There are 4 ranks of Jedi and Sith. Padawan/apprentice, Knight, and then Master. The 4th was left out because nobody can reach the rank of Crix Madine save for Crix Madine himself. It a rank reserved for only those who evolve beyond mere Force powers and can do anything with a simple roundhouse kick.
