By now Sludge was used to being dragged towards the stadium that housed each event, but it didn't mean he was used to the events themselves. Each of them were always different in some way, and some ended up being more bizarre then others, so he was never sure what to expect. But as he stepped through the stadium doors with the rest of the students, he felt them suddenly vanish, leaving him by himself. This didn't last, as he could sense the presence of someone else. A bright light then illuminated the area, revealing the stranger. It was himself. Sludge wasn't the smartest of boils, so it took him a few minutes to figure out just what was going on, and what the deal was with the purple clothing and glasses. His clone appeared just as confused, giving him the same blank and confused look. Thankfully there was a helpful elf nearby to explain the rules. "You're supposed to fight each other!" It called out to them. "Oh, but not to rough okay? Tis the season of kindness and compassion after all! The new information prompted a change in both participants. For while they didn't have much brain power, Sludge knew what 'fighting' was. He was born and breed for this purpose, his entire body built to attack the enemy. Soon both combatants were crouching low, hissing and screeching at each other, sizing themselves up. When it was clear they were both equally matched, Sludge opted for the first move, opening his mouth and spitting a stream of acid at his foe. It wasn't a technique every xenomorph could do, but it was clear he still needed to work on his aim as his clone dodge it with ease, lunging for Sludge with it's razor sharp claws. While his clone looked like a perfect copy of him, Sludge could see it did not possess the same strength, the claws barely scraping his skin. But what it lacked in strength it made up in speed, easily dodging Sludges counter swipe. Or Maybe was just slow. Quote: HP: 39 Doppelganger HP: 33 Damage: 0

The close screeched at him, rushing forwards as it was trained to do. Sludge in turn ran towards him, and the two went down, slashing and clawing madly on the ground. The elves nearby made sure to give them a wide berth. Quote: HP: 36 Doppelganger HP: 28 Damage: 5

Sludge wasn't sure if now would be a good time to take his pin off, because while it would make more sense to fight in his natural form, he didn't have enough time to try and pull the brace off his arm, least his opponent score a easy hit. For now he contented himself with the fact he still had his tail. As his clone came up close it whipped around, digging deep into his opponents arm. It screeched in pain, before it reached forward and wrapped his jaws around Sludges own arm. Quote: HP: 33 Doppelganger HP: 22 Damage: 6
