Having given the previous toy to the cluppy to abuse, Chaya set to work making another one. This one ... well, she liked it much better. It was a little lopsided, but that was its worst flaw this time. Proudly, she held her handiwork up to examine it.

Amrita just shook her head. Whatever. She didn't care.
She did, however, turn a small smile towards Mei. "Hey...I'm gonna take off for a bit. If you need me I'll be at Yearbook~" Which was like, five booths down. Whoopie.

The booth seemed pleasant enough. The bright lanterns and candies and decorations and splatters of paint had certainly caught the bluejay’s eye while she had been flitting from one booth to the next. Her face lit up briefly when she spotted two familiar faces. “Iyari! Senga! Wow you guys are here too I didn’t think we’d pick the same booth becausedon’twehavedifferenttastes?” Jay giggled before she leaned in to examine what they were doing. “Are you making toys?” Her expression was pensive, then gradually filled with excitement. “That sounds fun! I want to try too.”
Giggling, she plopped near the two other war horsemen before she examined the materials scattered around the booth. “Hmmm~” Jay hummed softly as she reached out for supplies. Surprisingly, she was careful about the items she picked, especially when handling the needle. Lips curled into a smile as she began to assemble her toy. Sometimes she would stop to examine her work and take another look around the booth at the supplies. Then she would smile pleasantly and return to sewing the cloth together or adding tiny decorations to the toy. The bird was pleased with herself once she was finished. “Done!” she declared proudly as she held the plushie at arm’s length. Jay normally only crafted simple jewelry from leftover materials, but making a plushie hadn’t been so difficult either.

Senga, on reflection, decided that he could do better than that.
After all, the competitive fire in him never really... went out.
Which, for his fingers, was not exactly a good thing. No, not at all. The young executioner flicked his wings as he continuously pricked his fingers, rumbling under his breath as though trying to tell the plushie in his hands to behave without actually speaking out loud. He could hear Iyari nearby, though whether she'd decided to try again or not wasn't something he paid attention to. After all, it seemed he'd finally found something he could beat her at here; even if it was the weirdest thing ever for a pair of siblings from War.
Holding the plushie up once he finished, Senga scrutinized it. "Well, its better than last time." He muttered, folding his wings.
It seemed like the executioner just couldn't be pleased.

As Jay leaned over to examine the other toys in Senga’s and Iyari’s hands, the warrior in particular zeroed in on the toy that Iyari had made. She puckered her lips and cocked her head as she examined the design. Jay opened her mouth to make a comment, but found that no words would come out. She decided to shut her pothole. Jay stared at the leftover materials lying around her work area and decided to set to work on a second toy. However, this one wouldn’t be as great as the last one. While the stitching and general form was fine, the design appeared to be a little off. Perhaps the bluejay had gotten herself too distracted during this second attempt. However, when all was said and done, Jay raised it into the air and scrutinized it. “It’s definitely not better than the last one, but I still like it!” she declared after a moment of thought. She put the toy back down and smiled at Iyari before she scooted her toy next to Iyari’s toy. Funnily enough, they appeared to be similar in design. “Look! They match! They’re buddies!”Stuff it! Deciding that one last one couldn't kill him, Senga began to work on a simpler plushie than before, wincing every time his fingers protested the work. "Even we need to take a break from throwing sharp things around once in awhile," He told Jay when she began to babble, his wings twitching minutely at the amount of words that she somehow got out in no time at all. It seemed Jay was actually good at this sort of thing, which wasn't that surprising, considering the amount of jewelry she'd draped on him when they were younger.
Sighing, Senga turned back to his last plushie, glancing down at it and his pockmarked fingers. He wasn't sure how Jay had done so well without killing her fingers like he had, though he imagined she had more practice than he did with small pointy things that weren't being used to kill people. Rumbling quietly, the executioner finished eventually, laying the plushie down next to the other two and staring in scrutiny at them all. At least they weren't as bad as they could have been... Apart from the one in the middle that a certain minipet had decided to gnaw on right after its completion. Oh well.
"Did you see anywhere else you wanted to go yet?" He asked Jay, glancing her way wryly. Surely the jabberjay was nowhere near done with her sightseeing yet.

