Sinclair stood there and raised and eyebrow, "If your are trying to threaten me, then I'm afraid you will all have to get in line." He straightened himself up and smirked at the Elite, "And we are not from your world now are we?" He stood up and blinked three times. His glasses began streaming information from the ships and the situation at hand. Things were looking good, but he had to secure the final part of his task. He looked at the hostage ex-Spartan and smirked, the device was already implanted, good thing he had time to talk to her before he was rudely interrupted. He looked at Viktor and sighed, he needed to leave. If the ship didn't reek of hypocrisy for ONI, he might have been able to gain their cooperation for what he needed to do next.
Curtis would have had his arms crossed in annoyance if he and Tron weren't just streams of Data in the Say My Name's database, "Oh no... Cortana's abilities? Oh, please, don't hurt me with that... out dated equipment." He added more sarcasm than needed. Most AIs couldn't pull off sarcasm, but when you are made to be the AI strictly for ONIs' heads, a few special things are a given. He peeked through the cameras in the brig and noticed that Tron was doing multiple things at once. Curtis had to admire the enthusiasm, but he still had a trump over it. Sure the unoriginal AI was good at multitasking, but he wasn't good at multitasking the things he was multitasking quietly. He made a few arrangements to help with the next step. They got what they wanted, and then some, now was time for the chaser.
In the Pale Horse, Curtis decided to play along for a short while. God, did working with this up tight sailor give him such a headache. He received a few silent messages from his fragment and the Commander. He figured now was the time to act. He arranged a pelican in the Horse's hanger and had a trusted pilot take it to the Say. He made sure to place a radar jammer on board to block all signals so no one could see it coming. It flew at high speed and landed in the hanger Fragment Curtis left open. The Pelican was docked and invisible to the digital eye. Now came the tricky part... waiting...
Sinclair looked at Viktor and felt the pressure of his pistol on his head, the poor b*****d really had it in for him. He looked at the Captain and smirked, "I thik I out done my stay. If you excuse me, I better get going. My mission is done, and yours is still in effect. So, I'm sorry to say... Goodbye." With that, the power shut off. Sinclair's glasses turned to night vision in the instant and spun out of Viktor's line of fire. He ducked and elbowed him below his armor on his abdomen. As the sergeant keeled over, Sinclair smacked him down on the back. He made his way to the doors, the other Spartans still trained on the auto turrets. The Brig door opened then closed behind him. The locks on the brig closed in place, locking them in and him out. It will buy some time at least. Curtis placed the access commands on Tron's data peripheral. He could still unlock it, but the time it would take would be compared to scratching the small part on you r back that you just can't reach. Sinclair made his way to the elevator and watched it close. He straightend himself up and shook his arm. He hasn't done that in years. He stared straight at the elevator door as it made its way down to the hangers, "Is everything ready?" Curtis spoke up to his secured line," Yep, pelican is waiting down below. and the assest is ready... sorry to say." Sinclair sighed, "Two birds with one stone I suppose, distraction and access prevention... Do it." There was a loud thud and a shutter as the shield device exploded due to the fail safe he placed. The whole ship shuttered, but no real damage should have happened, he hoped.

Weber was about to answer the private's question when Viktor called him on the COM and said in between coughs "WEBER THE COMMANDER ATTACKED US AND IS NOW ESCAPING INTERCEPT HIM HE IS HEADED YOUR WAY!" Weber looked at the PFC and said "Lets go private ready your weapon." He drew his weapon and ran to where the commander was running to and as soon as the commander got close enough Weber emerged from behind the corridor and punched him hard in the throat, then grabbed his hands and zip tied them and began to thoroughly search the commander for hidden weapons and equipment. He removed the commander's glasses hoping that blurred vision would detour him from attempting escape again, and then he stood the commander up and said "Leaving us so soon commander? Move now!" The ODST turned him around and kept six feet behind the commander just in case he tried anything with his shotgun pointed at his head. "Stay about six feet behind him private, don't want him escaping." He said as he walked with them back to the brig.

