Waiting on a dock wasn't so bad. Avikna got to see some interesting people pass by, and not to far away a group of sailors on their break were having fun goofing off. Not to many woman though, so seeing one just sitting there seemed like a prime target for some of the boys... if it wasn't for Avikna's group of scary looking Pokemon surrounding her. Namely Mave, who was standing directly behind Avikna. If anything Mave's new coat of fur seemed to make her even more scarier than before. The little girl even seemed to think so, keeping her distance from Mave after the wolf tried to approach her. Not like Tay who was all over Mave... back when her mane was white. Avikna in the meantime adjusted her team, setting up some of her weaker dragons on the front lines for some training. Alduin in particular was going to be a tough one... She remembered how hard it'd been to train RAY into a Hydregion. It was likely that determination that lead to RAY disobeying her... With Zelda finally fully evolved, all that was left was Astrid, Lexera, Alduin, Terra and Bahamut. Celcius as well was bound to evolve eventually, but for now, the red-head preferred him in his current stage. Not being a dragon he wasn't high on her priority list.
Regardless, a little more than an hour passed before the woman and man returned, finding their daughter tuckered out from playing so much with Bahamut and Alduin, Avikna youngest dragons it seemed. Taking his daughter, Avikna walked alongside the woman in case she needed help walking. It seemed she was relying more on a cane now. The only Pokemon Avikna left out of their Pokeball was Mave, being able to fly over the ship was good enough for her.

Sebastian spent a few minutes sorting through his PC box and his team, trying to figure out who to keep with him, who to store away as well as trying to figure out where these new pokemon had come from. Somehow, he'd come across a pokemon in his storage that he had no recollection of catching and a bit of shifting in his bags revealed some pokeballs with occupants that he really didn't recall catching. The fact they were ghosts made him all the more confused. He had quite a few pokemon to deal with it seemed, just sitting in his boxes. There was that Ralts... a Flabebe that he didn't recall. There was also the Emolga, which he remembered and a few others he'd needed to figure out what to do with. Maybe they'd be worth bringing along if he chose to tackle some of the other gyms in the other regions; it certainly wouldn't be right to just cruise through them with the tough pokemon he already had. Actually, it'd probably be worth it to build some teams specifically for that reason if he opted to do it. Ah well.
Depositing the ghosts as well as Butterfree and retrieving Shellder, Sebastian took a seat at an empty table. He fished through Shellder's move sets just to be on the safe side and gave a weary smile when he noticed that it could indeed learn Surf. It seemed Danny was right; now the question was... should he evolve it before attempting to travel the waters on it? Or maybe... just maybe... Shellder could carry him on it's own? He was half considering releasing it once the deed was done; it'd be a sort of jerk move to evolve it if it didn't want to evolve.

Well, first things first. Sebastian took his leave of the pokemon center, heading back out towards the shoreline. He found himself a little place to settle for the moment, pulling out the pokeball containing Shellder and releasing his recent capture. The shell's tongue wagged about in the air, eyes blinking and looking up at the man curiously. Sebastian smiled and waved a little at the pokemon, kneeling down and fishing out his TM case. He shuffled through the discs until he found the one for Surf, adjusting the device and holding it over the pokemon. He watched the glow as it came and went, the Shellder still staring at him curiously while it's tongue still wagged about.
"Alright, that's done...," Sebastian murmured, putting the case away and eyeing the Shellder curiously. He held a hand out, tapping the top of the shell as he seemed to consider his options. "So... how confident do are you about surfing?"

