Ganximei decided it was time to try the glider again. She wound it up and climbed aboard. The launcher sent her flying and soon enough she was airborn.
Would she make it to the island this time?

So far so good. Until an uneasy feeling swept through her and she began to shake. Her stomach flipping this way and flopping that way. The sudden realization that it she made a mistake she could very well go plummeting into the water hit her hard.

And then the glider was on fire! The sounds of screams echoed in her head, the smell of smoke. The glider flip flopped through the air and severe panic and distress overcame her.
And then it was gone and she pulled her glider up at the last minute. Too close.

Another steep cliff. There was something else here though. Some sort of device. For flyling maybe? Nush looked it over curiously prior to giving the thing a shot. He began to wind it up. Then, he eventually went on to mount it. However, it trembled and gave out.
Hm. Maybe that was too much winding.

Nush attempted to wind it up once more. This time he seemed to have got it right, as he zipped on off the cliff and into the air once he was ready. He felt a rush as this happened and he held on tightly. No telling what would happen now.

It was interesting, flying in this contraption. Nush's eye(s) soon widened as he felt something angry. Something did not want him here, as if threatening him for trespassing upon something. There was nothing around that really seemed worthy for trespassing upon, however.

Soon after, though, he could hear a more soothing voice. This one surged him with strange emotions such as joy. It was a little odd to be feeling this right after the angry tones he had heard just moments ago. Nush considered this to be a good sign, and decided to not question it in the meantime.

Now there was a surge of courage. It wasn't from within himself. Nush wasn't entirely certain where all these voices and feelings were coming from. The drop was vast, but he didn't entirely fear that. Sure, he was a little leery of it, but it was more amazing that he was flying this high up more than anything else.

No longer was water below him, at least as far as Nush could tell. Instead it seemed he was only over a mass sea of fog and possibly a void. But, he could see a number of islands scattered about. One further away had a shrine. The blessings had to be within there.
The winds were picking up, but he had to remain as steadfast as he could.
