Arts: Ice manipulation and Illusion

Character Looks: She has silver colored hair that is in a rather unusual cut, it is cut just along her jaw line up until about her ears and then there is a small patch on either side where the hair is long enough to reach down to her chest. Her eyes range in color depending on the magic she is using, her normal eye color ranges from a dark aqua color to a light brown color depending on the clothing she is wearing. When working her magic her eyes can range from vivid colors of red, orange and even black in some cases. She stands about five feet, five inches tall and is rather thin for her size. She usually wears flowing gowns or clothing that allows her easy movement. In her angel form she has wings that sprout from her back and reach a length of six feet in either direction.

Alignment: Neutral

Personality: She is rather shy and tends to like to keep to herself. Once spoken to, however, she will take up a conversation with almost anyone. When she finds that she does not like a specific person or someone has insulted her, instead of talking down at them and forcing them to apologize, she walks away. She always makes sure that those around her like her, and even though she doesn’t ask for them to respect her; she hopes that they will have some sort of level of respect for her as she does for them.

History:

- Childhood -

As a child, Raine took mostly to herself since she found that she was much different from her friends. When she was six years old, she met Sakura Railey and the two became quick friends. She had been quite happy in meeting Sakura because she had always felt like the outcast. Sakura gave her a pleasant surprise one day when she showed her that she too was different from the other children. As a young girl, Raine learned to fly. Her father being an angel and her mother a human, they had both been surprised that she had been able to spread her wings and fly at all. It was thought to them that a half angel would be able to have wings but they would be unusable.

- Ice Magic -

When Raine was in middle school she started attending magic courses-. It was during these courses that her professors noticed she had quite a talent in ice manipulation. They had spent a month on the manipulation of ice and other elements, and Raine had been the only one able to create the more intricate of things. Raine took this knowledge into consideration and made sure that she honed her skills in manipilation so that she would be able to use it to protect herself or even just for creative art. When she was eighteen years old, her family had been attacked by a band of thieves while out on the street. With her ice she was able to create a weapon to protect her family with, it was with this weapon that she saved not only her family's life but perhaps others. It was during that time, in the small town where she lived, that there had been a band of thieves just like these who were robbing families of not only their belongings, but their lives as well.

- Illusion -

At the age of four, Raine had first shown signs of being able to create strange illusions. At first her parents believed it to be nothing really, until she was ten years old. At this age she would actually sit her parents down and give them a show of what she had learned from her magic. It took many months to completely create different aspects of an illusion, but soon she was able to create such things as a storm, even inside of her own house. And when she was done with the illisions everything would go back to exactly the way it was. Her family was pleased with her personal training of this magic, and allowed her to keep it up as long as she made sure to practice her other school skills. She later would realize that it was this skill that would allow her to alter the way her own wings would look, whether they look like scaly, furry or covered in feathers.

Relationship to Main Character: She and Sakura joined the school together, they previously had attended the same schools together as children. Raine adores Sakura, even though on occasion Sakura tends to want to be alone.

Any weapons/armor you have: A pair of knives that appear almost as if they are crescent moons, they have handles in the middle between two curved blades that curve outward.

Character Flaws: She can be too trusting of others sometimes, and ends up hurting herself in the process of believing them in the middle of a lie. Her illusion magic is not perfected and sometimes can take a lot out of her after doing any one particular spell for too long.

Personality: is shy and laid back he likes to read alot and develope his powers but like a good fight too. he is ssilent around paople when he first meats them but once you get to now him he starts to show more of how he realy is.

History (if your character has one): kar was not born but created by an alchemist in a large village. he was origanily created as a dragon His body was created using alchemy but his soul was once that of the the great celestial dragon, Darius. because his body was created with alchemy it was alot stronger and more durable than most dragons but the spirit in Darious inside him only made him stronger. Kar had gained all of the magik and strenth of Darious but at first did not know how to use it. he knew though that Darious powers were limitles so kar knew his were too. He is always training to get better at useing his powers. The alchemist who created him knew that the village people would kill Kar if they found out he was a dragon so the Alchemist made kar a special collar. This collar transformed kar into a Human as long as he had it on. As a side affect though it limited Kars powers. Still though even with the collar Kars powers were still greatest powers on the planet. he lived out his childhold training and studing hidspowers. he did not have any freinds and was always called the 'weird kid' at skool. he then came to ria high with the hopes that he wouldn't have to hide his powers.

His eyes are a light golden color and glow in the dark, like a cat. His kanine teeth are much longer than most humans, but they dont dangle from his mouth. He's tall and skiny (5'9, 124lb)

Personality: He's short tempered most times, and his mood and personality changes alot. It depends on what people he hangs arround and what's been happening in the past few days. Before you get to know him, most get the feeling he's mean and will attack you at any moment, but once you do get to know him some see he's not such a bad guy, but he's still short tempered and easily annoyed. Don't get on his bad side, you'll never hear or see the end of it.

History (if your character has one): Zach had an... "odd" life, His dad was a drunk, and his mom did drugs, so many she wouldn't even know who she was some days. His dad would beat him mom, him, and his brother every day when he came home. They lived far from life, besides the animals and plants arround their house, so they didn't have anyone to help them. Zach was sick of how they were treated, and ashammed he had a drunk a** dad and a druged mom, so he took his brother by the arm and ran away from home when it was dark, his dad passed out on the floor and their mom bleeding in the master bedroom, bust fast asleep. They were both arround the age of thirteen now when this happend. After running away they set out to go up in the mountains to practice the powers they've already known they've had. They've known about their powers ever since birth. While they were up in the mountains they found a village and desided to live in that village for some time, up until they heard about ria high. They sent in there aplications and soon found out they were accepted.
