Wally hugged Connor around the waist possessively and said, "I'm not going anywhere, ever again." He said sharply frowning at Tim. He then looked at everyone else in the room.

Superman looked a bit shocked for a moment, then a bit sad, then he smiled. "I'm happy for you son." He said, putting his hand on Connor's shoulder.

"Glad to hear you're finally manning up." Diana said, punching Wally's shoulder. He stumbled a bit and bumped into Connor.

"Thanks....I think." He said, she smiled.

"I'm so glad." Dinah said, hugging both of them around the neck. "I'll be watching you Wally." She said in a dark tone before letting them both go. "When is the wedding?"

"Uhm...Not exactly sure yet. Soon hopefully, but we have to plan it." Wally said.

"You two should have it at the farm." Clark said, a smile on his face. "Ma would love to see you get married Connor." He said, "Pa would have wanted you to get married there." He said, a sad smile on his face. The loss of Pa Kent had been a few years ago but it still stung Clark.

"I'd like that, what about you Connor?" He asked, looking at the love of his life.

(Sure, sounds good :] )

Wally smiled and hugged d**k again, "Thanks bud, don't worry, you'll get your happily ever after in no time." He gave d**k's hand a reassuring squeeze. He knew Roy would come back--somewhere deep in his heart he just knew. Wally smiled at Connor then and said, "A wedding at the farm, how bout we have it in July?" His eyes lit up and he grabbed Connor's hands.

"July 5th, that's when we got you out of Cadmus, when you stayed the night with me." He kissed Connor's hands and said, "I'll always remember that, even though I didn't start to love you then, that was when you finally started your new life--and this is the start of another life, our life together." He smiled and said, "Sound good?"

((It was July 5th right? They episode was called "independence day" but it was after Midnight when Connor finally saw the moon. ))

"Wally smiled, "I like yellow and black." He said, kissing Connor's lips, "I'm so excited." Wally said with a bright grin.

(Gonna skip some here.)

July 5th--today is the day. Wally sighed and fidgeted in his black tux. Since there was no bride there was no one to be given away so Clark and his father were both their men of honor. d**k was Wally's second man of honor--they'd actually flipped a coin for him but in the end Wally one. Tim sadly said he wanted nothing to do with the wedding so he'd be in the crowd.

Wally fidgeted more, "Calm down son." His father said, putting a hand on Wally's shoulder. "No need to be nervous, nothing's gonna go wrong."

Wally looked up at his father and said, "But what if it does! What if a meteor hits or it starts to rain or--"

"What if the sky falls and the grass turns purple? Son, you can't concern yourlself with the what if's, do you love this man?" Rudolph asked, a smile on his face.

"Of course dad." Wally said, smiling.

"Then everything will be perfect, if it rains you two can just have one of those 'kisses in the rain' like in your mom's sappy movies." The man teased causing Wally to smile. "Besides, there's not a cloud in the sky.

"Wally honey?" His mother's voice came. "Come on, Connor's waiting to walk down with you." Since there was no bride they decided to walk out together. Wally nodded and stood up, heading out to find Connor and taking his arm.

"You ready?" He asked, leaning up to kiss Connor's cheek because he couldn't wait for them to be at the altar. There was no preacher since their marriage wasn't viewed as 'holy matrimony' Martha had asked if she could do it, wanting to be a part of the ceremony as well and having a way with words.

Wally smiled and walked with Connor, he only had eyes for the man at his side, his eyes weren't even on the aisle. They made it to the front and Martha finally caught his attention by saying, "You all may be seated." She looked at Connor and Wally and smiled, taking their connected arms and intwining their fingers. "We are gathered here today to witness the joining of Connor Kent and Wally West in what I think is the holiest of matrimony."

Wally smiled fondly at her and felt tears prickle his eyes.

"Years ago when I saw you two together I knew we'd come together here with your two joining like this." She said, her voice loud enough to be heard by everyone but still carrying a warm tone. "You both have faced some rocky roads but it's all smoothed out now and while you two will face some hard times I know you two will pull through."

