I understand, but it wasnt a problem then, and it should be up to the owner who co-owns who. Im not trying to start trouble, dont get me wrong. But I thought this thread was an agreement so certs didnt have to be edited. W/E. I'll wait till Sirenz decision

well thats not the case. This thread is for agreements so if issues arise as they have in the past between co-owners, we have a foundation of an agreement they agreed on and quoted to rule on the case by. Thats why this thread was created and has become a requirement.
temp ownerships are rather ridiculas....I don't mean any offense but they are...its usually better to do it perm. or give them a basket when you breed....I understand you have good intentions and thats admirable, but....how many times is this same soq gonna be co owned? or others? and then other people will start doing it on a temp basis and it will eventually create a problem...I'm trying to stop a problem before it begins.
I realize you probably didn't mean offense with the "W/E" but I do find that rude and disrespectful when anyone does it like that, so please try not to use that when speaking to staff.

*Reads back.* As to not cause conflictation, I will resign from co-owning. I wish not to get anyone into trouble and I'm confident that someday I will get my own Soquili. ^_^ I do thank Buffy for offering the Co-Ownership of Micah. It was fun, but I wish not to be trouble. *Bows.* Thanks again Buffy.

I'm still waiting on Sirenz. I guess I need to pm her again. I'm not trying to be mean hun..I know its a first for you...*sighs* its just that it does cause some conflict with how she is doing it with temp ownerships and more then 1 co-owner for the pet...temp ownerships are somwething I need to discuss with sirenz.

I, tani duh, am giving co-ownership of this beautiful basket to Dinyana.
When Din gets one of her own Soquili this contract will be null in void.
RP Rights: When he/she grows, we will both have full RP rights.
Mating/breeding: We will discuss mates and breeding when the time comes, all matings and breedings must be approved by me first. In case of a breeding, the breeding basket will go to Din.
Because of some conflict in earlier posts: Din will be the only co-owner ever of this basket.
Anything else major will need to be run by me before it takes place. Thank you. ^o^
On a side note/Not exactly part of the agreement:
If there is a problem with this and you (Mialee, Sirenz, etc.) desire that temporary co-ownerships are not allowed, then I will talk with Dinyana. I know she spends a lot of time in the thread and would like to RP which is something that I feel someone should not be declined just because they don't haven't had the best luck or don't have the funds to buy one. But seeing as it is my first basket ever I am very reluctant to hand over full ownership. sweatdrop I'm not trying to go against what you're saying Mialee or anything and i mean no offense in posting this agreement... sweatdrop

 I, TWizTed_SoUl, am co-owning Kai Liu with -TS- Alex. ~RP rights are hers. ~Lifemating with Chepi Angeni will be kept unless otherwise decided. ~Breeding rights are shared. _In all breedings, if there are three baskets, one will go to Alex, one will go to Chepi Angeni or mares owner, and I request full ownership of the third. If two baskets, one will be co-owned between Soul and Alex, and one will be given to the mare's owner.

- She has all breeding/mate finding/RPing rights.
- I have no say in what she does with him unless she wishes to consult me
- In the event that Dagi cannot keep him, he will be returned to me

ok tani! but can you have her post agreeing to the agreement? I'll stick it in pending for now ^^ and uhh..lemme check on it but I think temp ownerships are not being allowed anymore...I'll find out 100% for sure though and let everyone know

k spoke to Sirenz and she said temp ownerships are not to be allowed at all. Sirenz No we shouldn't allow that. It would confuse the pets more than anything and be unfair.

I, Shariea am Giving CO-Ownership of Shiva to AlmightyAce.  Ace will retain soul roleplay rights, I will step down from roleplaying and anything done Via RP is all under Ace's controll. I have a say if there will be a mate or any breeding done with shiva at all, Must be asked about it so on and so forth. Ace will retain rights to the first basket should there be any breeding done with Shiva. The basket will be theirs and theirs alone should they choose not to co-own the basket with another. IN case there is a 3rd basket, all parties involved in the breeding should speak about who gets it. (Including the stallion's owner/s) The second breeding if there is a breeding will be Mine and Mine alone. In the event there are 3 (or more should she reach elder) all parties involved should talk about what will go to whom at that time. In the event there is a third basket from a third breeding. Ace and I will talk, and if so deemed will either keep the basket or hold a contest to give it to a quester. These are the guildlines I have laid down for Co-owning Shiva.