Curtis wanted to curse at that moment, but wanted to stay hidden for a bit. They needed to get out of there, now. He hailed the landed pelican and ordered the extraction team to form out. It was just two ONI soldiers in all black and silenced SMGs. He gave them the short version and they moved out to prepare. Curtis figured they would have to go down a couple of corridors, then the elevator to go back to the brig. But he had a new plan, something he and the commander called the "Fourth of July maneuver".
Sinclair has never felt that kind of pain before. Stupid troopers never consider their strength when it comes to punching throats. If that trooper broke his trachea and killed him, it would have been the firing squad for him. But he had to worry about other things now, like his glasses. As they were walking down the corridor, Sinclair noticed something off, the lights up ahead were flickering, but almost in a pattern. He smirked at Curtis's genius. He took a few steps then stopped. He knew this would anger them, so he turned around smirked. He arched an eyebrow and all of the lights in the corridor behind him brightened up to blinding frequency. He figured he had three seconds before their helmets adjusted, he looked at the trooper with his glasses and kicked his hand. His spectacles flew up into the air. Sinclair took a step back and caught them from behind his tied up back. Which he then jumped over, putting his arms in front of him. The corridor bulkhead between them closed as he put his glasses back on and nodded to the troopers as it sealed them on the other side. Sinclair pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed, "I am getting too old for this..." Curtis spoke up, "You pulled that same plan when you were captured on Harmony right?" Sinclair smiled, "Glad you remembered, my first Intel extraction mission." He looked at his still tied wrists, "Any ideas?" Curtis spoke up, "A few, but it all depends if you still need that chip back?" Sinclair nodded, "No, the data is still with you right? send it to your core and another copy ready. As for Sophia... ONI will take her when we get back." Curtis was going to speak but realized that they still needed to move, "Sir, we need to go, head down this Maintenance tunnel," A small door opened near him, it was small and had a lot of circuits that ran through it, like the veins and arteries of the ship. Curtis spoke up again "It's a little cramped, but it will help with making some short cuts. There's also no surveillance, so they won't see you until you exit, I'll keep track through your glasses." Sinclair nodded and made his way through. The only concern on his mind was to paper work for destroying the prototype and not retrieving the AI Hathor properly. Oh well, there was always going to be hiccups when it comes to UNSC working with ONI. Sinclair walked through the small maze and began to find his way to the hanger.
Cathrine snapped at attention and gave a "Yes sir" As she jumped onto her pelican and began a flight check. Cathrine noticed that a pelican was arriving on her radar and radioed them. "This is Echo 4.19 to the incoming pelican docks are clear and refueling should begin shortly if your low. 4.19 out." Cathrine launched the flight check done as she boasted a 200mph as the amount of reinforcements that she could bring in might be a decisive blow in the battle. The pelican docked into the Mid Summer a large squad of marines all ready to pile in.Cathrine pulled on her comm and requested a refuel as she left the pelican. A large horde of battle hungry marines pouring into the pelican doing last minuet check ups. The refueling team came in and she greeted them noting to them that she only needed 3/4 of the tank full for she was in a rush. She frisked a smoke from her body armor and lit standing away from the fuel as she let out a sigh. "Another great day to die." She let a soft chuckle and waited for the crack of gunfire to begin in the airless hollow of space.

Weber being blinded fired off a round knowing that even if he moved in either direction the pellet spread would at least wound him a bit then called it in to the Captain "Sir the prisoner escaped Im going after him, might I suggest you rip that stück scheiße spook AI out of the ship's mainframe." Justin heard and sighed "Negative let him go we got what we came for, Viktor says that he plugged Curtis into the main terminal on the communications deck, go pull that AI from the system. 112 out." Justin then turned to the rogue Spartan "Sophia now that the drugs are taking affect, where is the crew of this ship?"
The Spartan-I sat there watching the whole event in the brig go down said " Harvest where your war with the Covenant all began." Spartan-112 nodded and shot the Renegade Spartan in the head with his M6D Magnum pistol and said to the rest of the crew who looked at him with shock. "She was too dangerous to be kept alive. Randall I know where the crew of this ship is set a course for the Harvest system when we are done dealing with the rebels." He hailed Commander Riley "Commander I need you back aboard the Midsummer Night right now." Commander Riley acknowledged and left the Pale Horse immediately for the Midsummer Night leaving the Pale Horse's XO in command. =======================================