She smiled before looking at Wally, "Now, Wally do you have anything you want to say to Connor?" Wally nodded.

Wally turned to Connor and took both his hands, "Connor..." He said softly, looking into the man's eyes. "I'm sorry that I ever thought I could live without you, me trying to live without you is like trying to live without air. You're my better half, the sun in my life, my everything." Wally kissed Connor's hands and smiled, "I love you with every fiber of my being and promise that I will never leave you, ever." He took the ring from Martha and said, "With this ring I make my vow of everlasting love." He placed the ring on Connor's left ring finger.

Martha smiled, "And Connor, do you have anything you wish to say to Wally?"

Martha began to cry to and Wally had to hold himself back from just tackling Connor and kissing him before Martha gave the okay. "Wally, do you take Connor to be your husband in sickness and in health, rich or poor, till death do you part?" She asked, already knowing the answer.

"I do." Wally said, smiling at Connor as the first of the tears fell from his cheeks.

"And do you Connor take Wally to be your husband, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?"

Once they both said I do Martha gave the okay and Wally tackled Connor, slamming his lips into the man's. The people in the crowd whooped and hollered but Wally only felt, heard, saw: Connor. The man he wanted to spend forever and a day with, he'd never let this man go ever again--things would be shaky, things may go wrong, but Connor would be the constant in his life that kept him grounded...and he'd be Connor's constant.

Wally grinned when Connor pulled back and said, "I love you too Connor Kent-west." He kissed Connor again then looked up at the sound of another car pulling up. "Woah, who's firebird?"

A red head poked out and Wally took in a sharp breath--Roy. "Roy." He said, staring at the man as he walked through the crowd. Everyone watched him, parting as he made his way through.

Roy grinned and saluted, "Don't stop the party on my account, I'm just here to see the reunion of the century."

"Nah, that hasn't happened yet." Wally said cuttingly. Roy flinched, knowing what he meant.

"Come on Wal, don't start. It's your big day." He said, smiling forcefully.

"I can't wait to show up at yours." Wally said, leaning against Connor.

"Me and Cheshire are separating." He said, "Happy?"

"Yea, I am." Wally said. "What about your little girl?"

"She's staying with Chesh till I get a place in Gotham." He said. "She's only 3 now, she still needs her mom even if she's an assassin."

"Hm...Well Connor and I are going to dance, enjoy the party." Wally said simply.

"Did I just miss Grayson? I saw the copter." Roy asked, the sadness obvious in his voice.

"Yea, just missed him." Wally said before tugging Connor to where the music was playing. "I would have loved to have seen that." He said, "I guess those two will take a bit longer to come back together." He took Connor's hand and placed a hand on his lower waist. "Today's about us though." Wally smiled slyly and kissed Connor's lips saying in a teasing tone "You ready for our honeymoon stage?"

"I like the sound of that." Wally said with a smile, "Does that mean we have sex everyday forever too?" He asked with a laugh, "I'm joking." He kissed Connor, "I love you Connor." He said, smiling fondly at the man. He wanted to keep these rose-colored glasses forever. Connor made him so happy.

Roy looked over at Barbara and covered his crotch protectively, "Good, you're not going to kick me in the nuts are you?" He asked, knowing she held a grudge against him. "I feel bad as it is--I'm actually...actually thinking of coming back to Gotham once Lian is old enough." He admitted. Lian was his number one now, "How have you been? How's d**k been?" He asked, he wanted to know if the man was with anyone but knew he didn't have the right to ask.

Wally grinned and made a soft noise when Connor nibbled on his neck, "Do you think anyone would notice if the two grooms disappeared from their own party?" He asked, a sly smile on his face.

Roy flinched at Barbara's words, he knew she wanted him to feel bad. "Right...I've been good." He said, shrugging. "Life's a bit hectic right now, what with Lian and Cheshire wanting nothing to do with her. I convinced her to stay with me a bit longer for Lian's sake but I don't think she'll stick it out." Roy sighed and rubbed his neck, "This is why I stick to guys, you women are too troublesome."
