Kieran Kieran knew Meadow was upset. He knew why as well, but she did not understand. Of course she didn't! She was losing absolutely nothing! She got to keep her parents, her Pack, became the leader and even was trying to bring her Mate into her Pack. She did not know what he was going through, and would never truly grasp it. He stared at her for what could very well be the last time, and then he was off. He had to go to Leila. He had to convince her to leave that awful Pack. If he had to fight to get her out of there, he would do just that. Upon arriving upon this third Pack's territory he slowed a bit. Allowing his muscles to rest a bit. He moved around the house and watched. Leila was out in the yard with a female a few years older then Leila and her small child. A little girl with bright red hair that appeared to be about two years old. He watched the little girl hurrying about popping the bubbles Leila was blowing for her. The other woman was hanging up sheets. He assumed this woman was the Alpha's Mate. He could smell his scent all over the woman when the wind blew his way. Kieran heard the snap of a branch, and the crunch of twigs and leaves. His head whipped about and there was Leila's Mate. He growled at him and the Human male stared back at Kieran. Kieran growled and the male shook his head. "You can not have my Mate. Leila belongs to me now." Kieran snapped his powerful jaws at the male. Jasper stared back at him. "You can attack if you want. It will solve nothing. At the end of it one of us will be dead, and Leila will be grieving." Kieran approached the male called Jasper. He took a step back and shifted. If Kieran wanted a fight, then Jasper would indulge him. Immediately there was growling and snarling. Teeth biting at fur, tails, ears and muzzles. The males drew blood from one another and tore at each other's fur/flesh. The fight did not go unnoticed. Leila ran to the two males tumbling about. She could feel her Mate's emotions. He was locked in a death battle. She shifted and jumped right in, immediately she knew who the two Wolves were. She lunged at her Mate. Her Wolf did not want to. She was fighting Leila, but Leila forced her will on the Wolf. Her Mate whipped around and grabbed her throat in his mouth. Kieran growled and slowly approached. Leila whimpered as her Mate squeezed a bit. Kieran froze. Leila shifted back, and tried to shield her nude form from her brother who growled. Her Mate released her and shifted back. His rough hands bit into her flesh. He looked furious with her, but he pulled off his tee shirt and threw it at her. She pulled it on quickly as he stepped in front of her. "Go in, and STAY THERE. Your Brother has something to say, he can say it to me. Wait a minute, I will say this in front of you both. Leila BELONGS to ME now. We are Mated, we are Bonded and Blood Bonded. If you two want to be allowed to see each other, Kieran will respect the fact that he is no longer your Alpha, he will respect that I am your Mate. If Leila attempts to turn against me again, or leaves without my permission, or even sees you without my permission, I will allow my Pack to treat her as a hostile threat. She will likely be killed. It might leave a part of me missing, but it beats having a disloyal, hostile, traitor as a Mate. Now you may leave and wait for me in our room." Leila hurried away, his anger was clear. She could feel it and it was terrifying. She could feel his eyes on her and her Wolf whimpered. Her Human cringed inside. Kieran was making his way back to Keagen's Pack. He just wanted to be alone. Wanted to be away from the whole Mate drama. Plus he wanted to inform them of all he had learned. He was sore, beat up, bruised, bleeding and battered. He and Jasper had come to blows in Human form as well as Wolf form. Finally the two parted seeing as how they were both injured and exhausted.

Daisy tilted her head to the side, a confused look crossing her face when Kieran ran off, and Meadow soon followed. She was not familiar with the whole mate and mate drama thing, so she turned, moving to get out of the forest quickly. They had told her not to be out by herself, so she was going to take that into consideration. That and she was not looking to get into a fight with anyone. She could feel in the air that there was a conflict going on, and her inner wolf was warning her to retreat as fast as possible, and she did. Upon getting back into the town, she decided to stroll around, getting herself familiar with the place.

Meadow Blackwell Meadow shifted and ran all the way to the pack house. She was hurt and angry. She went into her room and slammed the door. She destroyed her whole room. Meadow sat in the mist of the damage and cried. He chose to hurt everyone around him because he didn't want to come to terms with being a wolf and there being mates. Meadow was just enraged. She would not eat, sleep, and yelled out anyone that would enter her room. Meadow wouldn't know if Kieran had died or not because she was already grieving as if he was gone. My mission is to find my soul mate. The goal to be a great Luna and leader to my pack.

