Ulla stayed quiet, unsure how to interact with this person. She has dreamed of this day, where she would get to speak and walk alongside her biological mother. But, she had to repetitively remind herself...this wasn't hers. Ulla looked to her comrades to break her out of her own mind, then back to her mother as she expressed concern. "Sorry. But we are kind of on a time crunch. That we can't really wait on an arranged meeting." She said as she looked at the adventurers and other scientist. All of them looked so real, she especially starred at her father. He looked almost like Leon, just a lot more buffer and not so exhausted.
"Did you say you were here looking for proof of your innocence? Does that mean you'll be wandering further into the tower?"
The Fairy Child turned back to the women and noticed her concern. "I'll be fine. It's not like I can't hold my own, and if I can't. I have the others I can rely on." She said with a smile as to not to concern her mother. "Even if you haven't seen any video archives. Any lab reports that you have would also help. Would you happen to have any experience working with Ein as well?" She asked, wondering what her story was like. From what the child knew, Ein tried to use his mother to get to the Fairy Realm to spread the shadow virus. Because her parents met a tragic end, Ein's planned were halted.
Ulla then looked at the Pokemon that had them stuck in the Trick Room. Poor things. She couldn't help but feel their pain as she had a small of amount of her Fairy Channeling swirl around the Pokemon to heal their wounds slightly so they wouldn't be in danger. "You think if we took a photo of these Pokemon, to show what kind of stuff Ein has done. It will help our case?" She asked as a question started forming in the back of her mind. She pushed her thought to the back as she started looking around for an exit. This facade of her parents being here, was starting to take a toll on the girl.

“Alright, while you look through that, I’ll do some of my own looking. See if I can’t track down where Ogerpon and that Type: Null ran off to. Hopefully they went to a way out of here.” I said, shifting Tristen a bit so I had a better hold on him. “Just hang on, Tristen…” I would then make my way off, trying to scour for anything out of the ordinary, even so much as a way out of here.
As the others scoured for information or a way out, Null found itself in a precarious situation with the Oni well on his case. Unable to defend itself that well as it tried to make its way down the pipe, the artificial Pokémon found himself getting entangled by the vines. Type: Null instinctively latched down with its claws, trying to not succumb to Ogerpon’s stunt but then yelped once the force was too much to withstand. The Pokémon found itself back where he started, slammed back into the air vent. Null pushed itself back onto his feet, shaking his head, having the feeling of whiplash with it forcefully flung in such a fashion. Well, the good news was that it was back inside. Bad news was…it wasn’t as timid about fighting back anymore now that it wasn’t going to plummet to its doom. As soon as Ogerpon was back in herself, Null would lash out, empowering its claws for a Crush Claw, going to pin Ogerpon down and break this Oni. One way or another.

Reno heard Ulla's question and couldn't suppress the sigh he let out. "As much as it might be helpful to get images of what Ein did out there, all those photos would end up being is ammunition against us." Looking down at the two Pokemon he was at least attempting to help ease the pain of, he continued, "All SWIPE would say and all that would get across is 'look at the horrific things Snagem was obviously involved in.' No matter how much dissenting opinions came up. Especially if a certain Champion spoke up on the against side." Looking up again, he would turn towards Ulla's mother. A few ideas would be swirling in Reno's head as the realization they lacked any further map past this point, they still had three other groups out there, and there was good odds that someone would be hunting them to finish her initial job. While they could certainly attempt to set off into the labyrinthine structure with whatever map they could scavenge together, the rooms would be a complete mystery for contents. Plus this expedition group getting back might alert Cynthia to where they are if she was hanging back to await any escapees, giving another threat on top of whatever Realgam Tower had within it. Heading back made the most sense. Especially if he would end up able to mentally ambush the woman. He had to check something this time, see if she needed a thorough fungicide introduction.
"We'll head back with you. Theres too many of us scattered around inside this place and if we keep trudging forward without a map, it almost feels impossible that we would just happen to cross paths with them." Reno commanded, looking around at the rest of his group to see if there was any pushback.
----
Leslie would let out a yelp as the room continued its efforts to throw her around, even as Darts did his best to bite back verbally. "Sorry that I thought anyone seeing your ostentatious a** would recognize you without prompting, part-timer!" Leslie shouted back, her attention off the floor long enough for her to have no immediate response to it pulling away. Continuing to kick her legs and maintain her motion for a second, the Tinkaton hybrid would soon realize her situation as she looked down towards the spikes and the concept of gravity decided to reassert itself. From her position above where Crystal would be falling, she would hope that the Solgaleo hybrid could handle the spikes below as she saw the walls around them beginning to close in. Bringing her hands close and drawing them behind her back, she hoped that channeling her energies into an axe handle strike on the one wall would be enough to break the thing before it could finish crushing them.
And as her hands began to glow pink and passed over her shoulder, so too would the impact crater that Crystal had made moments ago. And then Leslie would begin to Play Rough, her hammer slamming home against the right wall before rebounding to smash against the left wall and the process repeating itself as the cartoonish hybrid put her one ton hammer to use on mashing the oncoming pillars to pieces. At some point in her uncontrollable hammer, the question would eventually to Leslie of how exactly did she have her hammer?

[Group One]
"Of all the times to not even have a Pecha Berry to our name... and I didn't think to take any of the few supplies Monique and I did get," Cera lamented, looking back at the computer.
"Hard to travel anything other than light when you're running for your life," Amaranth added, still tapping away. "All I have's whatever I could fit in a pocket. So, you know, mostly Pokeballs... ah! Here we... are..."
