The UNSC Happy Days, has seen happier days, once used as an expeditionary vessel it went missing for several weeks after it's return to base unmanned with nothing more then a barely functional Nav Com AI controlling her, she laid in the ship yard for several years before the Navy pulled her out and began to refit her. Unfortunately work on larger ships took priority and her systems were not fully operational before being assigned as a recon vessel. The Navy Figured as long as it can cloak and lay mines that is all it needs to do, the majority of crew cabins are occupied with ship components and other various hardware. The one thing ONI had in mind to give her was Pelicans of all things.
