Meaning: The name already explains it all but if you want the meaning.. he seems like a rabbit that would pester, cause mischief/inconvenience/discomfort towards other rabbits. to me, it looks like he's wearing a mask to hide his identity so Trouble came to mind XD
EDIT: I just realized that Trouble may not qualify because it may not pass the naming guideline so my backup name for this buck would be wintercreeper ( common name ). The scientific name for wintercreeper is Euonymus fortunei.

Buck's name: Butcherbird
Personality:
"You think you saw my father speaking to himself? Fascinating. Why don't you find the chief and tell him all about this remarkable discovery that I'm not sure your own Marli would care about?" He smiled cheerfully and went back to gnawing his twig.
Butcherbird is a very intense rabbit. He prefers to keep his friends close but is extremely selective about who he befriends. Everyone else gets the cold shoulder. He doesn't trust many and the words from his mouth, while polite, are often carrying double meanings and insults in disguise. He is a smooth talker and could charm the turnips out of the ground if he asked them.
He knows he has status here. His father is Captain of Owsla and has many strong ties. Problem is, he's even worse off than a newborn kitten.
He can never be his father. He can't run or fight due to a recurring condition of sore hocks, brought on by his small legs and big body. Because of this, he is a very frustrated buck. Listening to stories doesn't interest him but he loves to create his own. Most of them are grand adventures of the rabbit he wishes he could be but will never amount to.
Many think of him as weak because of his slow gait and inability to leave the warren or the tip of the down. His true powers are in his brain, as he can come up with complex ideas for stories. He also has a keen pair of eyes and a fantastic memory, almost down to exact details.
How he views his family:
"I am glad to see you, Marli. My legs are aching me. I had a wonderful look at a blue bird today...but my legs are unforgiving. Groom them, please."
He relies on them for food, water and for grooming his scabs when they break open. He has to be extremely gentle with his back legs, so he uses his family for favours too. Whatever their relationship is, he doesn't think of it as love. He feels they pity him and as his family are obligated to help him. He envies their ability to live as they will and does find a small amount of cheer when they stop to talk to him.
His father is an idol in his son's eyes. He always has been. Since he was a kitten and forced to stay behind in the warren, he has dreamed of impressing his father. He often tries to tell him stories or amazing things he's seen, but knows how busy the older rabbit is.
What now?
"I've been listening to a group of does. You know how they love to run their teeth. It just so happens...
My plan is for Butcherbird to find a mate and have adorable babies, but also to act as an advisor or subtle spy for his father. I do not know what the upcoming metaplot would be, but he admires his father and wishes to help him in any way he can, regardless of the morality.

Oh, these children of mine!
Marli's name: Lavender
Personality: Sure, Confident, Can be a little bit cocky but she is one who will care deeply for her friendship, her loves and her warren. Think of her as the chatty know it all old lady dropping rumor after rumor to her little old friends while they get their hair done at the salon.
How she views her family:
She believes she has given the warren fine strong young rabbits that will some day become owsla or leaders, either of the current warren or warrens of their own. She has high self pride in her children and often speaks greatly of them to her closest friends. She may often be caught bragging about things her kids have done that may not exactly be true, but she will fight you tooth and nail that it is, even if she knows she is wrong.
What now?
She dreams of possibly having another litter though she knows she has aged quite a bit, and so adoption is a possibility she ponders, however she is quite content to sit back and watch her children rise to greatness... infact, she might even try to pester or push them into doing something great so they can ascend in ranks. Or possibly push them to have kits of their own so she can be a fussy boastful grandmother.

I know what happened to that skunk Owsla!
What's his name? Lendri (lapine for badger I believe and I don't see any on the OL with that name)
And what happened to him?
