Emiko arrived from the hospital, pushing past the crowd of amassing people as she heard the cries of people farther inside of the damaged office ruins. She couldn't tell exactly what had occurred but the fact that a good chunk of the village's skylight was in ruins wasn't the best sign.
"Medic! Need a Medic over here!"
"Coming! I'm almost there!" Emiko said, ducking under the legs of people twice her size and eventually stumbling into the crater that was the kage's office. Her feet stumbled around while spotting a black haired woman and a blue haired man currently tending to a child. "I'm...a genin. Medic. Can heal." She said, gasping for breath as she had came running from the other side of the village. Her head of crimson hair nearly touched the ground as she would glance around. People were hurt, dying, maybe both. Probably both. Standing up tall, the genin would feel her chest ache at the thought of people suffering here.
She walked forward to spot a hand from the rubble poking out of things. She grabbed a hold of it and froze. It was warm...but nothing was there. Not a sign of life to be found. Emiko backed away, tripping over a slab of wall while remembering the feel. It was an ex-person. "Wh-Wha..." Her thoughts became jumbled as the other two across from her would be speaking. Emiko blinked before being pushed aside by some ninjas coming in. This shook her out of her shock for the moment and would glance around for any other people in need of healing or help. It wasn't like she could just pick up slabs of concrete.

"Minor cuts? Okay. I won't mess with that stabilizer then. One. Two." Three was reserved for the actual act of lifting. A first a nudge and then the careful lift from the ground. The act of lifting the child was much lighter task than the armored shinobi from before. A day and night difference. The worker and puppeteer would move together carefully along a forged as they went onto the area tended by the Yuutsu puppet. The duo set the child down. "There. Okay. I'll keep them busy then. You'll still need my complete attention if you come across anyone else. I can't see through these things." Anyone they'd find would have to deal with the first aid supplied at hand until an actual trained medic could get here. Regretfully, Sadayo didn't personally know any medics to call upon except Sonyo with the mysterious whereabouts. She needed a fuuin contract with help like Sonyo just for situations like this. When the jounin stood back up she looked to Koutetsu before going any further. Her thumb jabbed toward her person. "Soga. Sadayo. Which ever comes out of your mouth faster works for me.
By now, Gishin was primed to expel the chunk of dust she collected. Before Sadayo could reverse the mechanism the direction of the wind had to be determined first. Simply enough, Sadayo's solution resides with the blank sheet of a dress that draped Gishin and the not-so-gentle breeze which tosses its dress. Sadayo hurled Gishin above and away with the raise of her wrist. The puppeteer held her arm out and measured the safe-enough distance through the simple means of forced perspective. When the otherwise 6-foot tall puppet was far enough that it seemed only a tad smaller than its owner's index finger, the plume of dust was released into air to be swept away. Now. Onto the grim sweep..." The grim sweep of bodies. Their combined efforts would eventually reveal a couple more bodies. The first Sadayo unearthed from the rubble was a woman dressed in presentable clothing. Her face was dirty, scratched, and an arm stuck under a concrete block among other things. Was this the secretary? Was the child found previously speaking with the secretary? The jounin had pulled the samurai puppet, Nirami, to her side to lift as much material from the pile and transporting it to a pile Sadayo had been creating off to a side. Soon, Sadayo was able to pull the woman out while cursing her own upper body strength. The samurai puppet was brought back after depositing an armful of broken planks to instead carry off the injured secretary. She watched both carefully until the secretary was safely set down.
A second and third were found near the pile. Seemed a small group of students could have been on their way to speak with Chie? Either way, this group had made a stop to the secretar's desk. One youngster was still conscious and weakly called this stirred a surge of adrenaline to coarse through Sadayo's body. With Gishin and Nirami's help the children were excavated and delivered to the "safe spot". One by puppet, the other by her own arms.
She had to quickly sweep through checking the three she found while keeping tabs on wherever Koutetsu had ventured and how her puppet's were assisting by whatever fingers she could spare.