Sinclair walked out of the maintenance hatch, it was hot as hell in there. He found himself in the hanger with a few ONI guards waiting for him. They ran up to him and used their knife to cut the ties. He rubbed his wrists and looked at the projector. The dotted image of Curtis showed up with his hands on his hips, "They called them off, and they are planning on unplugging me." Sinclair nodded slowly, "Not if I do so first." He pulled out another spare chip and plugged it in, "Put your original in here, leave behind anything that won't be reintegrated." Curtis nodded and vanished into the chip again. Sinclair pressed the side of his glasses and he heard the interrogation of the Spartan I. The railgun he given to the Spartan had a micro transmitter in it that would allow him to hear everything. So the crew was in Harvest... interesting... He needed to know more, and the transmitter might help. Until then, the best thing to do is to follow them in stealth.
The pelican took them back to the Pale Horse. He walked to the bridge with hands behind his back like he just left a few minutes ago. Everyone turned to face him and his just nodded to his crew. He took up the captain seat and Curtis popped up next to him, "Now, wasn't that such a learning experience?" Sinclair rubbed his arm, "Tell that to my joints in the morning." Curtis tilted his head, "You have everything we need?" Sinclair sighed, "Yes, and we have our next destination. Get me all files on Harvest and the Insurrection involved near it post Covenant assault." Curtis nodded and began to stream the data to his display. Sinclair looked up to his crew, "Activate cloaking, get us distance... for now."

Weber double timed it back to the brig and blasted the controls with his shotgun and pried the doors open. "Sorry sir I couldn't get to the AI In time but the ship is ours...Sir might I suggest we ditch the Railgun ONI man gave you, he might have rigged it to go boom." Justin-112 nodded and had Spartan-039 stow the weapon in this decks armory then said "whos that hobbling behind you?" He saw the rebel Lieutenant Viktor interrogated earlier and locked in a storage closet. "Oh thats a Rebel officer sir says one of us tortured him for information. Demands we take action." He then pushed the injured lieutenant in an empty cell and locked him up as Randall piped through on the COM "Sir had a pelican haul a** out of here then vanish off our scopes, I assume its ONI-SEC-III's head man. Looks like the Pale Horse is abandoning us too, lets assume they got their man and are bugging out sir."
Spartan-112 nodded, typical ONI turn tail and run after ******** over everyone else to get what they wanted "Also sir the package on this ship the one ONI went to the trouble of securing exploded during the scuffle you had. I would guess he did it as a distraction. As for the rebel fleet they've retreated and most of their single ship craft have been neutralized by the mine field we laid out. Hurts Don't It and the Night are mopping up the Frigates now. So we should be able to jump to Harvest and conduct Search and Rescue operations soon." Justin sighed in relief, good that's one thing that has gone right today. "Thanks for the update Randall keep me informed." he looked at Viktor, Weber and Spartans 030 and 039 and said "You four guard the prisoners and play nice with each other." he said knowing the ODSTs harbored a grudge against the Spartans for what the Chief did to four of them back in 2525.
Rank: Captain Class: Spartan II Service Branch:Navy Military Operational Specialty: SpecOps, Recon Vessel: UNSC Happy Days Location: Bridge of UNSC Happy Days
Rico stood on the bring of of the UNSC Happy Days, and sighed to himself. The great annoyances of life always getting to him when he stared into the cold bitter emptiness of space. Rico himself preferred terra firma, solid ground, no gravity plating no gravity boots, just nice solid soil you can dig your boots into and hear it crunch. He looked around at the bridge crew, nothing more then a skeleton crew, he figured he got what they had on hand for the mission. Hell he was surprised the vessel made it out of the dock with all the work it still needed done on it, He was glad the stupid things cloak worked and at least some of its weapons fired. If it weren't for the on board A.I. taking up most of the task it wouldn't have made it this far. Just as he was relaxing and ready to settle into the captain chair the helms officer spoke up in a raspy voice, " Sir, We are coming up on the 'Say my Name;:". Rico sighed and shook his head, "Prepare a pelican and get ready to open a channel with them, lets make sure they are friendly before we try and board them without heavy equipment".
Lieutenant Sharp smiled as she did her pre-flight check list, flicking knobs and pressing buttons, checking the cup holder making sure her drink was not going to fall on her lap. When the call from the bridge came in to get the pelican ready for flight. She had already figured as much since the ship had slowed. She wasn't comfortable sleeping in the tiny excuse for a cot they gave the crew, so she was sleeping in the pelican just like the other pilots were, it was safer and if they needed to leave they were ready to go. She hit the intercom button quickly before the other pilots could react "This is Sharp my pelican is ready to go on your command, Sir"
The UNSC "Happy Days", dropped its cloak unexpectedly then as the communications officer started to hail the UNSC "Say My Name",; "This is the UNSC Happy Days, to UNSC "Say My Name". do you read? "
Rico shock his head and sighed again, "LUCY" he called out to the ship board A.I. Lucy replied in a cheerful and optimistic voice " Yes, Captain how may I help you ? " "Lucy why are we not running in silent mode?" Glared Rico at the little projected image of the A.I. through his visor. "Well Captain you see, in order for communications to work properly the cloak and several other systems had to shut off" Rico stared at the small woman and shock his head, "What other systems?" "Well Sir, the gravity plating in crew cabins and the lights in several corridors", She said cheerfully, "But don't worry sir, the toilets still flush and our supply of hot cocoa will last the whole trip" Rico wasn't sure how to reply to that aside from sighing deeply and running his hand over the top of his helmet," Fine carry on Lucy" Lucy's small projection smiled and nodded " Yes Sir, I will return to keeping the engine running", she replied just before she vanished into the projection terminal.