Lendri was born to a hlessi mother on the run, quite literally. As often the case with cats, his mother was fleeing from a homba that decided to pop in for a snack while she was in the process of labor. It was gruesome and it was horrid. She had little time to save the kits she had already birthed before fleeing, stopping only when her body could no longer sustain the last little life inside her, leaving him wriggling in a pile of damp reeds as she did her best to lure the homba away before she no doubt tragically met her end. Lendri's life would have ended right there if another hlessi hadn't have happened by several hours later.
Madfoot, as he was called, wasn't exactly the saving grace you'd might imagine. While whatever he felt for the abandoned newborn, struggling to survive, may have been somewhat of a blessing, he wasn't the best parenting figure. He wasn't really a parenting figure at all in all actuality. Lendri was passed down from random doe to random doe, whatever one Madfoot happened to force to spend the night with him at the time as he wandered about aimlessly, until Lendri was old enough to feed himself. And as his name might suggest, Madfoot was rather quite...well mad. Though he tolerated Lendri and seemed to want to raise him as some sort of son, it would be a lie to say that most of Lendri's nicks and cuts were from fighting off hombas and the very things he was named for. In fact, he will tell you himself which gashes or torn bits of fur came from the very rabbit who raised him.
One day while out hunting for flay on a particularly cold day, quite a few moons since Lendri had grown into an adult buck, Madfoot snapped into one of his fits of rage. The old and quickly aging rabbit had lost much of his strength, though his teeth were still as sharp as nails. Thinking Lendri was some beast sent to finish him off, he attacked, ripping chunks out of the young bucks tail. That was when Lendri had had enough. He reared on his hind legs and fought back to the best of his ability and what he had managed to learn from the insane aging rabbit. He lashed out and pushed Madfoot farther and farther back, eventually sending the old buck straight into the path of a hrududu. Standing there, huffing and watching the life slowly slip from the old buck, Lendri decided that he would not end up just as Madfoot had. He would change his life and prove to that insane old rabbit that he was something to be feared, someone to be respected, someone of some kind of power.
He traveled many moons, searching for any safe place to sleep, fighting off other rogue rabbits and creatures for a bit of flay or a dry place to sleep, though it seemed to him that none posed as much of a threat or a fun challenge as Madfoot.
Eventually, he found his way into a warren, gathering many looks and whispers over his tattered fur, shredded ear and half missing tail. They would ask him stories of his life and how brave he was to live in such a way. "Battle isn't glorious. It isn't amazing, or even heroic." he would tell them, his deep gruff voice rasped. "It's merely doing what is necessary to survive. If you want to live, you will fight."
His very hardened, rough and no nonsense attitude slowly gained him some respect from the other rabbits, especially the owsla. They tested him in many ways. His rise into the owsla ranks wasn't easy and he never wanted it to be. He had never had an easy life and he wanted to prove he could earn the rank.
Madfoot was strict, he was mean and he had random mental outbursts that often left him quite indestructive, but somewhere, somehow, deep down inside, Lendri is proud of his rough upbringing and wouldn't trade it for anything. It made him who he was, who he is today.

Frith and Inle`! What am I going to do?
Buck's name: Kasra’meth (Translating into cunning speak.)
Personality: Kas isn’t lazy per-say but he isn’t a fighter either. His rather laid back and quite nature could be seen as such however. He isn’t exactly quiet either just very observant, and spends a lot of time in his own headspace. Once you get him talking though he will happily speak to you, he just doesn’t approach people to talk. He loves stories and will spend hours listening to the story tellers in the warren. He loves his mama, but he just doesn’t have a fighter’s spirit and could never be a part of the owsla. Despite the fact that both his parents are owsla, they honestly scare him a bit. So strong and boisterous, very independent and dependable, they are all just a bit intimidating to him. He is rather happy all things considered and enjoys watching the world around him. Pretty jovial and not at all a pessimist, just quiet.