She made it through the village fairly quick enough, dark chestnut hair flowing behind her as she made her way towards the kage's office which was... leveled, or at least as far as she could tell with all the dust and debris. She swore under her breath, gathering strength in her legs to make several jumps over the rubble. She made sure to land in spots where the structural integrity was not in question, to avoid shifting of the rubble. She landed in a fairly safe spot, and her eyes fell upon the lovely sight of Sadayo.
Though her appearance was just coincidence, it would almost be like Sadayo's thoughts summoned her from the mists. Pulling a hair tie off her wrist with her teeth to pull back her hair, Sonyo's face showed that she was in work mode as she looked over the people in front of her. "Sadayo, what happened? I was still outside the village when the explosion happened. I need to know the cause of it, if you saw-- I need to know if I'm working on burns, chakra injuries, or blunt force here." As she spoke, she turned to the small girl surrounded by the puppets and took a look over her injuries. Whoever treated her did well, she would most likely be saved from the threat of infection. The leg however... she would have to take a closer look at. Broken bones required proper setting to heal properly, any mistake in the setting could cause malformation of the newly formed bone and issues with mobility down the line. But for now, the child was fine, and there was more to deal with. Bone would not set in a matter of hours.
Sonyo moved on to the woman in a dress, unconscious with several major injuries. A 'tick' like noise made it's way out from between her teeth and she motioned to Sadayo for any sort of kit she might have; from what she remembered, the young lady was always prepared. She mumbled to herself under her breath as she looked her over. "Contusions to the head and face, possible brain bleed.. concussion. Shattered radius, ulna, and humerous...." Sonyo looked around at the other two injured as she reached down with one hand to palpate a pulse. "Need to check torso for possible ruptures... Cold for coagulation, possibly dry ice for severed vessels... cauterization by cold, less damage..."