(Sorry for the long absence. I've been busy.)
A lot has happened since the discovery of an Alpha and his pack nearby. Everything was utter chaos to Allison. The elders were taking their time and their guests have been doing whatever it is they thought was best. She was glad her brother was alright even if she had to lock him up to keep from answering the Alpha's call of challenge. This is why she's a Beta. There was no way an Alpha would let things go out of control in such a short time. The other shifters aren't allowed to meddle in a wolf's troubles, they were bystanders, witness to a change in the pack.
"Allison! Let me out!" Keagan called as he pounded on the basement door. He was isolated as his sister had threatened if he were to fight the Alpha. He didn't care, it was his challenge and if he doesn't fight their whole pack will be overrun. Their guests who had gone there to find a pack didn't have to fight but they're out there. He had gone through so many transformations in that basement just trying to force his way out. If their Alpha won't come and take charge of their pack who will? His sister is too logical waiting for a solution to arrive.
He paced back and forth in the basement until the door opened. He looked at his sister's eyes set in anger for what she'd done. He pushed passed her. "I'm sorry. It was the only thing I could think of. You're too brash to think clearly," Allison spoke as her brother brushed passed her. "I know I'm way beyond an apology but putting logic aside, we are of true bloodlines and this is our pack. I don't want to lose it to another as much as you do. When the time comes I've got your back but please do me a favor and think this through."
Keagan growled a bit and faced his sister. "I get what you were trying to do. You can't just shut me out because you want to keep the burden to yourself. If our Alpha doesn't get here in time we will have to step in as his heirs. It is our right to protect our brothers and sisters, our friends, our pack. That Alpha and his pack out there are placing fear in our community," he said as he breathed heavily trying to calm himself and not trigger another transformation. His wolf is angry just as much as he is. "Other shifters come out here to find a place to call home. They won't have that to look forward to because we took too long to decide on our move. I may be brash but at least I know what I want to fight for. You pissed me off sis. If I had gone out there to fight, yes I would have lost. Yes I would have died but at least I know you would be around to watch over the pack." His eyes changed color as he spoke to her. From blue to yellow to red. It was a sign of a Beta realizing its true potential to lead. He walked away leaving his sister speechless.

Kieran made his way to the Pack that Allison and Keagan were of. He was injured, bleeding but he kept moving. Ignoring the pain. He made it to the edge of their territory and howled. He waited there to see which of their Pack members would come. He would not enter their territory without them knowing. He was not of their Pack, and wanted to be respectful of the Pack and their territory.

Both Keagan and Allison heard the howl, a call for help. Keagan sprinted out the house before Allison could stop him but she was right behind him running in full speed towards the direction of that howl. Keagan sniffed the air his eyes glowed as he recognized that scent. He let out a howl to let the wolf know he's on his way. "Kieran! What happened? Allison asked as she got to the shifter and looked him over seeing the blood coating his fur. Keagan frowned knowing that the boy had foolishly gone after the other pack. He wanted to know what he had missed but it was better to let the shifter heal first. He gently picked up the wolf to carry him back to the house. The boy can protest all he likes but his injury places a far more immediate action. "We may not have time to wait for the elders," he told his sister once they arrived home. He placed the injured shifter on the couch while Allison fetched some warm water and towel. Shifters are able to heal on their own but they need time.

Kieran shifted to his human form. He looked at Keagen, his eyes looked a bit unfocused. "The Pack is looking for females. They want Mates. Meadow's Pack had a run in with them as well." He took the towel and began to clean at his wounds. "I went at it with the Beta...twice today. Wolf and Human form." He motioned to his black eye that was nearly swollen shut.

Keagan looked to his sister. She knew what he would say but shook her head. "No, I'm not going to hide. I promised to back you up remember?" Keagan sighed, there was no point in arguing with his sister although locking her up in the basement like she had done to him would be a more promising way to keep her away from the pack. He folded his arms as he regarded Kieran with a serious look. "What happened? Why did you fight this beta?" he asked. He noticed that his sister isn't around which would mean one thing, she was taken. "Sorry we weren't much of a help. My sister locked me up for quite sometime. When it comes to family she's overprotective."