Justin had just stepped off the elevator onto the bridge when he heard the message, walking to the console he answered the hail "This is Captain Justin-112 of the UNSC Midsummer Night in charge of the strike team on the UNSC Say My Name, to who am I speaking?" He said and waited for a response meanwhile he sent a message to the Midsummer Night to lock onto the new ship in the area. It never hurt to be cautious when dealing with an unknown.
Vin had stepped off onto the bridge and returned the two ODSTs salutes that the humans used to signify respect for a high ranking officer, the Sangheili warrior stood next to the Spartan and said "Spartan I wish to contact my ship let them know where we are and what has transpired here would that be alright?" The Spartan nodded and then escorted him over to the communications station "Joshua hail the Sangheili battle cruiser and let our friend here get a hold of his men." Joshua nodded and said "Channels open Fleetmaster you may broadcast when ready." He nodded and spoke to the console "Raan the human ship is secure, Sangheilos is safe now burn those rebel humans mongrel hides until they are nothing but ash." Raan's voice came through the consoles speaker "It shall be done Fleetmaster." the COM shut off and Vin turned to the Spartan saying "My ship will aid yours in crushing this rebellion." The Spartan took off his helmet knowing Sangheili hated looking at the face plates of Spartan helmets and responded back "Thank you." He said as he waited for the response from the other ship.
Raan meanwhile followed his Fleetmaster and Kaidon's orders and had opened fire on the Rebel fleet and started burning through their ships with his plasma torpedos.

The com's officer smiled with relief as the communications array apparently still worked. "This is the UNSC "Happy Days" under Captain Rico S-045, do you copy us?" The Coms officer swallowed hard as he transmitted again " We are fresh out of uh dry dock here to provide aid and support ", he knew that was a crock of cat vomit as their ship wasn't even working right half the time. He turned towards Rico " Sir, The UNSC "Say my Name is on the horn".
Rico sighed once more "Thank you Coms, at least something works right around here", He walked over to the communication station and began typing in a series of codes and combinations to be transmitted on a secure line. The transmitted codes were in old style Morse code which was barely used by anyone else but humans and very few of them at that. Nothing more then a series of dots and dashes that sounded like static to anyone unfamiliar with it.
To: Captain Justin S-112 From: UNSC High Command Please be advised that the A.I. Construct Hathor must be purged from the ship system fully, be advised there is reason to believe the construct carries a virus that will infect other A.I. Constructs it comes into contact with. It is recommended that a hard purge of all systems be done to prevent the spread of the virus which infects Smart A.I.'s only.
Once Rico had finished inputting the coded message he went back to the captains chair and sat down, leaning back he looked at the Coms Officer and said, " await a reply and make sure the channel stays open", He then looked over at the small projection terminal on his right side and tapped on it. "Oh Lucy" He called to it as he kept tapping on the top of it waiting for the A.I. to pop out of it.