Niko Hatake:Niko... Uchiha?! The Mysterious Red Eye!
Niko would enter the area where the office used to be and saw a wake of destruction. Unsure what happened, Niko and Hisashi immediately went to work. Helping as many people as they could from ruble and debris, they worked their way to the rest of the uzu shinobi. There were some familiar faces and then some ones she did not know. The woman with the puppets from the blood moon incident seemed to be holding things down for the most part along with a young man with cyan hair. The nice woman with the βscorpiesseβ made an unexpected arrival, and a young girl with red hair was there to help as well. Even the MAN SHE DID NOT KNOW from the dojo was there looking a lot less βsmallβ. Though it was a tragedy, seeing this group of disciplined shinobi helped restore her faith in the whirlpool. In a confusing time for her, one thing was clear. The shinobi all came together in a time of need and put everything aside to provide aid. To her, they were much more than shinobi at this moment. Not only were they were truly awe inspiring, they were also heroes.
Dammit. Just as things were starting to get fun, Chie had to go and make it all end. Falsa was quick on the draw, frowning as the chakra going into the explosion clearly worried her. Before she was consumed in the blast, Sevastiana yanked her and Jaeng-i to Mugen, who held out his hand, using his barrier to intercept the explosion, meeting it head on with an additional use of Shinra Tensei to intercept the damage and keep the now calming Falsa from harm. From it's angle, it also deflected most of it from harming Nastascha and Vivi. Falsa's irritation, however, was not stemmed as she watched the demon host protect herself, totally unscathed. Before she could make a step to remedy the woman's status as unharmed, she made her way out.
"Well aren't you a pretty one," she spoke to Sonyo, though it would be almost as if she was speaking through her... into her inner world. The eyes of the rinnegan were likely known to the Ichibi, but the piercing stare didn't stay on her for long as Falsa affixed her hair, then allowed her hands to raise towards the sky, bringing all of the metal she had lifted to gather, forming a solid, large tent with a large cross on the top of it around them. "Alright. Nastascha, gather the baby please," she spoke to her companion, who had thus far been quietly arranging the bodies she had collected. The multilimbed woman made her way to the crab as Falsa wordlessly walked away, flipping her hair over her shoulder and placing a hand on her hip like she was all but over this whole fiasco.
Once she was significantly far away, she began to look around for Chie. Vivi was back on the shoulders of Nastascha as the crab kept working. Mugen spotted Chie in the air and whistled to her. "Over here," Falsa called out.
Chie slowly descended from her flight. Her hand was on her side as her wide eyes took everything in while her ears rang something nasty. Her village was damaged. Chie did the only thing she could think of to protect it from that rogue who threatened annihilation. She thought her control of the ninjutsu would make it so that only her building collapsed. How wrong could she have been? Her village was shuffling together to fix the catastrophe which occurred. Chie had to assist. However, as she stepped forward, she found she nearly collapsed to the ground. Blood gushed from her mouth. She was faintly aware of something warm spreading along her side. She lifted her hand to see what it was.
Blood.
Chie was bleeding. Her vision was starting to go blurry. She was injured. Was she dying? No, not like this. She forced her chakra into an incantation circle. It flung together its pieces until Chie's hand glowed with flames. Not like this. She exhaled through her nose as not to scream when she pressed her hand against her side. The searing of flesh went by a lot faster than it felt. When her jutsu faded the wound was closed. It would have to do for now. She walked with a limb toward Koutetsu, who was with Sadayo and Sonyo. She would not stop the good work Karuto and Falsa were doing, despite one being a rogue and the other one who disappeared after a misunderstanding. She didn't have the strength at the moment to stop them. In the same vein, Chie found the two younger girls and that one enemy dog remarkable as well. Everyone got to work for the sake of the village. This was what villagers had which rogues didn't. And as the village leader, it was imperative for her to not show weakness.
"A rogue demon host managed to infiltrate the village. All personnel must be on the look out for any possible threats." Chie told the three people there. She wiped away the blood from her mouth with the sleeve of her gloves. "With Karuto and that rogue doing the heavy lifting, I need all medics focused on emergency recovery procedures. Spare no expense and use as much chakra as it takes to save anyone you can!" She declared. She then moved past the group to address everyone. "As of this moment, Uzushiogakure is officially at war with the rogue organization known as Kogarashi. Any affiliates of theirs within our borders will be treated as invasion. And sympathy to their ranks will be treated as heresy. And any alliance with these rogues will be treated as treason! Now I need people to find any possible rogues who have slipped through the borders during this moment of weakness. I want them brought to the Temple of the Gods alive for interrogation. If that is not an option then I understand, but remember in your dealings to be better than the rogues which you face!"
After Chie's speech, she then proceeded to move toward a pile of debris spanning several buildings. Her right hand rose and was weakly held in front of her. Her incantation circle manifested as it formed the seals which Chie could not. Her chakra sank into the objects of the debris as Chie was able to lift them all through psychokinesis. She launched them all with enough force to land harmlessly in the lakes of Caldera. She saw many different people from the reveal. Some who were huddled in fear, some who were impaled with various instruments, and some with minor wounds. No dead here, which kept Chie moving enough to go to the next batch.

