She did not manage to swim down far enough the first time, although she was close. So close. She bobbed back up to the surface, taking a deep breath before trying again.

This time she was ready for it. More than ready for it. This time Aldara swam down to the deepest depths and was prepared to swim much further!
She didn't have to, though. Once she was swept in close enough she was sucked in, spit back out on dry land.

Tongue sticking out to the side, nose wrinkled in determination... She probably looked like a mutant to anyone who was not familiar with the face of a harpy deep in thought.

Finally after her fifth attempt, the gears shifted into their proper places and she stood back, rather satisfied. She watched them turn for a moment before stepping forward to claim her blessing.
She was outside of a building all of a sudden after venturing around in the Ruins for some time. She had wandered without aim and ended up here. It wasn't too bad but she knew something was within this building, but the front door didn't seem to want to open for her. Well, she was just going o have to find another way in, wasn't she.
A window seemed like it might work, so with her gloves on hand, Olivia threw a punch and shattered the glass. Not wide enough though, the sharp edges left cuts in her skin as she passed through and into the building.

Olivia found herself in a pool (hopefully devoid of sharks). Below her appeared to be a dome and she was going to have to dive for it. Taking in a deep breathe (really, it wasn't needed but she didn't know that) she dove into the water and went down further than she had really thought she had. But she didn't reach it and had to resurface.

The girl took in another breathe, this time determined. She kicked herself off from the side of the pool and pushed herself down. This time reaching her goal.