Kieran
Kieran continued cleaning his wounds. He did not want to admit that he had failed his sister. That was the truth of what happened right? He let his guard down and his sister had been taken. "They captured Leila and now...she's been forced to join their Pack. The Beta took her as his Mate." He looked disgusted and angry. "She was traveling alone...She wanted to check on Meadow, and I guess on her way back she ran into the Pack. I know there was a fight, and she lost. They didn't kill her though. They want to expand their Pack. Apparently they were all Packless. Left their Packs, new Shifters, Packs didn't make it. They started traveling together and eventually they bought a small parcel of land. Problem is these are all males. Now that they have land they want to expand, they want a real Pack. Mates and pups." Kieran looked at Keagen seriously. "I would not let Allison anywhere near them."

Keagan took in all Kieran had told him. "So you decided to go to their territory and retrieve your sister without back up," he said as he took a deep sigh. "I would be grateful if my sister does not involve herself but I know that wouldn't happen." "Hello, I'm right here. I can hear what you're saying," Allison said waving her hands a bit to prove her point. "However, your action may have provoked them. They will be coming into our town regardless with the knowledge that an Alpha is here and a pack that has women in their ranks. Their own Alpha has my scent and would fight me first to show his power if or when I fall." Keagan had ignored his sister as he spoke once again. "What we do now is to make sure the other shifters are safe and gather anyone willing to protect them. You and I however have something important to do don't you think?" "Okay, ignore me. You two are not planning on fighting them first are you?" Allison asked as she raised a brow at her brother. She knows him too well that he was all action first before thinking of the consequences. To Keagan he was thinking of reconnaissance, take out the betas before facing the Alpha. If they were to attack first, they need the element of surprise. They don't have the quantity to go against a pack of misfits.

Kieran ignored Allison. As far as he was concerned Allison had to just deal with it. She had to accept the fact that the men would do whatever they had to, in order to protect her and the Pack. He kept his eyes on Keagen. "So let's go deal with this.." He started to rise. He did not want Allison to me the same fate as his sister. Then again if she did end up in that Pack, at least then Leila would have one person to talk too. "We need to handle them before they think we are weak and can be over powered."

Meadow Blackwell Meadow didn't know how much of time had passed with her being in her destroyed room. She was sleep derived, undernourished, and needed a shower. Meadow got up and went to take a shower. She went downstairs and ate a little food. She ordered someone to get her room cleaned up and redecorated. Meadow went up to her office. She has so much paper work on her desk. She slumped down in her purple arm roller chair. She started going through the papers organizing them by order of importance. Then something came across her eyes: A declaration of war. "WHAT!" Meadow yelled in angry. Her mom, dad, beta, third, and head warrior came running in the office. "Why didn't anyone inform me that they declared war on us." Her beta answered first. "Luna we tried, but you would not let us enter your room." She looked around the room. "Is everyone training?" Her head warrior answered. "Yes Luna. Three times a day." Meadow nodded. "I'm sorry everyone. I didn't mean to desert you all in your time of need. It will never happen again." Meadow meant it even if she had to reject her mate, who she knew was still alive, to be strong for her pack. Her wolf wasn't on board, but Meadow could care less at the moment. My mission is to find my soul mate. The goal to be a great Luna and leader to my pack.

Keagan nodded. "No! You both need to rest first before you do whatever it you plan on doing," Allison said firmly before they got up to leave. "Kieran you're injured and my brother has been exhausting his strength for the last few days. I'm not going to stop you two but at least do me a favor and rest." Keagan almost forgot about that. They were deep in their conversation he didn't realize how much energy he had exerted since being locked in the basement. He looked to Kieran and sighed. "She's right. Heal up, we'll go hunting in the next night," he said as he started to walk past his sister and up to his room. "And Allison, don't you have a task to do?" he asked although his tone was mostly to boss her around. Allison frowned a bit. She wasn't used to having her brother tell her what to do.