Finally, an additional charge of 10 chakra per rank of the final product technique is required to be paid. After hearing the speech from Uzukage, Niko knew that things were about to get serious fast. Still, fearing the response she had received during the blood moon, Niko opted to stay and help. She knew she would be much better suited to combat than support, but she also knew with her current rank she would never be taken seriously. With a regretful sigh, Niko and Hisashi went to help.
They pulled a young man from underneath a pile a rubble. The man was around twenty-one and seemed to be in good shape. However, he had a nasty gash on his leg. The man was bleeding pretty badly. Niko looked at Hisashi and then over the other shinobi. The red haired girl seemed to be a medic, but Niko was unsure. The bleeding was pretty bad though and she didn't see much a choice. "Hisashi! Take this man to the red haired girl over there. She may be a medic. I'm going to see if I could find anyone else." Hisashi, still in human form, nodded as he grabbed the man with the bleeding leg. "Right! Be back in a flash!" He then carefully carried the man to the red haired girl.
She seemed to be lost but Hisashi quickly gave her a direction. "Hi! I'm Hisashi Hatake and this guy... is bleeding a lot! You're a medic right? I'm gonna leave him here with you okay? There's not much more I can do for him and I gotta get back to Niko now, but it'd be really cool if you help this guy! I don't want him to die, and you look like you know your stuff! So... um... if you could... um... Yeah! Well... See ya laterz!" And then Hisashi laid the man down in front of the girl with red hair without even giving her a chance to respond. She was probably thinking something crazy about the human Hisashi, but Hisashi believed he did the right thing. Neither he nor Niko could've helped the man further. With Niko's hunch though, he was one hundred percent positive. "She's got this!" Hisashi then ran off to find Niko.
Niko had just got done reuniting a young boy and girl with their dog when she was surprised by a certain someone. "Red! I've been looking for you. Why aren't you hunting down the rogues? We've got this plenty covered here." Ryota was standing behind Niko with a confused look. He seemed a bit upset as well. Niko turned as Hisashi returned. "I... I don't think that's such a good idea... I..." She was immediately cut off by Ryota. "This is no time for you to be doubting yourself Red. You heard the Uzukage. We are at war. You didn't do all that training and become this strong for nothing. Get out of the game in your head and get your head in the game. We NEED you." Niko looked down as she thought over his words. She didn't think too long however, and she looked up brimming with confidence and determination. She turned and left in search of the rogues, but before she did, she said something to Ryota with a smile, something he never expected. "You really are something Red." Ryota then went to help with the relief efforts.
"Thank you sensei. I needed that. Never shall I doubt myself again."
Another war huh? Well, at least it was something he was used to. With a sigh, Karuto let his hands drop to his sides, clenching his fists in anticipation of the legendary fights he was about to partake in- something that excited him to a great degree. That being said, deep down he was angry.
Angry that anyone would seek out this conflict. Angry that these rogues would bring destruction on this scale. Angry that these innocent shinobi would come to know the brutality of war.
He would channel that anger into a pure rage that he would unleash on his enemies. With a defiant grin, Karuto gave Chie a thumbs up "I'll take care of it Lil Whirlpool Mama- don't you worry" As he said that the Raiken seemed to disappear- moving at full speed away to search the village.

He took a glance around him and acknowledged the incoming assistance. A couple medics had arrived, Karuto-Sensei had made his usual flamboyant entrance, and more. Koutetsu nodded before gesturing to the cleared area, "Makeshift evacuation area for injured individuals. Koutetsu made his way back into the ruins, helping remove rubble. He found an elderly gentleman huddled underneath a layer of stone but relatively okay and helped them out, directing them to the appropriate area. As he slid down the side of a broken fountain, Koutetsu caught sight of an arm sticking out from underneath the remains. As he cleared some of the rubble away, he found a rod of rebar sticking out from where the rest of the body remained hidden. Careful not to budge it, he removed the broken pieces of stone away from the woman's body.
"No," he quietly murmured as her face was revealed. The short blue hair, the the formerly bright brown eyes now dull, the heartshape face that would beam with pride and joy or become stern when he was out of line, and the small burn mark just below the right eye that had been there ever since he could remember told him what he hoped wasn't true. hesitatingly he reached out to feel for a pulse, absently brushing away a bang of blue hair. Nothing. No beat.
He looked to the steel rod to see it piercing through the chest where the heart was. Tears poured down his face, mixing with the ash and dust even as the raging fires around him were put out. But neither suiton nor tears would put out the fire that began to blaze inside of his body. Rage, anger, pain, sorrow, grief, dark emotions swirled inside of him even as he snapped the rebar free from its trappings and carried the body back to the Evac point.
Koutetsu hardly noticed his former academy teacher turned Kage, he couldn't see the blood or injuries on Chie's person even as she spoke to the gathering of Ninja. Koutetsu did, however hear the words, "Uzushiogakure is officially at war with the rogue organization known as Kogarashi."Kogarashi, Koutetsu repeated almost as a mantra in his mind, a name, a target for the agony that ripped through him. Laying the body down next to the others that had been lost, he bent down and kissed his mother on the forehead as she had done for him when he would have nightmares. Then Koutetsu set off towards the gates. He would make sure no one could leave.

Emiko continued to stare off into space, still adding up the events that had happened to her since arriving here. She felt...bad. There was all that was to it really. Not sick, not well but just...not well. Her stunned silence was broken by a man she had never seen before bringing her one of the injured who was somehow alive. She silently thanked the powers that be and looked up weakly at the male he spoke to her, introducing himself to her. Getting to work, Emiko cleansed her hands with a simple jutsu and quickly got to work, casting shindan with a simple hand seal.