As she skimmed the list of files and notes, the first ones to catch her eye were the ones on herself and Cera. Then XD002, S-22... her eyes would shift to see the stack of CDs before she made a point to save looking through anything more personal for later. Taking a deep breath, she'd look into the notes about the failed subjects. "Guess that really was more than a number... er."
As soon as she got to S-17, she'd stop, recognizing Agent White's appearance from all the glimpses within the past week or so. "Cera, you're... seeing this, right?"
The Mew's jaw had dropped as it was, stunned silent for a moment. She wasn't quite sure who- let alone what- Agent White was, but the idea that he was part of Ein's experiments never crossed her mind before now. "Yeah, I am... and he seemed pretty alive to me when we fought him."
"...there's gotta be more, what about this file?" She'd look at XD002's file next, Cera grimacing as the video played. That was certainly the Ein she remembered, alright. Mad science, cursing those in his way and all. No Snagem involvement unlike what SWIPE's info suggested, unless one wanted to count her DNA being used against her will as 'involvement'.
"...Ammy, think we can take this info to go?" Cera spoke up after the video ended. "We don't have a lot of time and I'd... rather not keep looking at any more of Ein's horrors than we need to."
"Right, yeah... let me copy it over. This might be our best bet against the stuff SWIPE's claiming they dug up." Without another thought, Amaranth had taken one of the CDs and put it into the drive after dealing with the dust. No sooner than she'd started the copying process had a certain sheep made herself known, bleating and forcing her arm to move is response. "Ah! Hello there," she said, curiously looking at the Flaaffy putting herself between her and Cera. Having to wait for the console to finish, she'd gently rub at one of the sheep's ears, hoping to avoid potential shocks.
"Can't say I blame wanting a little comfort after everything... I know I stuck really close to Sub and Sol after they got me out."
"Probably better than me sitting out in Mt. Battle because it was the only place that felt safe. Confused, scared... doubt you'd have anywhere to go either, huh?" After a few more seconds of ear rubs, her free hand would get a Heal Ball out of her pocket before letting it expand and holding it out. "You don't have to stay with us, but this place isn't safe and we need to find a way out ourselves. So if you want, we'll make sure you're taken somewhere that is."
Regardless of Flaaffy's decision, the crash from Type: Null going right back through the vents into the room would catch their attention, Sharpedo gesturing towards it as Cera looked over. Just in time for the fight to continue, too. "I think we found where they went..."
"Blizz, that one was caught, right? Can't it be recalled?" Of all the times Amaranth wished a computer would work a little faster here, this would certainly be one of them.
[Group Four]
"Ah, you're back with us," Sol remarked, noting the shift in Monique's voice returning to normalcy. His focus otherwise remained on the hurting Pokemon, grateful for what Reno and the researchers could manage. "Unfortunately, I can't say field medic's a hat I'm terribly equipped for either..." He wasn't sure how much the efforts would stabilize either of them, let alone the fine balance between that and them being forced to bring the Trick Rooms up again, but he'd stand back up as the conversation continued.
"Even if they'd be used against us, it's still proof and information worth having," he commented after Reno's dismissal. "Can't exactly guarantee any of the others having similar luck when we don't know what rooms they ended up in. Still, I agree the safest solution for all of us would be to travel together. Limited info or no, you know more of this tower than we do, and we know more of Ein's machinations. And as a bonus, it should assuage some parental concerns if this is agreeable. Anyway, as for these two..."
Gently, Sol would lift Slowbro to their feet. "Iffy as their survival is, they're probably best off with us too. Collars like those might force them to try putting the Trick Rooms back up too... with their weight, it may be better avoiding the risk altogether and getting them into a ball after all. Either way, we better get moving sooner rather than later."

Atlantis_Darts Group Two:Leslie's pleas would come too little too late - ATHRA probably would have believed that had they not just been proven liars to the AI moments before hand about the invasion, logically it didn't see a reason to not just crush these people now and sort out the issues with Ein later. He often believed in things like 'unavoidable casualties'. The floor below both hybrids would open up as the pillars they were standing on move left and right, dropping them straight down onto what would quickly look like spikes, the bricks twisting and reshaping into triangular points. The walls would also come back together at the same time, attempting to simultaneously skewer and mash the girls all at once. “I was legitimately curious about ATHRA, considering the similarities between it and a Stakataka,” Crystal defended herself reflexively, not giving a second to consider whether it was her or Leslie Darts was berating. Her attention would immediately shift to the opening, though, and where the door should have been. Instead, she got to watch the door go on its own adventure through the totally not building blocks of the room, losing them their intended way out of the room. “Great. Just great,” she muttered, looking to figure out where she was in the room, and where that third door was. The group needed this room to stabilize to be able to get out. However, getting through to ATHRA wasn’t going to be possible, Crystal was fairly certain. ATHRA had deemed them invaders, and unless they had one real silver tongue, they probably weren’t going to get it to change its mind. Computers and AI’s had a server, though. GRAY resided in one, and ATHRA almost certainly had one as well. Maybe that’s where that third door led, and maybe, just maybe, they could shut ATHRA down and get everything back sorted out. The hybrid’s attempt to get moving in that direction would be halted rather effectively, though, by the floor getting dropped up from under both her and Leslie. Crystal would once again make herself a platform to keep herself from being impaled, but that wouldn’t be the end of it for her. The walls would come to crush the hybrid as well as well, just in case the spikes didn’t do it. When in doubt and all that. Crystal would take a wide stance and braced to catch the two walls coming in for her. The hybrid’s teeth grinded as she struggled to keep the blocks from crushing her, eyes