No one could ever say that Sebastian wasn't an interesting person, willing to take on the most crazy of challenges if they presented himself. Of course, whether this made him an intelligent person was a question to be asked as there were probably better options in the long run than the choices he made. Intent on getting to Cianwood as quickly as possible, as well as being undecided on whether he'd keep the Shellder or not, he decided to take his chances and see how far the little shell pokemon could take him on its own. Taking every precaution he could, which was mostly making sure everything in his bag was secure, he set out over the waters.
He was impressed at how strong the Shellder was to be honest. Despite it's small size, it didn't seem to have to much a problem holding him up. It was also surprisingly fast too, though it was a bit odd for the man to be bobbing up and down as they started over the water; apparently the pokemon needed to be backwards to actually propel itself through the water, opening and closing it's shell to do so. The trainer was doing his best to just keep a grip on the little horns that jutted up from the top of the shell, trying to get into motion with the bopping. He wasn't prone to sea sickness or anything, but this was certainly a new experience.
And apparently an unusual sight too as it wasn't long before Sebastian found himself surfing past a group of swimmers farther out in the water, who stared at the sight. One flagged him down, swimming over and eyeing the pair curiously. The young woman couldn't help but inquire exactly where Sebastian was headed.
"I'm headed to Cianwood, to challenge the gym.. and run some errands." He remarked, swiping a strand of hair out of his face and shifting a bit. His legs were starting to cramp up just a bit from this squatting position. Not really the best for a tall fellow like him. The young woman smiled.
"Ah really? Chuck is a pretty tough dude! You must be too if you think you can take him." She responded, a sort of gleam in her eyes. "How about a battle? I'd love to see how tough you really are." Sebastian frowned, an eyebrow quirking. Well.. he could use more training, just in case. And he could stretch his legs.

Sebastian fished out some potions and began to heal Deuce up as Kira returned her fainted pokemon. The Sylveon gave the man a sort of leery look, but ultimately let him heal him without violently forcing him into the water. There really wasn't any wiggle room for the either of them; Deuce had been confided to a rock the entirety of the battle and Sebastian to the back of Shellder. Luckily though, that hyper beam move had more than shown it's worth.
"Wow! Your Sylveon's pretty tough." Kira remarked, swimming over at eyeing Deuce. Sebastian tensed a bit, but the Sylveon seemed to welcome the praise, his chest puffing out slightly as the smuggest of smirks crossed his face. See that was what he was talking about. Screw this pink stuff, he would show these people he was a force to be feared and admired.
"Pfft... please, it's not that tough!" A voice suddenly chimed as another swimmer swam over to the group. Sebastian frowned, watching as the man eyed the Sylveon and scoffed again. He saw Deuce's ears droop in agitation and for a moment, honestly panicked that something terrible would happen. Sure, bodies were easier to hide at sea but he didn't want that on his conscious. It was long though before the young man pulled out a pokeball of his own, which alleviated Sebastian's worry some. A battle was probably enough of a distraction to keep the Sylveon from doing anything... murderous.

Taylor gave a sort of wail of disbelief as he was soundly defeated by yet another series of pink beam blasts, cheeks puffing in agitation as he put distance between himself and Sebastian. Swimmers were certainly relentless weren't they? Fishing out yet another couple of potions, he spent them on a gleeful looking Deuce. For once, the Sylveon looked happy; whether that was a good thing or not, Sebastian wasn't entirely sure. But it kept him from being choked to death by ribbon tendrils and it got the pokemon some necessary training.
He'd only managed to heal Deuce up though before yet another swimmer trumpeted a challenge, apparently excited from watching her friends battle. This was... just a bit more delay then he was expecting in his travels. He supposed it wasn't to bad though, since he was heading directly for Cianwood either way. What was a battle or two more?

Kelly gave a little squeal of glee despite being defeated just as easily as her friends had been. She nearly gave the man a heart attack when she swam straight up to confront the Sylveon face to face, eyes wide with amazement. Sebastian was ready to throw himself on the pokemon in the event he tried to take the poor girl out, but instead Deuce’s ears flattened back, gaze narrowing and staring at the young woman invading his space. It was probably just sheer luck that he was still recharging from his go to move.
Kelly just giggled again, swimming back and away, waving at Sebastian. ”Thank you! That was amazing!” She squealed. Sebastian gave a nervous chuckle in response, giving her a slight wave. "Ah, you’re welcome." He remarked, shifting just slightly from his position still on the back of Shellder. It seemed that she was the last of the swimmer challengers and so quickly he retrieved Deuce’s pokeball, healing the pokemon up and returning him to its confines. Well, not before the Sylveon chose to obliterate a random Quagsire that had attempted to perch itself up on the same small rock he was residing on. Sebastian grimaced, feeling bad for the poor wild pokemon in question.
With conversation and battles finished, Sebastian waved goodbye to the group, adjusting himself and getting back into the flow of the bob and weave. He had no idea how long it’d taken him, but it would probably do him some good to keep his focus. He’d been making alright time until recently; there was still a small sliver of hope to getting where he needed to be and get done what he needed to get done.