He was in pretty rough shape, judging by the blood loss that was happening right now. Emiko took a deep breath in and then would curse herself for not being able to do much. She could only perform the coagulation technique and heal it as best she could. There was be a minor scar but it beat the alternative. Her chakra flooded the wound and began to slowly block the passage of blood. Emiko pressed against the wound in an attempt to stop the blood from fully coming out but would just continue to keep funneling her chakra until it was fully shut.

"A-Ah. Okay. So far, so good..." Emiko said, managing to stop the bleeding for a while until then soon beginning to cast healing hands on the wound. There was no possible way she could fully heal the gash but she could at least do something. The chakra in the wound slowly began to build up and start to repair the wounds the man had sustained. He was still alive somehow, and his cries and other pained noises only made the genin even more out of touch. She felt numb. Emotionally and physically. Everything was just moving on its own. Her hands were glowing for a long time, the exact amount unknown to her. When she did snap out of it, the effects of fatigue were beginning to set in. Thankfully her chakra pool was fairly large to compensate.

The Uzukage spoke up just as she was beginning to feel all that she could muster at the moment. A demon host had been the culprit of turning the office to crumbles and such, working under the organization known as Kogarashi. Her orders were given and Emiko felt a wave of inspiration flood her system. She focused super hard to server her village. "Gotta do good for everyone. Gotta give it my all!" The genin said to herself, continuing to heal this man the best she could.

After getting the gash to a state where it wouldn't be life threatening, Emiko shouted, "Hey! Somebody finish this guy up! I gotta tend to other people." She got up a little wobbly and then would looked over at Chie and make her way over as the Uzukage was incredibly wounded. Her smaller feet pattered up and then tried to stop her, or at least slow her down. "Chi-Uzukage! Please slow down! At least let me heal your wounds." Regardless if she stopped or not, Emiko would hover her hands over her body and cast another shindan in case there was a wound that escape her view.

After the quick diagnosis jutsu, Emiko would go and get started on wounds and such. "M-My healing hands is pretty weak but I can try." She said, cleansing each wound before holding her palms to the open wounds and casting the minor version of healing hands. It couldn't close the major wounds present on Chie but at least she wouldn't bleed out before she was done. As she healed more and more, Emiko was beginning to feel more and more lightheaded. She began with small cuts and wounds but soon moved onto the larger ones and continued on.

"Sorry. Kinda dizzy." Emiko said. Shards of glass and other theres were stuck all around Chie's body, the child forming a series of more hand seals to utilize the extraction jutsu and gently have her chakra help wedge all of the things out before using another healing hands jutsu on each wound. It was good practice at the very least, Emiko wondering if it would be worth it to try and see if the next rank could be learned if the doctors let her. Emiko continued until no more things were wedged inside of Chie. Now down, Emiko huffed and held her head.

Chie chuckled as the young girl rushed to her side. Her impulse to address Chie by her first name was negated once it was clear where and when the two were located. Apparently she wanted to stop working on the others and help the leader. Initially the leader tried to swat off the girl during her diagnosis. However, when it was apparent that doing so caused her to feel even more dizzy, the kage resigned as she sat down and stopped causing the girl to chase after.
"You're going to need to make it quick. I have to get to the academy." She said as Emiko began to work on her wounds. The glow of healing hands caused an anesthetic like effect on the woman's injuries. Her dizziness was fading despite her wounds still gaping. However, as she drew further clarity, she saw that Emiko was quickly over exerting her abilities. "Emiko, rest and recover. Take a soldier pill if you need and continue your work at the hospital. I'll get someone else patch me up, so don't worry." She said with a smile. She found it incredibly earnest that her student, who she just previously sassed for staying an academy student for so long, was now giving her all the moment danger arose. This proved to Chie that she was clearly ready for the title of shinobi. However, Chie also needed the girl to take care of herself, since she could not help save the village if she also became a victim of the catastrophe.

