Uchiha Roxas Sean Bito Okie dokie. Did you want me to be more specific and add 12 more paragraphs to it, or was it something else? No, it's just very messy in its presentation and writing making specifics not the problem but the presentation of those specifics. Can you basically break down what you did for me in each paragraph so I can understand it better? Secondly, your character perspective seems really messed up considering that: 1. You're pretending to be an Allan but have the traits of a West Family member. Barry Allan is Blonde and Impulse has brown hair as a stereotypical colliding of the West's ginger hair meeting the Allan Blonde hair, because apparently that's how genetics works, but yeah... So Bart doesn't have freckles really either, are you editing your features somehow because well, Inertia also has Thawne DNA in him, that's what makes him blonde? 2. You don't seem to actually acknowledge that you're Inertia at all even outside of speech save for the one time you use your powers, which is pretty messy, it'd be nice if you were to clear that up a little I suppose. 3. What are you doing with that bag? That part of the post is a bit of a mess, you go on about a hell of a lot that doesn't even seem to make sense and then apparently just "find" bombs lying around; you could steal them... why not do that instead of just "finding" them? it's just a little backwards. -whistles and walks away-

Although this post is miles better than the original, there's still some real BIG discrepancies that need to be dealt with.
1. You do not use the Speed Force, at all. Stop saying you do, the inner comic Hulk inside me wants to "SMASH!" everytime I see you say it. The Speed Force is an entire different skill set to what you have which actually, brings me onto point 2.
2. You severely over-estimate the abilities of your skill set. Your skills allow you to literally move fast because you slow down time around you, you can't rewind it, can't cause people to move faster along their time line towards death. You literally slow down YOUR OWN passage through time to give off an illusion you have super speed. The only other real applications we've seen of this ability apart from its use as a Speed Boost is the vibrating their molecules by speeding up time until they explode or stealing their time by sending them back down their timeline; which, if I remember correctly, de-ages them but doesn't really push them back in time to a point before their actions etc.
Yes, one could argue that imaginatively if you can push people back you can push people forward but if this was the case... Inertia would have used it by now. I mean, if you could literally corpse someone on the spot, why wouldn't you? Inertia is a psychopath. He'd have no reservations at all about dusting someone. So, as an audience, we have to assume that it is not possible for him.
3. I disagreed with Witty's use of Nanoseconds as a means to deploy his barrier and with a little talk about it, we did eventually come to an agreement that it was far too fast. So being able to move at Picoseconds... is ridiculous. Flash is the Fastest Man Alive and Superman, Shazam and co can move pretty fast but I doubt anyone could move that fast without destroying themselves. A lot of the Flashes have died moving too fast, so if that's the case wouldn't you too? I don't know how it would work in relation to your powers but wouldn't moving that fast break you or something? It would be ridiculous. So, I think if we revise our timings a little better we can make these posts work out.

Inertia used to use the Speed Force. He lost it, used a drug, then developed these abilities and never went back to using the Speed Force because he was in some cases faster than most the Flashes as you said. Even though its through a technicality at most points and most the Flashes do find a way to out speed him in the long term. It takes time and effort to figure out quantum mechanics I suppose.
My further reading also makes it sound impossible for these suggestions to take place. There's what he did to Zoom but that's about it.