Gio sailed into Olivine Bay on the only ship that was going into Johto. There was a need to get back to Gym battles and training but in order for that to happen he needed to make it to try Ecruteak first. Morty and his Ghost Pokemon Gio needed to challenge them and get the HM Surf to be able to finally challenge Chuck. After Chuck only one Gym Leader was left to beat before he had full confidence in himself. Of course it was the same Gym Leader that he was getting ready to sail into the city of. Jasmine, how she haunted him he would never know.
Gio heard a call from the captain saying there was some rift in the water and that. It wasn't a whirlpool which was weird because these waters were known for them. It was raining pretty heavily and Gio had his rain coat on. But he was still soaked and Lucario was just as soaked. Before it had even started raining Gio had given Lucario the opportunity to go back in his ball but the fighting type refused.
Th ship was being tugged into the rift and no matter how much the helmsman fought he just couldn't manage to sail away from it. Soon they were heading backwards towards it before they were engulfed completely

As much as he wanted to stop in and see Amphy he was running out of time so after he stopped for a bite to eat he began to make his way out of Olivine. He was curious as to if he could actually beat Morty in Ecruteak but he did hold somewhat of an advantage, he knew what he was up against and that was troublesome enough. There Miltank farm looked a little different than normal Gio thought, the grass was swirling and there was a strange purple thing in the center of it. As soon as they'd entered Olivine, Eon found herself awestruck. There they were standing in a large port city. Entering Olivine was no unknown sight for Gio, the lighthouse gleamed across the water just as it always had giving a nice golden tint that mixed with the sunset. Eon tilted her head some in curiosity. She was tired, but the chance to see that beautiful Lighthouse up close and personal made her feel somewhat excited. With a tired nod she followed along as they made their way across the city to the lighthouse "Sure, sounds like fun." This wasn't likely the only time she'd be in this city, but still.. it would be nice to see it as the sun set.. Luffy was all for the idea, getting to see the ocean and a ship all in one.. He was also quiet interested in this 'legend' As was Eon. As they approached the lighthouse, the sound of the ocean waves crashing against the tetrapod's. It was here that Eon suddenly remembered something. Like a movie playing in her head, she looked up to not see the lighthouse in Olivine City, but the Lighthouse in Lilycove, though to her it was just another lighthouse... one that seemed familiar. Closing her eyes and shaking her head, she reopened her eyes to see the Olivine Lighthouse once more. Luffy took a moment to calm down from his excitement, plopping himself down on Eon's head. He seemed to run a paw along her head, as if to comfort her. Luffy was a psychic-type after all, it didn't take much for Eon to remember this, given how often he's floating around instead of walking on his own feet. Regardless the lighthouse was beautiful. "It's really tall." Eon spoke up. It had to be to get over all the large ships in the harbor, being on top of a hill though it made it seem even bigger. "Can we go all the way to the top?" Eon pointed out that the lighthouse was especially tall, "It is, but it seems even bigger from the inside" he said trying to make the lighthouse seem sort of scary as the stormy clouds in the background were taking there shape closer to them. "We can go all the way to the top, that's actually what I was hopping you would want to do!" he said with a smile as they arrived to the front door. He held it open so that Eon could enter after him. "be careful though, there are Trainers in here that can get pretty tough" that part wasn't a lie, the last time he had came to the lighthousehe had almost lost a tight battle to a certain Trainer using some Snagged Pokemon. Thankfully for them though he didn't need to worry about Team Snagem here anymore. At least he had hopped not. He loved watching people's reactions to when they first entered the lighthouse so he tried to keep a close eye without looking like a creep.