slammed shut in concentration. She heard the pillars around her slam in on themselves, telling her that she was running out of space to escape rather quickly, with quite probably down onto the spikes being the only way out for her, and there was no guarantee her steel skin wouldn’t get pierced by those spikes. “Light,” she grunted, trying to take in her options. She could break the platform she stood on, possibly getting impaled by the spikes. That didn’t sound extremely pleasant of a way to die in her opinion. She could wait to be saved. Again. Light, did her pride balk at that, and the hybrid also wasn’t counting on being able to keep her space open long enough for that to happen. At least it would be a quicker death than the impaling. There was one more option, though. She could jump. Well, jump out of reality, at least. She could even just not return to this hell hole… But then there were still the other Snagems that were stuck here. She’d just be abandoning them to their fate here. And… honestly, she couldn’t do that. As much as she may have believed that her presence was beginning to be more harmful than good to the team, she also couldn’t just abandon everyone either. PUSH.Crystal felt her space get just that little bit smaller as ATHRA made some headway into crushing her. And if this was how getting crushed would happen, then this way of death might be worse than getting impaled. No, she’d have to jump. Quickly, though, almost as soon as she entered Ultra Space, she’d need to be leaving. And pray that her jump didn’t take her that far away from her teammates. With one final breath, she would put all of her current focus into drawing on the energy she needed for this. “S-sorry. I promised not to do this since I got back from my gallivant with Reno and Aden. Not sure what else we can do, though” she apologized to no one in particular, as Crystal imagined herself grabbing onto that inner sun she carried within her, the core and root of her Ultra Energy, as it were. She held onto that tight, flare ups and all, as she began to channel that into herself, feeling her body start to heat up somewhat. Her body would begin to brighten until she was shining white and yellow over most of her body, and on her forehead, that four pointed star appeared, glowing as brightly blue as her eyes were at this point. While she wasn’t able to use her arms and hands to help facilitate this, she would still focus dead ahead on the space directly in front of her, soon willing a small Ultra Wormhole into reality right in front of her, barely as big as a large hula hoop, if she’d have to guess. “Be back as soon as we can,” she once again told, well, herself, mostly, as she had no real audience other than ATHRA, Darting forward to dive through the wormhole as she stopped holding the bricks back. Already, she would have the space in mind that she’d want to return to as well, that space near the extra door. As soon as she exited that first wormhole, Crystal was already reaching out to tear another wormhole back in, focusing on that area she wanted as she opened it and jumped through again. Wherever the brilliantly colored portal would drop her, as long as she was still in ATHRA’s room, she’d close one of her hands into a fist right at the edge of the wormhole, pulling the tear in reality closed and drawing the energy into her fist, smashing a line of blocks, or preferably if she had sight, that third door she now wanted to get through.

Running from Cynthia, never thought he would do that. Deo would be running to the illuminated area, X-ray vision active. The area was well lit for Deo. This area was too illuminated for a normal thing. He would sit and access the computer. The cipher was a code for him, and he would not touch the keypad unless.... "Sub, Do you have an idea on what is needed to access this? Or are we going to unplug it and pray to what powers that be that we don't die?" Deo said with uncertainty. His arms in a triangular fashion holding his chin. The look of determination on his face and the look of concern in his eyes.

Entering the strange room Sub did a quick glance around and took note of the many monitors and the single PC at its center. Stepping up he examine the computer but did not yet touch it, fearing to even bother the dust, for all he knew it could be some sort of special shadow dust devised by Ein to give you super shadow allergies or something. His focus was broke by the explosion in the distance, the man looking over his shoulder and smiling as he knew exactly what was the cause of that. "Guess Cynthia found the little present I left for her." Sub said, winking at his teammates before turning back to the PC.
"I fear I'm not sure..." He said, staring at what looked like a bunch of random letters. "Unplugging it is risky as well, if this thing has any important data on it we might risk losing it if we unplug it. Ein would certainly be the kind of guy to leave his computer running without any actual data storage." He grumbled as he stared closer at the letters. Of all the things to find at a deadly ebonite maze beneath the former power center of Team Cipher, a lone-... "Cipher." Sub said as it clicked for him, it was a cipher.
Frantically thinking of the alphabet and counting with his fingers Sub tried to crack the cipher, first just flipping letters around or exchanging them for another at the other end of the alphabet and coming up short. It wasn't until he took one set of letters and moved them down one in the alphabet in his mind that he got a word. "The! The first word is the!" He declared to his teammates before looking back at the cipher. He tried the same method on the next 'word' but came up short. So he took the logical jump and upped how many places he went back up the alphabet and found success. "The weapon..."
He would keep doing this in his mind as quick as he could until he would decipher the phrase itself and say it out loud. "The weapon is sentient and refuses to obey...it must be a hint as to what the password is..." Now that he deduced that all there was to figure out the password with the provided clue. The weapon? What weapon? And it was sentient? The first weapon that came to his mind in relation to Ein was S-22 but was S-22 actually sentient after being turned into a weapon? It's not like he even had the option of obeying any ways. The next thing he thought of was Shadow Mewtwo, the ultimate Shadow Pokemon, but that wasn't right either. No, what did Ein think was an disobedient weapon?
"Humanity." Sub said allowed as he typed each character on the dusty keyboard with a single finger, one at a time. Staying at his input for a bit he disregarded the feeling in his stomach and hit the enter key, holding his breath at the same time. Here goes nothing...or a lot of something.
