" no way you are using your powers " Maria said clenching her fist

" what why not!? " Akira asked looking upset

" cause a halflings power is their greatest weakness that's why " Maria
said she wasn't about to let her son kill himself for her sake

"You can't do that kid! It's way too dangerous! Besides, Maria can just transform to mask her scent!" Night protested giving Akira a very serious look.

when you get them " Maria said Akira looking at them upset now

" how can you be so sure it'll work?, How do you know they don't already
have a machine to tell if she's in a different form?" Akira asked trying to
point out the problems with that

"I don't think the hunter are clever enough to come up with something that would be that accurate. So until they do Maria is safe. And it seems like you are too!" Night responded.

Akira & Maria : Akira rubbed the back of his head and laughed
nervously " right ....." Akira said looking away

" what Akira what aren't you tell us?" Maria asked putting her hands on
her hips Akira remained silent

Akira & Maria : " well I'm sorta wanted as well... it looks like this city
doesn't like stealing very much ..." Akira said and laughed nervously Maria just shook her head

"Well it seems like we're all wanted then! I guess we're really popular here!" Night said laughing a little.

Akira & Maria : Akira nodded " i also have some useful information it's
about that vampire guy Fallen that's after you " Akira said sticking his
hands in his pockets Maria just quietly listened

Night showed an interested face at the mention of Fallen. "Really? What information do you have?" He asked putting his chin on his hands.

Akira : " well for starters he's trying to dethrone you also he's loosing
power that army he so calls he has is demising thanks the leader of the
Crusnik council also five of the city under his control were freed and the
leader of Crusnik council made sure to some people there that he knows that
Fallen or any of his followers can't kill but can also protect the city's Hajime the
new leader of the council was able to free a city under his control with just a
day's time and restore order to it " Akira explained in a low voice so that only
Maria and Night can hear

" but I've also heard rumors that Hajime is somewhere in this town to stop
him from getting this city " Akira whispered leaning closer to him

Night slammed his fist on the table with his blue eyes glowing red. "I won't allow anyone to take over this city! Especially some self proclaimed king or whatever! I earned this place and kept it running peacefully for centuries! True there were some human deaths, but with us what do you expect?" He said taking a deep breath to calm himself down from the information. "And we should probably stay clear of him. Maybe he can work with us without knowing he is!" Night added.

Akira : Akira nodded " i agree " Akira said looking at him

" also the people Hajime using that Fallen can't kill is Hariyama Clan, you
know the clan that can't neutralize all types of powers " Akira said taking a
sip of the the waiter brought to the table

Night looked over at Maria and nodded. "That's true. Well either way we should probably head back to Vampire territory. We'll be safer from hunters and Fallen for the time being.." He stated.

that might be a good idea " Maria said Akira agreed with them
