"I... I'm not sure how, but... Maybe..." She frowned at Mot, kind of relieved that he wasn't freaking out like Mac was, "Maybe... Professor QB's open class! I, uh, recently completed it, since I wanted to look for him to be my mentor and stuff..."
Looking at Mac, and then at Mot, her frown deepened as the sparkles vanished, "... Is sparkling bad?"

..
And now Lizzy was sparkling.
" ...."
He decided not to answer her question on if it was bad. Instead, he just turned his attention to Mitsu.
"Perhaps we should head on our way now?" Shun suggested quietly.

"Sparkling...." Mitsu stared and couldn't entirely ignore the fact that somewhere deep down under the meek exterior she showed....she enjoyed the discomfort Mac was showing. The enjoyment was small but still very much there.
Turning to Shun as he spoke Mitsu smiled and gave a nod. She had done what she wanted to do though she would be sure to grab a wind chime before they left. She would keep it with the few other things she had to remind her of their Student Counsel President.
"Sure, let me grab a wind chime, do you want to share a cupcake?" Mitsu asked waving to Xiu and Lizzy and a few others to indicate she was leaving soon. They would no doubt be getting together soon...since she had no idea what she was doing as far as planning. They had plenty of time though right? She was just now getting ready for exams to be a Hob.

There was another subtle smile as he saw hers. He nodded quietly before glancing to the table.
"Alright," he agreed. Shun figured he should check the cupcake to make sure it wasn't chocolate before letting her have a bite. He couldn't tell what flavors these things were just from looking at them right now and all.
Glancing towards Lizzy and the others, he nodded quietly to them, then made his way to the tables.

Mitsu's smile only warmed to see Shun's and she trotted her way toward the table to pick out a wind chime being careful of her selection as she lifted it up to listen to the gentle sound it made. Her fingers lightly touched the note that came along with it before she turned to the other table her second choice of the evening was much more complicated. Which cupcake. They all looked so good.
It probably took longer than it should have but Mitsu finally plucked up a cupcake giving it a light sniff trying to determine its flavor. "Would you like to try it first?" She asked offering it to Shun.

Hearing the soft chimes, Shun turned his head to get a better look at it. It was a nice trinket he supposed. Once Mitsu picked out a cupcake, he took it, examining it for a moment.
"It would be safest yes," he uttered before taking a small bite.
"Hm. Tastes like coconut. Not bad."

"Coconut?" Mitsu asked curiously as her tail began to wag taking the cupcake back to have a bite. It was really good! Though if Junko and the others had anything to do with them it was hard for her to imagine they wouldn't be.
With wind chime in one hand and cupcake in the other Mitsu looked up at Shun with that warm and loving smile she reserved only for him. When it was apparent she was ready she turned to look at the lake one last time, her eyes lingering over the lit blossoms floating along the water's surface before she finally turned to head back to the dorms.

Shun's expression softened at the sight of his wolf, sharing the cupcake with her. When they were all set to go, he moved on with her to head back as well. It was.. an interesting day to say in the very least.

"Unusual." Mot assured Lizzy with a smile and a chuckle. "No bad at all. It suits you."
Enabler. That was Mot.

"You think?" She was enabled. Maybe that's why, the faintest sign of a sparkle could be seen around her.

Freya didn't mean to end up watching Mitsu and Shun as they walked away and shared a cupcake together, but she couldn't help herself. They were so damn precious, and they were going to get married! It was all too much for the valkyrie, and she sighed a long, dreamy sigh. She would have had a startlingly different reaction to the news before... well, before Herryk, she had to admit. The thought had her searching, and it wasn't too long before she saw her draugr lurking in the shadow. Instead of heading for him, however, she headed for a cupcake first, stuffing the first one she could lay her hands on into her mouth. Then she walked over to Herryk, took him by the hand, and started tugging him towards the lanterns. "Come on baby boil," she coaxed, "We lights one for the president, hah?"

Herryk loomed in the shadows like a creeper until he saw Freya break free from the crowd. Their world was so complex, so full of danger. There was only one thing that Herryk knew with a certainty that was so uncomplicated and pure that it almost hurt deep in his chest.
Herryk loved his Freya.
Their road had been a bumpy one at first; two bull-headed, stubborn and bold personalities - it was to be expected. It had been a learning experience for the both of them. There had always been the knowledge that there was never a true end to their existence. Despite the fights, the pain, the hunters, everything. They'd always had the promise of a second chance.
Until this last time. Now it felt like nothing was guaranteed, and there was a desperation in Herryk that was a rank, parasitic thing. It was almost unbearable.
He couldn't think about losing her to what had taken Riley. He couldn't think about it. The panic that rose in his chest was suffocating.
As she approached, cupcake on her lips, Herryk just smiled down at her, handing her the cupcake he held in his had as she tugged him towards the lanterns.
"Yes," Herryk said softly, the smile on his face slipping away. "For Riley."

There was no way Freya could have known the deep, worrisome thoughts that lingered in her draugr's mind when she came to him and pulled him forward. She was too caught up in the delights of Mitsu's marriage, and the gentle peace the event itself brought with it. She let his hand go when they reached the lanterns, and finished eating his cupcake - far be it from she to waste food!
After taking up two lotus flowers from the arrangement, she plucked a lit candle up and lit both of them. Then she put the candle back, and switched one of the flowers, so she was holding one in each hand. Turning with a gentle smile reserved just for him, she held one up for him to take.
"Yeh goes first, okays?"

The fire caused a skittering, nervous reaction to thrum beneath his skin, but Herryk took the blossom his ladybird offered and fell quiet. Pensive. He took her hand and squeezed before kneeling at the side of the lake, resting her hand on his shoulder.
He wished he could have done more. He wished that he was more involved in what was happening at his school. He wished he'd known what was going on in Riley's life - what was going on in the lives of those around him. It was his own fault, really. He'd felt reclusive - after the ordeal with Kettil, the trials - there hadn't been a chance for him to just get back to being himself.
Enjoying his friends, his beloved. His unlife.
As he set the blossom free on the surface of the lake, he made he unspoken promise to himself - to Riley, to the others who had been on the Clan Isles when the hunters had shown up - and to his beloved.. it was time to make a change. It was time to be involved, and maybe, if he was lucky, it was time to make a difference.