[Access granted...]
"It worked!" Sub cheered however his celebration was cut short as he remembered they were still being pursued by a certain champion and quickly took out his SNAG, extending the retractable USB cable and plugged it in to download anything and everything he could. Once he was satisfied with what he could get in a short amount of time he snatched the cable out and pocketed his SNAG before turning to his teammates. "Someone destroy that PC or take it with us. Then let's get out of here, now." With that Sub noted the exit and hightailed it or it, they needed to get out of his maze before Cynthia caught up to them.

"You don't have to stay with us, but this place isn't safe and we need to find a way out ourselves. So if you want, we'll make sure you're taken somewhere that is." The door Blizz first opened would be... confusing to say the least. It looked like it led to a solid column made up of individual squares, sliding top to bottom and side to side at random intervals. Eventually, he'd get a peek inside as one of the broken pillars rotates past, catching a glimpse of a hell zone with Leslie, Darts, and Crystal far off in the middle of the massive room doing their best to not get eliminated by Ein's defensive AI. Certainly not the easiest way out, considering Tristen's condition but it had to be nice to see some familiar faces. They were getting pummeled by warping and transforming stacks of pillars was the most the Articuno hybrid would be able to see before his little viewpoint vanished, the room continuing to shape and meld, mountain ranges springing up that blocked his ability to see them as the doorframe itself rotates away again. But more on them later. Flaaffy, despite the abuses it had quite clearly suffered at the hands of Ein in the facility, warms up to Amaranth quite readily - maybe, sadly, how it was chosen for these experiments due to its docility and easy-going nature trying to be bred into the DNA of the chimera to give it orders. She considers the ball for a couple moments with a little huff as Amaranth strokes her ears, thinking about the last time she had trusted a trainer with a capsule like this. Again, despite its misgivings, the little Pokemon still has a heart of gold and decides to tap the ball with its nose, allowing itself to be captured. After all, anything had to be better than here. Darksol88 Regardless of Flaaffy's decision, the crash from Type: Null going right back through the vents into the room would catch their attention, Sharpedo gesturing towards it as Cera looked over. Just in time for the fight to continue, too. "I think we found where they went...""Blizz, that one was caught, right? Can't it be recalled?" Bad news was…it wasn’t as timid about fighting back anymore now that it wasn’t going to plummet to its doom. As soon as Ogerpon was back in herself, Null would lash out, empowering its claws for a Crush Claw, going to pin Ogerpon down and break this Oni. One way or another. Using the reverse of the momentum, Ogerpon swung itself back up into the tower following its prey for the moment, only to be met with an intense Crush Claw. Luckily, still wielding its Ivy Cudgel, it managed to wedge the weapon between the tines of the oncoming piercing talons but one of the sword-sharp appendages slides past its guard, managing to break the skin and elicit a harsh gasp from the legend, hands shaking as it attempts to hold back a more fatal wound in its side. This fight was reaching the end of the littler Pokemon's patience threshold, and she was done with it. Pivoting suddenly to rotate around the attack and send Type: Null off balance, Ogerpon's flame mask on her face blazes as she conjures more and more vines, lashing together her spare masks from behind her back within the depths of what would look like a massive smashing implement, aptly named Wood Hammer. "Grraaaaaah!" She screams, taking a swing with the full might of her power behind it, catching Type: Null in midair and sending it clattering end over end across the floor of the lab and through a couple more previously undisturbed tanks, the glass on each of them shattering as the Normal-type heads through them nearly unimpeded. Luckily for the Snagems their contents would be dead, but the warrior had put everything she had into that attack. Because it used her other three masks it tended to exhaust her to use it more than that and she slumps, wheezing behind the Hearthflame visage as she drops to a knee, red blood welling up from the Type: Null's vicious cut on her ribs. She wavers, shaking as she tries to rise, and then collapses - the four masks clattering to the ground as her vines can no longer hold them. Group Two... and Part of One:Reno Vantas And as her hands began to glow pink and passed over her shoulder, so too would the impact crater that Crystal had made moments ago. Espeon_Commander She held onto that tight, flare ups and all, as she began to channel that into herself, feeling her body start to heat up somewhat. Her body would begin to brighten until she was shining white and yellow over most of her body, and on her forehead, that four pointed star appeared, glowing as brightly blue as her eyes were at this point. Darts doesn't blame the Solgaleo hybrid vanishing out of sight from the massive cavalcade of pillars, spikes, spears, and everything else rushing at all of them all at once. Leslie was buying herself a ton of time smashing things left and right, and as Crystal disappears out into Ultra Space, the Giratina hybrid decides to follow right along in his own way, ripping his way into the Distortion World with Shadow Force. It was strange, normally when he stepped through into the antimatter dimension he couldn't get any kind of a bead on what's happening back in the normal world, but for some reason he could almost sense the Psychic lion like a burning bright ball of energy coursing and moving through her own Ultra Space in her own dimension and he tries to key up with her, emerging at the same time she did and in the same space as he rips back in, unleashing the Shadow Force in time with her wormhole. They hadn't moved into the other room, luckily for Blizz who would be watching for a moment dumbfounded as the two legendary hybrid's combined force shoot out like a geyser of energy, destroying straight out four straight rows of blocks in an avalanche of splintering rocks and silicone. As they drive a massive wedge into the heart of the room, a squealing scream of agony comes from somewhere and they would see, for a brief instant before it vanished back into the relative safety of the other crowd of blocks, a bright red computational core embedded