What direction would you head this buck in? For sure towards the story teller sort with him. He loves to talk but never knows what to say, that would cure him of that. He loves stories and knows most all of them by heart so it wouldn’t be difficult for him. While he wants very much to make his mother and father proud, he knows he would be no good as an Owsla. He won’t even try; instead he will be a steady support system for his little family and litter mates. A constant ear to listen and a shoulder to lean on, the rock of the family; despite this however I doubt he will be very outgoing with a lot of people. I feel him heading towards more of a soft spoken type that will seek out protection by those stronger than himself. While he has size on his side he doesn’t have the fire in his spirit, and he knows it. Not a coward, but neither a fighter and thus he will admire those stronger than himself. Which will probably land him following around another buck seeking to learn from him and to feel protected, I would really love it if he found a buck smaller them him, smaller than most rabbits, with a big burning spirit. I feel it would be adorable to see one so tiny taking on the role of the fighter while one so large was much calmer. The two would work together, and balance each other well. It would give Kas someone to stand behind and be the rock for, someone to look up to, or down to if we are going by size. It would be good for him and I think it would be good for the little rabbit to have a bigger friend behind him the whole time, pushing him to achieve his dreams.
I would eventually love to see him talking with other rabbits outside of the warren. Perhaps from other warrens or no warren at all; he has an insatiable curiosity about the world around him. He is also an extremely cunning talker, even without realizing it. So I feel it would be good for him to meet all sorts of rabbits. I really don’t seem him as being a fling type sort, and he probably won’t breed for a very long time and if he does I doubt he would stay around with the doe forever. Probably long enough to raise the kittens into young adults before scooting back to his normal life with his best friend.
Oh, these children of mine!
Marli's name: Little Paw
Personality: If there was one thing in this world that Paw was meant for it was being a mother. She is a strong female, who will step up to bat for her children, she can be quite vicious with her words and if that doesn’t work well then there is always her teeth and claws. She is a diplomat, who knows how to get her way with words and sweet nothings. She prefers this over the violent approach, as she finds that sweet talking people is much more effective than being brutal with them. She makes up for her tiny size with a very bright personality; she always has something to say, sweet words or a gentle reassurance. She is very perceptive and tends to place her nose where it doesn’t belong due to too much reading between the lines. An adapt and smart sort, she is very clever and learned quite a bit about humans and other sorts when she was a farm rabbit. Despite the fact she is a farm raised bunny she hasn’t let it get the better of her, it doesn’t rule her and never will. Like most things she turns it into a strength. She isn’t however an overly doting person to other kits, she was born to be a mother to her own, but she will not mother or baby someone else’s.
How she views her family: She loves her children, all of them, dearly. They mean the world to her, and she would never put them in danger if she could help them. No matter what they choose to do with their lives she will be proud. They each have their own little problems, but then who doesn’t? She could tell you one or two things about others who have horrible little brats for children. She knows her little ones aren’t perfect but she believes in them and she knows they will be productive parts of the warren. She will take down any member of the warren for her children, she does not care who it is.
As for Cocklebur, she has nothing against him or for him. She doesn’t care that he has fathered another litter. It bothers her none, and she honestly doesn’t see why it should. She doesn’t tend to think about it, as she doesn’t ‘see’ him in her children, just herself. While she is mildly thankful to him for fathering the litter, she doesn’t feel he did much else to be considered a part of their ‘family’. He is captain of the Owsla, who has several other children who aren’t nearly as adapt as her own. She can’t help but snicker from time to time when she sees some of his others failing to impress, of course that could just be because by nature she is a doting mother who is overly proud of her own children.
What now?
Little Paw will move on as she always does and support her children. Back them up when they need her and until they need her gossip about the warren. She is a horrible gossip and she will continue to do so. She might settle down to mother another litter, and perhaps this time stick with the father but it really just depends on who approaches her. She isn’t a whorish sort and won’t sleep with just anyone. She has some standards that are honestly fairly high. She wants for grandchildren, but she is not overly pushy about it. She does however push for new experiences and will be the first to strike out on a new adventure should the chance arrive.
