Shops were still closed, or hadn't opened yet depending on how one veiwed things. Either way, he was up really early, his hair having that just out of bed look as his hands worked feverishly to put it right, back into it's low slung ponytail. If it was cold, he didn't seem to notice, green eyes focusing on trying not to elbow someone as he walked. He stood out compared to the others; his skin was chocolate colored instead of tan, his hair was a bright red where almost everyone elses was black or a dull color. He grinned to himself as he looked around, trying to spot someone, anyone to talk to or lift him of his boredom. It wasn't often this one got bored, oh no. He always had something on his mind, something to do with his hands or else he was sleeping. That wasn't the case today. He wanted someone to help entertain him, or else he'd entertain himself and that usually led to trouble.

Blond hair trickled into his face was the wind pulled and played with it. He pulled his wings in close to his skin it was cold out. Well perhaps not truely cold, more chilly then cold. The shop where not yet open, but a crowd was already appearing in the cobbled streets. Kageki's hand rested on his sword as he surged into the bodies. He half danced in and out of the crowd swiftly making his way to his destantion.

Zurin walked slowly down the cobbled street, placing one foot delicately after the other with practiced care. A fall on the hard stone could be painful indeed for the fragile albino, and he already had enough troubles to deal with this day.
He was in the main street early, not out of any desire to beat the morning rush, but because the dim morning light was gentle on his skin. If he had to be outdoors in order to find a new husband, Zurin would rather not face the difficulty of layers of protective creams, heavy clothing and even a parasol.
Zurin would rather not be outdoors at all, but the need for a gehaka now that his parents were gone was indeed a strong motivator. Until he had a reliable gehaka to send out on errands, Zurin was forced to do everything himself.
Still scanning the market with pale eyes, he eventually decided on a destination and began towards it before the sun became too bright.

Kageki eyes lite onto Zurin. So pale like winter snow falling against the grown. Eyes pink like the insides of a shell. An albino; he was paler then Kenchi. He pushed back his golden hair. Why was such a beauty out there a lone? Tilitng his head he walked slowly towards the pale gehaka. "Hello," he spoke a smooth gentle voice. His posture was subdued, eyes trained on the ground. "Such a lovely one such as yourself and so senstive to the light should not be by himself. Where is your retiner sir?"

Zurin turned at the soft voice, fixing his eyes on the blonde gehaka that had spoken. He squinted at him, making out a relatively muscular build and warm skin tone but not much else. Zurin briefly cursed the fact that he'd forgotten his lenses, but then he remembered that he wasn't interested in the finer points of physical appearance at this moment.
In fact, the gehaka had been presumptuous in the extreme to speak to Zurin without invitation, and Zurin's traditional manners bridled. He was tempted to ignore the gehaka altogether, but the question about his retainer brought to mind sharply the reason Zurin was in the street in the first place.
Frowning slightly at such a blunt observation of his condition, he answered shortly. "I have none. Where is your master, that would let you speak so impertinently?"

Kageki lowered his eyes and bowed deeply to the Haka in apology. "Sorry, Oh honorable one. I should not have been so bold and insolent so speak out of turn." Kageki knelt a pound the dirt, head bowed in servitude. Such behavior at home would have gotten him slapped, had he really changed so much being around his cousins. "I have no mate honorable one; I am living with my aunt at the moment in a visit. Please do not judge my household on my mistake to speak so bluntly and ask such a bold question, and for speaking with out invitation." He said softly. The question lingered still in Kageki mind. Why did not such a find creature have a retainer? He was dressed to finally to be a vagabond or lower class. Even in parents death a Gehaka should have remained till such a pale lily of a creature found a mate.

Zurin's frown deepened. The gehaka was managing to be arrogant even in his humility, kneeling in the dirt like a player in the thaeter.
Zurin's lip curled. Such dramatic gestures should not go unrewarded. "Get up. What household is this you speak of?"

Kageki stood with the grace of one well pratice in martial arts. "Currently honorable one, I am living in the Hishorin house. " His green eyes where trained on the cobbled ground, golden hair falling in his face. His wings where pulled close to his back and he was slouched to make himself as small as possible.