on the side of one of the moving bricks. Their combination attack had certainly nicked it, hence the distress, and the room coils and undulates, almost burying the thing under an artificially created bunker reflexively. Group Three:DeoLux Running from Cynthia, never thought he would do that. Deo would be running to the illuminated area, X-ray vision active. The area was well lit for Deo. This area was too illuminated for a normal thing. He would sit and access the computer. The cipher was a code for him, and he would not touch the keypad unless.... Then let's get out of here, now." With that Sub noted the exit and hightailed it or it, they needed to get out of his maze before Cynthia caught up to them. Sub, with a little divine inspiration and also an unpleasant look into Ein's sick and twisted mind, solves the lower-case cipher on the fly, downloading file after file after file into the device. Not being able to give it more than a cursory look, the group's prize for solving the maze almost looked like video files created by Ein himself, his air of smug superiority staring up at them on the digitally-created thumbnail of each video. Luckily for this group, the center of the maze also contained an exit, and they would all see Cynthia round the corner, a Pokeball in hand as they beat a hasty retreat from the approaching champion, her face scowling bloody murder at them. Someone would need to seal the door behind them, in order to prevent her from catching up nigh-immediately. Luckily, her Garchomp was wounded from Wren's trap earlier in addition to being out of Mega juice. They probably still wouldn't take her in a full-on fight, but they had a step on her now. The door led to a short, quaint, hallway that transitioned into a pair of doors - one on the right, and one on the left. This gave the illusion of choice, but whichever of the two they picked wouldn't matter at this moment because both halves were solved as they open one and run into... Group Four:Reno Vantas Reno heard Ulla's question and couldn't suppress the sigh he let out. Ulla_Hanabi The Fairy Child turned back to the women and noticed her concern. Darksol88 "Even if they'd be used against us, it's still proof and information worth having," he commented after Reno's dismissal. Anyway, as for these two..." Gently, Sol would lift Slowbro to their feet. "Iffy as their survival is, they're probably best off with us too. Collars like those might force them to try putting the Trick Rooms back up too... with their weight, it may be better avoiding the risk altogether and getting them into a ball after all. Either way, we better get moving sooner rather than later." Who was still in the middle of conversing with Ulla's parents, her mom specifically. She was hovering around her daughter nervously, feeling the vibes of her most beloved family member being off somehow. Taka Hanabi, her father, finally comes up from the group that were surrounding the wounded Pokemon, some of the explorers clearly taking a liking to the poor things in their condition. (If someone wants to capture one of the Pokemon, bring it up in Discord and talk about it, otherwise the scientists will take them in.) If anybody wanted to take some pictures or maybe even a little sampling of the technology contained within, this might be their only singular opportunity to do so as... All of the discussion around the Pokemon comes to a brief halt, the other scientists making very apparent decisions on whether to run or fight as Group Three barges into the middle of them all, Cynthia hot on their heels. None of them seemed to decide either way, but there's a visible tenseness that shudders through the group, PTSD or some other kind of trauma from the terrible things they had seen run from room to room here. There was another door on the opposite side of the pair that had led them in, and unless somebody didn't warn them about the oncoming Champion that was going to be their best shot of getting out of here quickly. Ulla's mother's map at a glance corroborates this, indicating that a Blue Room was on the other side of those doors, thus perfectly safe(ish) to go through. The group of explorers seem hesitant to even trust that these people are who they say they are, more trauma from Ein's tower, but the two groups are back together as one. Someone was going to have to take charge and get them out of here, and somebody was going to have to slow down Cynthia, even at least temporarily. Ulla's mother, however, is desperately trying to figure out why her daughter is acting the way she is - distant, cold, not at all like the girl she knew even though she had gone to work with Snagem. "No, no video records or anything that I can ever remember seeing... And work with him?" The recoiling disgust in her voice is deep as she starts to tear up, holding it together for her child. "What are you trying to insinuate, Ulla?" She asks, her tone clearly wounded as she clutches her map tighter in distress, oblivious to the danger closing in on all of them. She just cared about her daughter.

Wren slowed down as the reached the center of the maze, quietly agreeing with Sub. Between his escape and his own silken wall, they'd been granted only a breath's worth of time to escape but with any luck, that would be enough. Looking around the room at the center of the maze as they entered it, he took note first of the many monitors that surrounded them, then the central console. As he approached, he noted the scrambled letters on the attached note. It looked like some of the puzzles in those old children's activity books his parents would buy for him when he was very small. He could figure out the simple, scrambled ones, sometimes, but this was clearly more complex that that. It produced nothing but gibberish as hard as he attempted to unscramble them.
Jut as he began to scratch at his chin and wonder if simply turning the machine off as Deo suggested might be best, Sub approached and seemed to understand. A cipher? Of course Ein would go that route. Unfortunately, all Wren knew about ciphers was that there were many different kinds and he didn't know enough about Ein to even begin guessing which he might have used and that would be if he even knew any. This was far beyond his depth. Thankfully, Sub seemed to figure it out fairly quickly, beginning to decode the note in a matter of moments. And just as quickly, as if handed the solution by divine providence, the man cracked the code and gained access to the console. He watched as Sub downloaded everything possible, then looked around once more. "There! Looks like a way out!" He indicated to the others, spotting a door nearby.
