Texting Kato at least kept his mind off of the fact that he was stuck in the same place and that all he could see was darkness. Jinhai frowned down at the screen of his phone, but the corners of his lips twitched, as though he may or may not have been hiding a smile. lilwolfpard It's your fault for leaving me behind. For someone so defensive of me earlier when Dis was flirting with me (the idiot), you sure were quick to leave me alone...
And yes, I thought about that, smart aleck. I seem to be stuck in the same place no matter what I do.

Going Exploring...Acher smiled when the trail ended up in the library. She seemed to really enjoy books, and he was actually pretty content to stay there in the library with her, but the same voices she heard he could hear even if it was faint. Shuddering he quickly followed after her. "Jack it all!"He cursed as they entered the tunnels in utter and complete darkness. Blushing slightly concidering he was in mixed company he sheepishly said, "uh..sorry Melusine...I..didn't mean to curse...its...just so dark..."Holding her hand a little tighter he decided to try and move forward. Or not...walls seemed to blend in to the darkness as he backtracked.

EXPLORING while on Malcolms backSelene's mouth opened to ask yet another question, but when she heard Arcana's name, and his voice, it snapped tightly shut and she peeked over Malcolm's shoulder. Her eyes widened at the sight. "He is safe, Malcolm, look!" She bounced happily. "Arcana, we were worried!" Well, she was worried. Malcolm was poker faced. Tex passed them by as well, and she ducked her head back under Malcolm immediately, simple reflex to hide away and keep herself from being noticed. But he asked after her, and she would have been rude not to reply, so a tiny voice squeaked out from Malcolm's shoulder. "I am fine." This was of course a lie, she was in pain and incapable of walking for herself, but Tex needn't worry over such things. She fell silent, letting the others talk to each other and keeping herself as un-noticeable as possible.

EXPLORING while on Malcolms back Even as they discussed among themselves, Selene was trying to make herself useful. She looked down one path that Malcolm hadn't taken yet, but when her eyes adjusted to the darkness, she could already see it was a dead end. So she said nothing, and was glad Malcolm had chosen not to try that path.

EXPLORING while on Malcolms back Selene trusted that eventually, Malcolm would find the way. And sure enough, when left to his own devices, he found a path that wasn't a dead end. She was very proud to be his backpack at the moment, and she would have told him so! Except.. there we.. other people around. So she said nothing. neutral ((Turn 1 Pass))

"Heh! Sorry about that..." The gargoyle offered the hyena a weak smile as he also tried to wipe off some of the slime. Which was next to useless. The damn things were like slugs and their slime took a lot of work to scrub off. Still, he accepted the towel with gratitude and worked at cleaning himself the best he could manage.
"Wudadventur?" He asked in a muffled voice, finally pulling the towel away from his face. Grimacing at the slime that marred it. Gross...
He looked at where Zeke was pointing, cocking his head slightly before he shrugged. "Ah sure, I guess..." Suspicious looking passageway. Hmm... "Looks like everyone is going too. So why not?" He said, following after the other boil before he lost sight of him.

Exploring the Passageway
Truth be told, the only reason Macthor decided to wander through this passage in the first place was because...well, because he had seen everyone else do it. Perhaps that wasn't the best excuse, but the thunderbird was genuinely curious about what it was about this place that was drawing people in. Besides, you know, the danger of being caught since this was a restricted area.
He only wished that the passageway was not so narrow. In an attempt to ensure that not even a single feather would be ruffled, he kept his wings pulled in tightly against his back as he ventured inwards. Little did he know that, with his sense of direction, he would probably be doing a lot of cursing in his time in this passageway.

A whisper? The boil stopped in his tracks for a moment, brows furrowed as he listened for it. And...there it was again, a strange voice that was accompanied by a strange feeling. It felt as if it were beckoning him, urging him to continue forward and--
"THOR-BROS, WHERE ARE YOU?"
"BRO? HEY! BRO!!!"
--he knew those voices. Macthor proceeded to look very uncomfortable as he struggled to keep a grin off his face. Should he respond? Hmmm...
