and had to rely on the viewport to see when he reached the faux caravan. Quickly arming the fake proton bombs, he turned and activated the bombing reticle, and let loose two bombs. He strained down and turned for another pass and saw that his target hit mark.

Two down, one to go .
By now, the convoy was moving at an accelerated pace, and Kefka swiveled his hopper to in circles, then suddenly dove down at one caravan and dropped the bomb at an angle. Looking down, he saw smoke and fire, and he grinned and pulled up.
Thumbing the com, he wondered why Logar and Jarik hadnt started their bombing runs yet.
"Skipper, whats up?"

((crap, here goes. have no idea what Im doing, nor whats really going on.with my last breath I curse Zoidburg.))
Jarik glanced nervously at his bombader's raticle, only vaguely comprehending what it was telling him. he zoommed over the convoy, and hastily dropped a pair of bombs. having failed to angle his shot properly, his only reward was the detonation of tatooine real estate.
"Sith this." he muttered. he looped his ship around for a second pass. adjusting his laser's strength, he "marked" it with his cannons and used the targeting data to eyeball his shot. not taking chances, he dropped a trio of bombs and saw he hit the target."Bout damn time."

((( Ok ... I feel slightly awkward, being back at the base and all. sweatdrop I guess now is as good a time as any to enter the scene ... ))
Stifling a yawn, Zendia sipped from her sweating container of stim tea, absently listening to Orrin give orders to the trio allready on the run.
"How are they doing?" she asked the man, in a tone a mixture of concern and idle curiosity.

The radar room was going to grow chaotic. Orrin glanced at an old fashioned stopwatch, muttering under his breath. However, those words, however inappropriate, was not the words most people heard.
"How long does it take to get those ships moving? I don't have all day! Beta flight, report to the on-deck hangar, your ships are prepped! Move you maggots! Com! What's the status on Imp activity? Scanning crew! Check on their perameters, I know they need to keep moving, and in that small area! Let's get this show on the road! BETA FLIGHT, GET TO THAT HANGAR, OR BE CONSIDERED DEAD TO THE IMP NAVY!"
In full accordance though, he darted around the room. Well, tried to dart. Its quite burdensome to do much darting with a leg shackle tied to the most irritating spot in the room.

Zendia hastily made way to the hangar, barely pausing only briefly to toss the disposiplast container in the nearest waste receptacle.
Her dead sprint continued, and stopped at the nearest command officer on deck.
"What's the sit rep, sir?" She asked the officer. "Anything I should know before hitting the sky?"

Swinging around for another pass, Kefka let down another bomb, which didnt destroy the second van. Swiveling on the axis, he led his hopper downward, and let two more bombs rain down, destroying the convoy. He pulled up, with five bombs left.
"What say we take three each?" he commed over to Jarik and Logar.

"Three?! hell I can barely hit one! I ain't no bomber! Im a dogfighter!" Jarik replied. he cursed as he tried another pass, doing much the same as before but only dropping one bomb. the blast grazed the target enough to detonate it.

"Allright fine, I'll take your third"
Kefka dove down, spiraling as he went and dropped three bombs close to two of the targets, damaging them both. Cutting the throttle and dropping and turning, he dropped his final tweo bombs, detonating the two targets.
"We're clear save for Logar"

Time flew by and before he knew it, they had reached the hangar again, and the training was over. With Jarik and Logar at his sides, they marched back to the command room for the reports.