Rushing toward the door, the Channeler's bare feet slapped audibly against the cold metal of the building's floors. Turning back to ensure everyone made it out as he wrenched the door open, he spotted Cynthia rounding the last corner entirely too close, Pokeball in hand. There were two things that ran through his mind in that moment and he acted on the first as everyone made their way toward him. Tossing out a Nest Ball and ensuring everyone else was accounted for, he released Laurel, his Trevenant. "Use Wood Hammer on that computer! Turn it into scrap!" He urged.
Laurel nodded, though he cocked his head a bit first. He knew Wren wasn't the most tech literate human but he'd never willfully destroyed it before. Assuming there was a good reason for the request, the Elder Tree Pokemon raised his arms above his head, hands clenched together he charged them with Grass energy and as he brought them down, they morphed into a massive sledgehammer of ancient wood that easily crushed the console like a can of Soda Pop in a crusher. A second, horizontal swing aimed to tear the crushed console from the floor itself but would at least further crush it beyond usability before Wren recalled him. "Great job!" He praised, slammed the door shut once he was sure no one was left behind.
"Amber!" He urged the Froslass hybrid. "What are the chances you can freeze the door shut?" He asked, uncertain if she could do it herself or if she had a Pokemon on her who might. "Garchomp looked hurt. I doubt it can handle extreme cold right now. It might buy us more time if you can."
Whether she could or not, he'd end up heading toward the other end of the hall they found themselves in after that. Spotting the two opposing doors, he stopped for just a moment and did something that felt stupid but necessary before opening either. He pressed his ear to both doors to see if he could hear anything. And, thankfully, it did sound like there something on the other side of both but that something both sounded the same and sounded familiar from both doors. "I knew it!" He declared as he opened the right door, stepping through and spotting the other group of Snagems. "We'd love to catch up right now, I'm sure but there's an angry Cynthia on our heels." He announced as he looked around at the others that were with the other group. "We definitely need to once we've got some breathing room, though."

Taka Hanbi, Ulla's father stood up from the group. Noticing that his daughter was acting weird. Cold almost to her own parents. "Ulla." He said a bit stern noticing that his wife was hovering. "What is going on? We have always supported you no matter what you did. We understand tensions are high, and we still support you now." He said waiting for an answer.
Ulla tensed up when she heard her father's voice. Her breathing became shallow as she felt she was being attacked. She was slightly glad that in this universe, they had nothing to do with Ein. "N-Nothing is going on...A-And...I'm really....really glad you do..." She said as her voice was shaking more and more. This was not happening, she was being scolded at a time like this? Then a sudden boom broke the awkwardness as she saw other Snagems. "Where did you guys come from?!" She shouted as she felt the pressure of Cynthia.
"No, no video records or anything that I can ever remember seeing....And work with him?
Oh no. Even though she wasn't connected to this mother. She felt a shift. "What are you trying to insinuate, Ulla?" The disgust in her voice made the Fairy Child's stomach knot several times over. Ulla kept looking towards where the danger was and back to her mother and father. She quickly grabbed her parent's hands. "I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to insinuate anything...Everything is just....upside down. And I'm trying to make sense of it all....but please. Believe me when I say this." She looked up to the both of them. Tears were welling up. "I'm so glad. To see the both of you. To hold your hands...to feel your warmth. I'm so happy to have you as my mom and dad." Ulla said as she started to guide them away from out based on her mother's map. "Now please. We need to get out of danger now. Please mom. Please dad." She said almost in a begging tone like a child.
"I...I don't want to be away from you again..." She said so genuinely and being careful with her words. Her memories were torturing her as she was remembering how they died. Seeing their gravestones. How she herself died. Her hands that held onto her parents started to tremble. The little Fairy Child started to think....was this her second chance?
No. Don't think that. These aren't your parents. And you aren't their Ulla. Your memories are the truth. Ulla thought as she tried to collect herself. But she kept fumbling on her emotions. Though, she did know one thing. They needed to get out of here. Lucario quickly helped the other scientist and adventures up and guided them out of the way and towards the exit and out of the way of danger.

Until now, Monique had mostly stayed out of the conversation. There was Ulla and her parent, another really awkward interaction. It gave her the same vibe that Keiko and Lovrina did. Something was off, but whatever it was wasn't quite apparent to her. Then there was the group examining the exhausted Psychic-type Pokémon.
And then, there were Snagems, barging through the door, running from something. Close on their heels was a sense of dread. They'd been through something, too, quite clearly, and needed to evade or neutralize their pursuer. The sudden rush of emotions in the previously quiet room scrambled the moods of the already frazzled researchers, who picked up documents and equipment as fast as they could clutch it in their hands. Primarina and her Trainer joined the fray, trying to move as fast as possible. She'd heard a word she didn't want to hear. Cynthia. Aniani was going to be out with her as long as possible, just in case she needed to attack.

Well, dang. Running for her life wasn't exactly on her list of things to do today, but at the same time, they didn't really have much choice. Amber followed along after the men, wanting to be the last in case Cynthia came after them, which she most certainly would after what had happened. The center of the maze held a single computer, which, unfortunately, needed some kind of password. And it appeared that the password key was some kind of cipher. Ah, how she hated ciphers. She'd never been good at them, and had no time to try and figure this one out now. She would leave that to the more tech-oriented members of the team.
She heard Wren's words about a door, heard his question as to whether she could freeze the door shut. Picking up something she thought might be the hard drive from the now-destroyed console, she bolted after her teammates, just before Wren closed the door behind them. "Frost, do it," she said. "Use Ice Beam to seal the door, then follow it up with a Rock Slide against the ice and freeze the rocks with Ice Beam again." The shiny Abomasnow gave a grunt and turned to do the task he was given, freezing the door over with Ice Beam, then using Rock Slide to add an extra layer of protection before freezing the rocks. He did this three times in total, each time moving closer to the end of the hallway as he did so. Good luck getting through that any time soon.
