Beck managed to drive his opponent into the ground, but wasn't able to even leave a single mark on his sparring partner. The kunai that Michael shot out drove itself into the rock that was covering Beck's arm as Beck flipped backwards, landing near Zarichi Tiger. Beck pulled the blade from his arm as the rock disappeared and only a small cut was left in it's place. Beck knew that the only way he could get past Michael's chakra shield was to unleash his Kekkei Genkai, but he wasn't going to use it until he had a bigger opening. The puppets had surrounded Michael and Beck knew he couldn't be able to even get a single punch or kick in on the puppet master. Beck quietly talked to Zarichi Tiger about the next game plan. Zarichi Tiger nodded and then disappeared into the mist and Beck quickly followed suit. The two would dart in and out of the mist, getting closer and closer to Michael or so it seemed. Beck and Zarichi were baiting Michael to release another all out assault.

Michael smiled when he noticed his opponent was cut. In about two minutes he would feel a numbing sensation in his hand, at around five minutes he would be unable ti move said arm and finally around ten minutes his whole body would be unable to move. Michael refused to pull himself up and had his puppets laynch their weapons once more.

Beck finally noticed the cut on his arm, realizing that he didn't have much time before the poison would set in and stop his movements all together. The puppets sent out another barrage of needles and this time all the needles imbedded themselves into Beck and Zarichi Tiger, or it would seem that way anyways. Beck and the Tiger would use the Kawarimi no Jutsu to replace themselves with blocks of wood. In the dense mist it would seem like Michael had won the battle, but it was just a way of trying to bait Michael into investigating and allow Beck and the tiger openings to attack. Beck would have to work quickly before the poison began to restrict his movements.

He continued to back away from the area, having his puppets guard from the back, and sides while he watched the front. Finally he found what he was looking for a rock big enough for him to put his back to and have his puppets on the other three sides. He made no further action to attack, but in his head, he hoped his poison was working quickly.

As Phil watched Beck and Michael spar, he could not help but notice the differences in fighting styles, although he has mostly seen Beck on the defensive, which makes Michael's puppets seem very advantageous. However, Phil admired beck for forcing Michael to retreat with the puppets. "I wonder what is gonna happen next?" Phil said curiously

"What's wrong Beck? Zarichi Tiger asked it's master as he had now noticed that Beck was slowly down just a little bit. The tiger scanned the boy's body and noticed that he had a small cut on his arm and knew that couldn't be a good thing at all. "We must move quickly Zarichi Tiger! I can feel my arm tingling and that only means Michael's poison has worked it's way into my blood. Hopefully the man is kind enough to cure me if I can't finish him off before I lose the ability to use my limbs," Beck said as he shook his arm out to try and get the small tingling to go away if only for a moment. "I have one final play Zarichi Tiger and you know exactly what we must do! I know you know the technique already and I have just learned to use it, but it is our only chance to finish our friend off," Beck said as he watched the tiger nod in agreement to his master's words. This was going to be Beck's last play before Michael's poison was able to stop him from being able to use his arm. The first move was to break the rock that Michael had his back against and then make the final move from there. Breaking the rock was going to be the easy part as Beck would just use his natural Taijutsu strength to shatter it into a million pieces. As soon as the rock broke then the the final plan would commence! Beck and Zarichi Tiger would virtually disappear into thin air as they used a combo Swift Release: Shadowless Flight Technique! Zarichi Tiger would use the speed that the technique provided to separate the puppets from their master and this is where Beck would come in! Beck would focus entirely on the puppet master because the Shadowless Flight Technique allowed Beck to strike rapidly at various angles while avoiding any opposition and even if Michael managed to get out his chakra shield he wouldn't be fast enough to block any of the on coming attacks. Michael was the best and worst opponent seeing as how Beck's weakness was Michael's strength and Michael's weakness was Beck's strength. They were Yin and Yang! Polar opposites! Beck needed to put this battle away right now!

As soon as the rocks broke, Michael knew it was over, but he had a plan. He turned around and fired off one last round of Laser Circus. As the shot fired he was hit by the onslaught of attacks, but at this close range his jutsu could not miss. If the poison did not stop him the laser circus would. It looked like this match would end in a draw.

The laser beams danced around as Beck flew in and out, striking Michael at will. The sight was almost beautiful. Graceful even! Beck finally came to a stop as Michael collapsed to the ground. The speed at which Beck moved kept him from taking any serious damage expect for some minor scars and burns created from the Laser Circus' beams, but it didn't stop Michael's poison from forcing him to come to a stop. Beck's arm dropped to his side, heavy and lifeless. Beck knew that the poison had done it's job of stopping his use of his arm and he knew that soon he would lose control of the rest of his body. Beck dropped to his backside and leaned up against Zarichi Tiger who was now by his side. Beck hoped that Michael wouldn't be down for to long and could give him a cure to the poison that was still making it's way through his body.

After about ten minutes Michael got up and noticed, Beck, on the ground probably still awake, but paralyzed completely. He slowly inched forward avoiding the gaze of the, Zarachi Tiger, towards the fallen man. When Michael made it over he loaded another kunai into his arm, switched his poison to the cure all, and shot it into his arm. After about five minutes, Beck, would begin to wake up.

Michael's cure all rushed through Beck's body causing him to involuntarily smash the closest thing with his fist. The poor chap that got it just happened to be his partner in crime, the Zarichi Tiger. The tiger shook it off knowing it was a mistake, but playfully smacked Beck on the side of the head anyways. Beck looked up and saw the battle worn Michael standing close by. "That was an amazing battle if I do say so myself! Had to pull out all the stops to take you down. You are a real tough dude Puppet Master," Beck said as he used Zarichi Tiger to get up to his feet. Beck was used to a fast recovery and this was no different as he looked fresh and ready to throwdown once again. His chakra was low, but his fighting spirit was always high! Beck patted his tiger on his back and gave him a nod, the tiger knowing that it was his time to go home. With a simple puff of smoke, the two boys were now standing alone on the training grounds. That is when Beck noticed Phil standing off in the distance. "Who do you think that is?" Beck asked Michael as he turned and pointed off towards Phil.

Phil noticed the battle had closed, and now their focus was on him, he could now meet the two in person. "Hello!" Phil says, "My name is Phil, I'm a Genin. I hope that I wasn't disturbing you two" he reaches his hand out in a kind gesture.

Beck made his way over with Michael and was the first to take the hand of his fellow Sand Shinobi. Beck would release Phil's hand after a respectful shake and then take a step back so Michael could do the same if he wished to. "My name is Beck Zarichi! But people just call me Beck! This is Michael of the Sand. That's a mouthful so I would just call him Michael. You weren't disturbing us at all! Seeing as how I clearly won that battle. HANDS DOWN! Beck yelled out as he may have forgotten that Michael's poison had taken him out in the end there. Beck was always a little more laid back, but that fight got him pumped up and ready to take on something bigger!

Michael also shook his hand and thrn addressed Beck. LIf anything it was close not hands down. If my poison had taken effect before you could unleash your Kekie Genkai I would of won." He was joking around but was also serious.