The limitations of this are as such. First of all, the technique works passively only up to one rank below Chie's current Korabo level. This means that if Chie's Korabo level is A-ranked then it can only be used at a B-ranked potential, which means that Chie can only Korabo two B-ranked techniques to use the korabo skill at A-ranked. This assures that this benefit does not allow the user to passively perform techniques one rank higher than they can usually. Second of all, this technique only applies when Chie korabo's with herself. If she korabos with an ally or a clone then this benefit is non-applicable. Finally, an additional charge of 10 chakra per rank of the final product technique is required to be paid. So if the user Korabo two B-ranked techniques, (the user must also pay for each individual skill), then the final technique would be an A-ranked skill, and thus would cost 50 more chakra to perform this way. That puppeteer, he may have been a lightweight but that lucky shot of his. My body was becoming more and more heavy and my eyes were getting harder and harder to keep open. "There! Yoooooo! s**t-Chou san...Chou-san snap out of it ya loser!" Nanako was trying to keep her cool but in all manner of words...I was dying...and in the most pathetic of ways to. A Puppeteers poison. She'd have located the healing group that dispatched to the office. The hospital was too far and at her rank wandering would have proved all the more dangerous.
That's when I lost consciousness. Biting back tears, she'd sound desperately shaken to her core. "Somebody anybody! Help Chou-san! I think he's been poisoned real bad!...he can't die yet.." The specifics of the poison was that is was a neurotoxin, it was slowly causing my muscles to shut down, that's the annoying thing about poison. My body despite it tightening up was still in good physical condition. The impaling wounds the guys puppet left were actually pretty shallow. Six in all perfectly parallel and aligned across and down my chest to the abdomen. Still it was a common poison used among puppeteers if not slightly costly. A lot of puppeteers would likely carry anti-venoms for it assuming they dabbled in neuro-toxin. "He...he just wanted to keep us safe.."
As I lay unawares of the situation I could feel a tremble in my dreams. The rise of the Gobi. Lord help me if I was awake, it best not have been headed to Kahorus mansion where all the children had fled to. If such were the case, well, I would prefer to simply just die here and now. Hopefully in that death I would have at least been redeemed to some degree in Chie-dono's eyes. An internal sigh. If I lived somehow, through all that was happening, I'd start really living life again. If I died...well my only regrets would be never getting to see those kids grow up, never getting to confess my feelings to Chie-dono...and never being able to raise that daughter I wanted...whomever if anyone was monitoring my vitals they would have taken a massive drop..that is until I realized...WAIT A GOD DAMN MINUTE, THAT WAS WAY TOO MANY REGRETS.
My vitals would then skyrocket as what was formerly a heart that was beating slowly enough that it seemed it was on the brink of death began to beat rapidly. If I was gonna die ta hell with dying like a sad sack. CHOUGA ATSUI WOULD DIE A MAN! Ah...he'd still prefer NOT to die however. Moreover with the uprising of a huge beast. Another possibly huge beast might have proved beneficial to keep alive.

Arriving on the scene, Yoshiro just managed to catch the Kage's speech. It was hard to fully grasp the reality of the situation, but seeing the destruction and devastation that had befallen the village, he sympathized with the Kage's tone. Regardless of whatever horrors war may bring, Yoshiro was willing to face them head-on. He would not give up his home without a fight. Not this time.
Once Chie's speech was concluded Yoshi took a moment to further survey the area. Admits the chaos of it all, he managed to pick out a familiar head of red hair. "Emi!" he called, quickly making his way over to her while also doing his best to be careful of those working. When he did arrive, he was a bit surprised to see Emiko tending to the wounded. He had no idea she had any medical training, let alone the emotional fortitude to deal with a crisis of this scale. 'Man. She's sure come a long way since the academy.' he thought. Definitely further than him.
Before Yoshiro could comment on any of this though, his attention was drawn to the sound of someone calling for help. Following the direction of the voice, he saw a white-haired man sprawled out on the ground. 'Oh crap.' After rushing to the man's side, Yoshiro was able to see that the man was definitely in a rough state, though he didn't have any idea what was going on. He needed a medic. "Emi! Over here!" he called out, waving his arm to signal for her to come to him. Hopefully, she'd be able to figure out what was wrong with this man.