She followed Wren and the others once again, surprised as they wound up reuniting with Ulla and her group. "Cynthia isn't going to get through that door easily," she said. "I had Frost seal it with Ice Beam and Rock Slide, though with Cynthia being as determined as she is, I'm sure she won't take long to figure out how to catch us. I just don't understand why she's doing this. She never seemed to be power hungry or unreasonable, so this is very out of character for her, at least from what I've seen of her on TV."

As I went on the hunt, Lucario and I perked up, hearing the crash and banging in one of the vents. Cera pretty much was quick to point out as I figured. That’s where the fight got dragged off to. When asked about the creature’s PokeBall, I realized I never really went back to go get it. We had bigger priorities stopping Ein’s abomination from having its way with us. “Hold on a second…” I said, rushing back over towards the fight where it started, noticing a couple of Pokeballs. I then looked at Tristen, trying to shift him over to see, but then decided to take him off my back for a moment to look at where he stashed his party. Apart from the one carrying Null, one other was missing. Tristen probably tried to get this other Pokémon and not Null, and it only came out in the chaos. I grabbed the two balls on the ground checking them, where one popped open empty. I went ahead and checked the other Pokeball, and out came Tristen’s Xatu crowing out upon its arrival but then staring in confusion, unnerved as to seeing Tristen’s unresponsive state. “Long story, just a party check right now. Come back in for Tristen, will you? I’ll see to it that we’re out of here.” I said, recalling the bird back to its ball. Personally, I wished Tristen managed to get that bird out as opposed to that merciless creation.
As soon as I stashed Xatu back on Tristen and managed to get him picked back up, I took the empty ball and made my way back to the vent. Before I got to try to peer in and see about that Type: Null, the beast was flung out of the vent in retaliation by Ogerpon and sent careening through a couple of Ein’s abandoned tanks full of decayed parts. Type: Null, refusing to back down from the fight, once again found himself not only severely injured himself but now outnumbered. Though Ogerpon probably doesn’t have it to keep going, it was now staring down me, Lucario, Ammy, and Cera with her partner Sharpedo. It was time to try to run again. Null tried to turn around and start to run off again and quickly I took aim with Tristen’s Pokeball and recalled it back to the Pokeball. “Blast it…I swear to God, I don’t know why Tristen thought to snag that thing…” I said to the others.
“Raaa…” Lucario replied, a little lost on the matter, but as far as he could figure, this wasn’t that good of news.
As I went to stash the Type: Null’s ball on Tristen as well, I then took notice to Ogerpon and sighed out. Great, another one to carry out. And worse, Darts still has Ogerpon’s Pokeball. “Ammy, Cera? Can one of you try to carry Ogerpon and her masks out of here?” I asked. “I already got my hands full with Tristen here.” I said. “I’ll get back to trying to find a way out of here.” I then hoisted Tristen back up and sighed hard in disgust. This was a lot of time wasted and no idea on the havoc the poison was doing to him. I swear, if I could, I would off Ein right now for all of this, being reminded of the unholy travesties that he put on this world let alone what we seen in this tower.
As I went back to looking, I would find a door. I double checked myself, making sure it wasn’t the one we came in through. I sighed a bit, having to brace myself for whatever may be on the other side of this door. “Cera, Amaranth! I think this might be a way out…” I called to the others. I would then pull the door open and look inside. I couldn’t help but to stare in confusion, as the various blocks made shapes, blocking my view of what was going on for the most part. I caught glimpses of Darts, Crystal, and I think a couple of other Snagems in there as they were fighting against whatever that was. My senses started to trip and I jumped to the other side as a geyser of power shot through the open door in some sort of onslaught. Looking back in, I got a clear look once again; the group apparently was fighting the very room itself. “Oh, you have got to be freakin’ kidding me. The hell did Ein do here!?”
With Ogerpon in dire shape, Tristen unable to do much of anything himself, and me having to carry aforementioned Manectric hybrid, reliant on my own Pokémon to do some defense, never mind I already had asked Cera or Amaranth to take care of Ogerpon, I don’t think that was a fight that we were able to jump in to. “Crystal! Darts!” I tried to shout to them, trying to get their attention and guide them to me. Safer in this room, oddly enough, as opposed to being caught up in whatever that is.

It had been a moment as he continued to mind the Oranguru that had been aiding the room in its creation that a thought crossed Reno's mind. A Pokeball wuld offer a much more viable environment for helping the thing heal, letting the others focus on one patient. Hopefully the collar would not somehow stymie the attempt to capture the Psychic type but it was still worth the attempt. Pulling out a Great Ball, he would tap the device against the Oranguru just as the other gorup barreled into the room from their adventures in the maze. Jumping to attention, his trio of Pokemon would also be jumping to attention to assault their invaders before they recognized exactly who they were. Thankfully, being at full alert wasnt wasted after Wren immediately mentioned what exactly it was they were running from.
