Hey guys, when you're posting here to me please quote me. I'm not only Captain of Team Teal but I'm also co hosting The 11th Gaian Sponsored Nudity Event AND going nude for the event for the charity DWAH and for a friend's(Yami Tyger's) quest so I'm busy looking for sponsorships. Senorita Hope Serafeen I'm alright but my MS is bothering me so I haven't been on really, sorryz >< It's fine Hun. You have MS? You're the second person on Gaia I've met with it. Yeah, its a recent part of my life that I wish would go away >_>; I have never met anyone else with it at least not that I know of anyways lol

loretta the bitchness Even thou i survived cervical cancer,And i got a baby boy out of the deal.Witch i have no complaints.applause! My mother had a different kind of cancer,that took her life she had lung cancer.That started off as C.O.P.D. and just got worse.Now i find my self with the same thing,C.O.P.D.Every day is a challenge but its not the same every day.Some days are good some are bad.But i find my self looking at my son and thinking where would he be without me.And that keeps me going.You never know how much of a fighter you have in your self until you have to fight,And with this i say i hope and pray none of you ever have to fight this kind of fight in your life,stay strong for your self and each other,Rest in peace mom you are missed. Loretta_the_bitchness is my sister... and I remember when she got cervical cancer, and how scared I was... but my sister is very brave, and a fighter. I knew she would not give up, and she did not. Later on in years, I saw our mom dying from cancer as well. RIP our beautiful mom. I don't have much immediately family left on this earth. Just my two sisters, and one of them doesn't speak to me anymore. So, I really need Loretta (Or Laddy as I've called her since I was a baby) to stay strong... because I love her with all of my heart, and my nephew, her son. I would do anything for them. I think family is the most important part of life. I am here for my sis, and my mom... I was just saying to my husband yesterday, "We need to cure cancer. That needs to be a focus in our society because it destroys so many lives and causes so much pain." Love you, sis, and miss you Mommy... EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Gold n Oranges A lady I work with was telling me about her similar story, loretta. I can't imagine having gone through a pregnancy knowing cancer was growing right along with the baby! I'd be so freaked out the whole time. sweatdrop My grandmother passed away from ovarian cancer two years ago. They only found it while they were prepping her for an experimental surgery (which she and the doctors told us was a totally routine procedure, more common than an apendectomy). They took a blood sample and found cancer markers, they couldn't find the location of it until it was too late. They went along with the surgery, which she survived, but they didn't bother to poke around and look for cancer and she was too weak to have more surgeries to remove the cancer once they figured out where it was. Grandma was a fighter right up until the end and when she did pass it blew us all away because she'd survived so much other stuff in her seventy years. I am so sorry for the loss of your grandmother.