Zurin stood back thoughtfully, observing the gehaka's posture and grudgingly admitting that while he was unmannered, he could be taught. Hishiron house was an honourable one, and would not look bad in connection with Wakahisa.
With a sigh, the pale haka reached a long fingered hand into his pocket and produced a small reddish object. With infinite distaste, he placed the leaf shaped stone in the gehaka's golden toned hand.
"This is a token of Wakahisa house. Show the carving at the gates and they will let you and your guardian in without question."
Not bothering to wait for a reply, Zurin turned on his heel and hastily braved the cobbled streets in order to get home before the sun scorched him.

Kageki ears fell at the evident distaste in the movements. His eyes remained on the reddish leaf shape stone in horror. Mother would beat him if he brought shame on his Aunts house. He closed his fingers whispering a "Yes sir," before taking of.

Mibu Shinrei made his way out into the main street. With him were two of his mother's gehaka, to "protect" him. As they should. Shinrei believed that gehaka were good for a few things...at least grunts like the ones following him.
His ice like gaze scanned the street carefuly. He didn't want to dirty his kimono...or dirty his aurora with unknow trash. In fact, Shinrei was just here to shop through things. A present, to keep his moods at bay for the moment. He stepped forward, lightly begining to set off into the crowd.

He squint against the sun, jaw tilted up slightly and face thrown up against the sun. It was a nice afternoon, if you discounted the whole 'sweltering hot' thing, but at least he had the option of standing in the shade. There it wasn't so bad.
Slouching slightly, Muruyama Amikai squat in the relative cool of the shadow between two shops. The older gehaka's hair had been pulled up and back to keep it off his neck. He wasn't fond of the heat, and it was days like this he was almost glad to be unmarried. Had he been partnered, he might have been doing hard larbor in this weather, or in the very least walking some woozy haka carefully from one shop to the other. No, times like this he'd much rather take advantage of his vegabond employment status. Maybe later he'd make the effort to walk to the river, but for now he'd rather just stand in the shade and not really go much of anywhere.

It was a hot day...and Shinrei had left his fan at home. He was irritated now. The tiny haka didn't like the heat much, preferring snow to it. One of the gehaka pointed out a shaded area between two shops. Well, it was better than nothing.
Scowling, the tiny haka made his way there, waving off the hand of one of the gehaka following him. He did not need their help. Shinrei often disliked their rough hands helping him, as they belonged to his mother. Anything that belonged to his mother, should just be that. Lifting a pale hand, the haka swept a few of the white strands of hair away from his face.
Then his icey gaze fell on the gehaka crouched there. Crouched? Did he not like the heat either? Or was he just lazy? If it was the second, tch, there was no need for gehaka like him. If it was the first, Shinrei could understand. He himself felt that way after all.
The iced orbs didn't leave from studiying the gehaka there. He was older... Shinrei could tell by the greying streaks...but no bracers were upon his wrists. How long did gehaka get to live without being married? Or did they just continue living off their mothers? It was something he didn't know, being an only child.

Amikai's head came up immediately as the haka moved toward his -- the -- alleyway. For a split second, he wished that the haka would turn aside and return to his guardians. By the time the paley dressed male closed in though, Amikai had settled and turned his attention back to the street and away from the approaching stranger. Despite himself, his fingers skirted over his forearms, fingernails scritching at the dark skin where the marriage bracers might have been had he been involved in that sort of pairing.
Had it been another gehaka in the space between buildings, Amikai might have offered a greeting or a quick grin. Rather, he simply bowed his head slightly in acknowledgement. Unmarried, unfamilied gehaka were the lowest of the low, and he'd rather not risk annoying a haka with two strong arms to back up his opinion.

Interesting...at least for a moment. The gehaka offered no greeting, just merely nodded and what was that...? He rubbed at his arms where the marriage bracer, at least at his age, should have been.
A cold smirk came on to the pale haka's lips. Did this one fear marriage? Tch. Such a silly thing, if he was married he would have more than likely been better clothed and fed. Shinrei himself saw gehaka almost as pets, but he wasn't one to beat said pets if they were good.
"You... what is your name? Family? Tell me."
Shinrei's voice was as crisp as his eyes, and sharp. It held the icey tones of his over all look, showing no warmth to anyone. This haka was one not to warm to many.