Stretching his arms and letting a smile cross his face, Reno took stock of what exactly they had said. Cynthia was hellbound on hunting them down, she had a ton of debris and deterrrents that would make her have to use a lot of force and momentum to clear, and it sounded like she wasn't even close to what she typically came across as. This sounded like the prefect setup to get a little peak under the hood of their third personal oddity, see what might be waiting there if Reno didn't have to be subtle. But he would only have one real opportunity at this before it would be throwing down with a Champion level trainer while also attemtping a mental invasion. "Alright, explorer team. Due to reasons of woman who threw us into the traps that led us her is coming down those halls, we will be exiting out the other door. Miss Hanabi, use that map and find us a way back to the main room." Reno said to the stunned scientists, hoping that the direct command towards Ulla's mother would cut through the tyical bystander reaction of stand around and watch. "Most of the Snagems should follow directly with the explorer team. Keep them safe as we try to get out of here."
Turning back towards the doors that had brought the two groups together, Reno continued. "Me and anyone else who feels up to it can play rearguard. Try and hinder our pursuer enough that we can actually slip away. Speaking of, if everyone would back away from the doors please. Aleister, Trick Room!" The Reuniclus would quickly move into position, forming a box of strange psychic energy that would start at the door frames and extend out a fair distance as a makeshift speedtrap. Walking over to the edge of the Trick Room, Reno would wait with his Finizen and his Wynaut out. The second he managed to pick up her mind, he would put all his energy into attempting to invade and see exactly what Cynthia was thinking. While he hoped to have some backup for this attempt, he was fully willing to make this a solo mission while everyone else made for the exit.
------
Leslie's panicked flailing of Fairy energy and physical mass had managed to break her out of the potential for being crushed or stabbed as she simply started reducing the offending implements to dust. Although the destruction was certainly noisy, she did manage to hear a familair voice calling out for...only Crystal and Darts. "WHAT ABOUT LESLIE?!" The indignant hybrid bellowed back, taking advantage of the slight pause as the bunker for the thing's core formed to slam her hammer into the pillars and leverage it to send herself flying through the air towards where Crystal and Darts were.
As she drew close to landing, the head of her hammer would already be beginning to glow with a steely-gray energy. The mouths would begin to draw themselves closed, attempting to contain the volatile ball of Steel energy that threatened to vibrate and tear apart the hammer. Gripping tightly onto her weapon, Leslie would swing the hammer around herself and let the momentum take her into a top spin. "Steel Hammer Beam!" Leslie shouted, grabbing onto a small pull switch and yanking on as hard as she could. At the head of the hammer, the mouth aimed towards the bunker would burst itself open as the four 'petals' of the 'flower' bloomed out of the way of what was coming, which was the chamber within the hammer opening an apeture and releasing the Flash Cannon that had been contained within. The beam of energy would streak towards where she had seen the core duck away to, aiming to blast through the thing in an attempt to put an end to this misery. "And now this! Why am I calling out attacks like that and why is it all working!?" Leslie said, eyes darting between her attack, her hammer, and herself as she attempted to discern how exactly all her momentum had disappeared the second she had done the attack amongst everything else that had just occurred.

[Group One... Plus Two]
Amaranth couldn't help picking up on Flaaffy's hesitance, the huff from her feeling like a hint of defiance or trying to pass it off with a hint of sass. In those few seconds, she wondered what her life had been like to this point. What led to being in Ein's clutches and experiments, what kind of trainer- if she had one before- she'd been with. She'd given a small nod as Flaaffy continued her considerations, determined to at least see her to safety if she couldn't provide a new home. Even if, given the circumstances, she couldn't quite guarantee the safest of environments.
As the sheep tapped the ball, letting herself go inside, she'd hold it close for a moment. She wouldn't let that trust be misplaced. But those few fleeting seconds gave way again to the fight taking a decisive turn in Type: Null's favor, leaving Ogerpon in poor shape. "Ogerpon!" At once, she pocketed the ball and ran over, quick to lift her onto her back. "I've got her. Cera, can you get the masks?"
"Uh. R-right." Aloof as she came off in the moment, Cera was almost certain she heard a light blipping sound after Null came back into the room. Sensing much about it didn't get her anywhere, but the sound ceased as soon as it was recalled. It'd all be followed immediately by barely sensing others and the power geyser when Blizz opened the door, using the water around Sharpedo to help bring him back near herself before moving the masks over too. "Over here! Get through the door so we can find the rest and get out of here before SWIPE swarms the place!"
"Wait, why would they be heading here? There's nothing on us to track, right?"
"That thing Tristen snagged must've had a tracker on it and it got activated in the fighting somehow. I have a pretty safe guess on who'd it be alerting!"
[Group Four with a hint of Three]
As Sol looked around at the researchers, he'd take a brief moment to get a couple of pictures of the Slowbro and Oranguru with his SNAG- one of the few features it could still use in its hobbled state without a signal. As he did, he couldn't help feeling bad for both of them, reminded of all too many like them that he and Sub either had the displeasure of fighting or running from. All too many left to their fate, save for some very rare exceptions.
"...can't believe I'm doing this," he said to himself, taking a Great Ball of his own to tap against Slowbro. More proof was certainly a factor, but it also meant a chance for at least a couple more like Cera and Amaranth to see a life outside of Ein again. No sooner had he done this did another of the groups find their way into the room, Wren giving all the warning necessary about just how much more crap had hit the fan.
"Por el amor de Dios, she'd find one set to hound. Calida! Smokescreen!" He'd send out his Quilava at once, taking one good look at the woman approaching and releasing a bunch of smoke in a panic. "The rest of you, start finding a way through and out!" He spoke up afterward, corrobating with what Reno just said and giving a small nod towards him. "The two of us should be able to handle things, we'll be right behind you!"
