Beauty is only skin deep!
Mare Personality: Completely devoted to those she has claimed as hers, there is nothing this mare wouldn't do to see that her precious ones are happy, healthy and safe. Often to the point of sacrificing her own health happiness and welfare. She is not anything special, after all. Her value lies in what she can do for others.
Stallion Personality: Stubborn, pigheaded and completely devoted to causes that he deems worthy. He will give his all in service to these ideals. He is single minded, and passionate in his pursuit of accomplishing his goals. Whether they are political, personal, or other.

Oh man, there was this one time...
Prompt reply: From the beginning, it was impossible not to know what was expected of the young mare. She was meant to follow in the footsteps of her elders and better. It was upon her to become not just a warrior to physically protect those weaker than herself, and to protect her herd and family, but to act as a shelter of sorts as well. To be a guardian of her charges emotional well-being. And truthfully, that was just as important to the mare as the rest. At least, that was how her training seemed to lead. But she wouldn't know, not really, until after the trails that would permit her to become an adult of the herd. An active, contributing member of the herd.
It might have been expected tht she would feel... nervous. She had seen others of her age go ahead of her, and fail. But she just knew that wouldn't be her lot. She was strong, capable, and more than tht, she embodied the principles her herd held dear. She was far from nervous. She was eager. Excited. And more than ready for her life to truly begin.

Oh man, there was this one time...
Prompt reply: The day was almost here. It was a day that she had both been looking forward to and dreading. Her whole life had been shaped so that in this moment she would succeed and become the next great warrior in the herd. But she was nervous beyond words. What if she failed? What would become of her then? There had been others to fail in the past, but they were not a part of the herd anymore. That was likely her fate if she did fail, to be tossed out, forced to fend for herself. Pacing in a small clearing she tried to clear her mind of these negative thoughts. With all the training that she had been given there was no reason to fail. It would be a challenge yes but there had been so many challenges up until now that it wouldn't be too bad. Still the doubt nagged her from the back of her mind. She needed rest. If she was to succeed tomorrow she needed to sleep, but she was too nervous to sleep and so she paced. She could see the challenge through even with a lack of sleep, she had to, for that was what would happen. Mentally going over everything she had been taught and the various possible challenges that may face her the mare continued to pace into the night to await her challenge and to fulfill her destiny.