Every Spartan stiffened first because they hadn't heard Rico's name in a long time the second was because he just sent "Olly Olly Oxen Free" the Spartans "its safe to come out" signal in Morse code along with something else Justin then said "Send the counter response in Morse Code Joshua." He nodded and sent the counter response, every Spartan knew Morse code everyone thought it was outdated but that's the one code the Covenant couldn't crack and it worked wonders during the war. "Now we wait." He said as he sat down in the captain's chair, He armed missile pods A through D and charged the MAC just in case it was a Rebel ship and a compromised Spartan. "Tron run a hard purge of this ships systems then get ready for extraction." The AI popped up on the Holo pedestal and said "Yes user, working....done you may extract me now." He pulled the AI Data chip out of the console and then slotted it back into his helmet and put on his helmet then activated his active camouflage and shields on the S.P.I. MK III armor and then headed down to the pelican launch bay with four ODSTs and set them up in positions of fire just to be safe while he set up, to make sure it wasn't a trick.

The communications officer looked a little confused as he passed the message to Rico's console, " Sir, their reply ". He said as he looked back. Rico smiled to himself and nodded "alright Coms tell them I will be coming on board", he said as he slapped the small projection terminal while getting up. "Lucy keep the lights on for me", Lucy did not reply as she was busy with her own work which to her was much more important then replying quickly.
Rank: Captain Class: Spartan II Service Branch:Navy Military Operational Specialty: SpecOps, Recon Vessel: UNSC "Happy Days" Location: Heading towards the dock
Rico stood up and stretched, being over 6 feet tall made it a little hard to find a comfortable place to do anything as everything was designed for normal humans. He looked around and pointed at a few random marines and told them to come with him. To which they only nodded and joined him on his way to the dock.
Maggie was busy finishing up the pre-flight test when she heard the intercom telling her to get ready for launch. She smiled widely as she jumped in her pilot seat and prepared the engines for take off as she saw a few generic marines running into the passenger area of the Pelican. "This is your Pilot speaking, please be advised it's my first time so it's gonna be bumpy" she giggled a little as she knew none of them had ever met her and she could have a little fun. With her intercom still on she said calmly " uhm so is this to fuel gauge or the ejection controls, oh oops i didn't know it was still on," She said quickly as she turned the intercom off and watched the marines in the back buckle up quickly. Rico arrived on the dock not moments later and waved to Sharp, when she saw him she swallowed hard and knew she couldn't screw around anymore. As he and his men finished boarding the Pelican she closed the door behind them and awaited the signal to launch.
It didn't take long for the Pelican to launch from the docking bay and soon it was on its way toward the UNSC "Say My Name", as the UNSC "Happy Days" problems became more evident when she lost all power and the lights went out completely. It was apparent to everyone that the ship had its problems but it never just turned off before. More of that well renowned Military Prowess that made Mankind such a fearless fighting force, the crew on board sighed knowing somewhere out there, there was a ship full of Elites laughing their a** off.
Name- Nico Kalazitdis Sex- Female Age- 23 Rank- Private First Class Branch- Marines Class- Rifleman Combat specialty- Recon
Nico was right behind Weber as he blasted the console she was thinking. Knowing that Weber was a recon also she prayed that there was already a mutual agreement on some things between the two of them. So without further thought she presented him with her thoughts of what they should do about Sinclair.
"Sir. If i could have a word. If I was Sinclair i would have a pelican in the docks waiting for me to get there. He doesn't need anything here anymore. Curtis can take all the remaining data that they had not already taken. Also he is a ONI head so they will with the up most of caution and prejudice make sure he gets back alive.
Nico let that sink in as she began to began to check her weapons. ONI was a organization all about the preservation of themselves. If someone like Sinclair were to die. It would take a while to explain, cover up and replace him. So her mind set probably was right about ONI having sent a pelican for him.
