Seeing that it was a new day Simon contemplated battling first or playing games. Looking at his opponent Simon sighed and nodded, battle first as he sent out Snover who was ready to battle. If its territory is violated, it shows no mercy in thoroughly punishing the foe with its sharp claws." The next bird was another from Kanto, "Fearow the beak Pokemon. It has the stamina to fly all day on its broad wings. It fights by using its sharp beak." Simon considered that the first form might be up next however it wasn't like he used Pidgey so it really could be any bird Pokemon.

The last Pokemon was quite a surprise since as far as he knew, "Farfetch'd the wild duck Pokemon. Farfetch'd is always seen with a stalk from a plant of some sorts. Apparently, there are good stalks and bad stalks. This Pokemon has been known to fight with others over stalks" was a bird who didn't really fly. Snover was tired but Simon believed in him.

With the battle over Snover was almost defeated but the bird Pokemon fell first. Healing him up Simon knelt and explained that he was going to hold off on evolving for a few levels so he could get some new moves first. Snover understood and was returned. Thanking the trainer for a good battle Simon went to the boardwalk to try to catch a Wailmer while the bird trainer went to heal his team. Of course the net broke rather quickly but all Simon needed for the Mega stone was a single ticket so all wasn't lost. He would finish getting his daily ticket before looking at the prizes again.

Waiting on the wheel to finish Simon checked his Pokenav in order to see how the event was ending. Apparently there wasn't a lot going on. Once it ended in a few days the boardwalk games would shut down allowing those who had tickets to finish getting their prizes and everything else together. Entering the arcade tent again Simon went right back to that racing game deciding to try using a Doduo. At first he was doing pretty well beating a person who didn't know how to use Rhyhorn like he did. There was a power up on the screen that Simon nabbed that had Doduo actually evolve into Dodrio and get into second place. That got him a great score, seven tickets.

ZK shrugged. Before he could reply, however, there was suddenly a loud scream, almost hypersonic, and both ducked down, covering their ears and wincing. Unfortunately... they recognized it. And it wasn't a scream of horror. Ajicka looked over, irritated, to find Elle, but blinked when she saw the Kirlia running for her. Maybe it was a scream of horror? 'Ajicka! I-I won!' she cried out. Frowning, Ajicka straightened up. So then, wait... Her eyes widened, her jaw dropping. "Again!?" There was only one thing that could get the Kirlia that excited. Elle nodded, looking just as shocked as her trainer. "You... you caught the wailmer?" she tried to clarify, only for Elle to nod more fervently, and gesture for her to follow. She could hear ZK scoff behind her, but Ajicka ignored it, running after her pokemon to see Ivysaur quite literally bouncing in place, looking just as awe-struck as they were. "Saur! Saur! Ivysaur!" he called to them, the attendee, a young woman, chuckling a bit in amusement.
She congratulated Ajicka as she approached, smiling hand handing her her one hundred tickets, once Elle had confirmed her as her trainer. W-well... damn. That was... another hundred more than she had even come close to expecting to get...

Ajicka, meanwhile, shook her head a bit. She honestly wasn't sure whether this changed things or not... She knew that she wanted to get one megastone, maybe a balm mushroom... but she'd already had enough tickets for that. She was honestly planning on getting a few more, turning in her tickets, and heading to Kanto to battle the gym leaders, but now... she wasn't sure whether to try and get as many tickets as she could, or.... Running a hand through her hair, she was suddenly aware of how tired she was. It had been a while since she got some sleep... Though, she remembered, she had also meant to battle some more while she was here. She wasn't exactly on the right island for that, though... but she wanted to see if she could get some more plates from the mart when they next restocked. Maybe she'd see if there were any people to challenge on the island, so she could get some money, save up... then take a nap and see if the pokecenter had anything.
