When their task was explained, Andy simply set his cross bow in a safe place and set to work. Moving heavy? things and dropping them to crush the bridge? He could handle that!
And what luck, as he was setting his weapon aside he found a scarred table, which he promptly went to haul out to the drop zone. Unfortunately he hadn't counted on having to lift the damned thing over his head, nor his too-long, shaggy hair getting in his eyes.
Which meant he didn't see the creature coming for him because he was too busy trying not to drop the goddamned table. Lucky find his a**! The table slipped and was taken by shadows, the beast coming for him swiped his arm and would have taken it if he hadn't thrown himself bodily in the opposite direction at the last second.
"Sweet Mary, mother of Christ..." If he survived this, he would have quite the story. After tearing a strip from his cloak to wrap the gash in his arm, he got back up and went hunting for a new item...

Round 3: Your object(s) bounce off the side of the wall then land on the bridge. Better than nothing. Subtract 1 to your potential drop damage that you totaled from step 2. This is now your drop FINAL damage done. You can start at step 1 again. Don't forget to post your total drop damage done.
With a huff she tossed the chicken over the side. It screeched and smacked into a wall before bouncing off and landing on the bridge.

Andy was lucky - or maybe not, depending on how you measured luck - in that he quickly found a keg of distilled spirits. He felt only a slight twinge of sadness as he hefted the keg and went on his 'merry' way, passing someone that seemed to be well on their way to a chicken-tossing championship.
Were they really supposed to drop chickens? Whatever available, he guessed.

If the wagon barrel wasn't heavy enough yet another chicken appeared. This had to be some kind of magical curse or whatever. Although they were kind of starting to grow on her and she began to make back stories for the chickens.

"Bombs away!" She really wished it was a bomb though. Maybe that would've been better than the wagon barrel and chicken. "Good luck Bob the chicken I hope your sacrifice is not in vain." Giving the chicken a quick solute for it's service, she slumped against the wall with a tired huff.
This was some serious work. Maybe she should have gone and helped with healing instead. She felt like she could sleep right then and there if it weren't for all the yelling and screaming...and monsters.

Oh joy, it seemed whatever hellspawn had taken his keg dropped it! He managed to rescue the damned thing and begin the trek back up, expression one of grim determination. And annoyance.

Score! Kind of. The stupid chicken made his drop off-center and the whole lot went skittering off a wall, but it DID hit with a satisfying thunk and he enjoyed watching the whole bloody thing waver a bit.

Back down he went, dropping fast to snatch up the first thing he could find, which happened to be a hay bale that he spotted wh. No big deal, he could heft that sucker without issue. He just hoped there would be no additional chickens and that he'd make it up again. ile still up high