One subpar plushie, it seemed, was not enough to satisfy the war horseman. After gathering a few smatterings of scraps and materials from the booth, she went about making a third toy. While Jay had the potential and skills to craft a good toy, it seemed her brain and attention span refused to work for her again this time around. Again she went through the motions of making the arms and legs and body, but they had the same awkwardness as the last one. Unmindful, Jay continued to sew up her plushie and then added a few bits of decoration. She leaned back and then got closer to it before her face lit up and she added a few messy splotches of paint. “Now it’s an artist! Right? Because it has the spots of paint all over it.”
Jay grinned at the siblings. The cross-eyed eyes were also totally a sign of an artist, but the odd design and quirks of the toy appeared to suit her just fine. She lined up her plushies in a low, her first one in the middle. It was a rather eclectic group of toys. She looked at Senga and grinned. “Plenty of places! You think I can just go to all of them instead of picking which ones to go to?”

Billy headed back to the arts and crafts booth, determined to see some cool crafts this time. He waved to the booth operators. "Thank you for pointing me in the right direction yesterday." he neglected to mention it hadn't been the right direction, but he had the feeling it had meant well and no harm was done anyways. he was grateful the minipets were under control today. He glanced at the new game. Plushies? Hmm.
"I'm not very good with crafts, but I like them." A partial lie, he was fine with crafts that involved making things to use in little pranks, like rigging the bucket of water to fall in a doorway. This was finer, and took skill, he admired it.
He picked up some materials to try this plushie-making.

Oh but she wasn't done. Ohhhh no. The more people made plushies, the more scraps Freya had to play with! She started putting together little scraps with glue, and then sewing the monstrosity on top of a round, bulbous plushie she'd haphazardly stuffed, until suddenly she held it up-
"IS SHUN!"
The plushie had a shirt with all the colors of the rainbow, but the expression was clearly one of grim unhappiness. That, and it only had one eye.

And of course, if she was going to make a Shun, it was only fair she make a little plushie Mitsu for him to cling to and follow around. So she grabbed as many pieces of white as she could, and stuffed a more normal body shaped plushie, giving it giant boobs because she could. But the ears were the most fun, because one kept flopping down and Freya thought that looked adorable. Quote: 8 - 11: Hey! that's coming along nicely! Good Job! Billy watched the other at the booth as she stuffed a plushie in what he felt was mad-scientist fashion. it looked fun, he decided to try to imitate it. He pulled together scraps he had from his first attempt to start. He kept glancing over. She was better at it than he was. Mei waved the other ghoul off as she left to tend to her other booth, while she continued to look over the work of everyone here. No one ever said that making plushies were easy, especially if they had never sewn anything in their life. But many of them were doing fairly well.

Freya saw the boil watching her, just as she'd finish up the Mitsuplush. She then watched him, and her face broke out into a smile when he started mashing together scraps too. "Yeh knows who loves patchworks like this?" Freya bent closer to murmur at the boil. "My friend Christof! He has a booths, he is runnings for somethings! He is all mades of scraps, too. But these, these are Shun and Mitsu, my other friends, yeh sees." She picked the two plushes up and smushed their faces together. "NOW KISS!"

Making plushies? Yin had never done such a thing. But really he was fairly good at sewing, so it might not be that bad. He picked up some fabric and set to work, only to realize as he stuffed it that...it was a rather shapeless lump. Still, at least the stitching was good.

Wandering around the booths rather dejectedly, the crowds didn't seem to bother her. Or she didn't seem to notice them. Either way, Tsukiko wound up at a rather crafty booth full of art supplies. And other things. Going over, she saw that she could try to make her own plushie. Maybe that would get her out of the funk she was in.
While attempting to make a plushie, a minipet decided to trundle along and nom on her hard work! Making a faint sound of dismay, she caught the erstwhile delinquent and shoved it into her bag. She would try again.
