Ah. A knot! Lacie tried to tug it to tighten it, but as soon as she stood up, the knot fell apart. Perhaps.. Lacie sat down again, patiently taking the rope in hand while other students were lassoed around her.

Sepheran scanned the area for possible targets unsure of where to let his laso fly, that is until Liannan spotted a certain lightning dragon nearby. Lifting the lasso above Sepheran began to spin getting ready to throw. Releasing his hold his rope fly straight and true wrapping around his target. With a quick tug the dragon had been caught. (1/3 students caught - Aksaja )Quickly releasing the dragon from his hold Sepheran muttered a small apology before looking for a new target.

Her lasso was finally successful as Lacie stood up. The rope stayed in its relative position, steadily holding unlike her other tries.

Bongani wasn't sure about this whole rope throwing business, but he did officially have his rope, so why not throw it? He zeroed in on a boil who seemed to be thinking heavily on making a catch of his own. Thinking to exploit the boils distraction, Bon threw his own rope, keeping his fingers crossed. Feeling rather smug with himself, Bon said nothing to Vaith, merely walking over to him and unlooping the rope he'd thrown around the other boil. He just needed to more and he could go home for the day. ((Vaith, 2, 3))

After finally accomplishing her lasso, Lacie's face looking like this: ;______; She looked around for any of her friends, although the idea of lassoing one's friends were debatable >____> There was Vaith.

"Vaith does seem like a very nice guy," said Sparrow agreeably, flashing Aurian a bright smile. "I'm afraid I haven't had much time to spend with him, other than the occasional meet and greet here and there, but from what I can see, he's quite interesting."
He slipped his gloved hands into his pockets and rocked back on his heels, watching the chaos that was surrounding them. Rope was flying this way and that, and he turned his head, giving a small, rueful laugh.
"Yes, well," he started to say - except he didn't get very far, since one of the lassos that he had been watching was suddenly looped around his chest and arms. Sparrow glanced down at it, then up at the person who had thrown it.
"Jack," he said, a bit dryly, and grinned. "Yes, it's nice to find familiar faces here, isn't it? Even when said familiar faces are hog-tying you."
Though there was a fair bit of the pot calling the kettle black here - however, since Sparrow hadn't actually meant to lasso Jack in the first place, he decided that that didn't really count after all.
But Jack himself was lassoed yet again, and Sparrow, laughing, lifted a hand to wave goodbye.
"Yes, let's!" he called after him, and then he turned back to Aurian.
"At any rate," he said cheerfully. "I believe I shall go find some lunch now. It was a pleasure meeting you - I do hope we run into each other again during our stay here."
Waving at her, Sparrow made to leave the clearing - though not before he called out, rather dryly, "And Jack, don't get so tied up that you're unable to come hang out with me."
Then he left before the puns could get any worse than they already were.

Delighted with himself, Bongai was sure he could make the next two throws just as easily as he had done the last. Confident in his ability, his let his rope fly in the general direction of another boils he'd spotted.
Dammit, he'd failed! Grumbling to himself as a reminder not to be so cocky, he drew in his rope and try again.

Sepheran had been checking the area out and hadn't realized his own danger until a lasso struck out at him. Still he couldn't help but chuckle, "I'm sorry too," he said lightly once he was released as he aimed the lasso at the one who caught him before. Giving him a playful smile he quickly went to release the ropes. "Now we are even~" he chuckled. (2/3 students caught - Aksaja,Vaith )

Taking a deep breath to focus himself, Bongani tried for another throw at the same boil he'd been aiming at the first time.
a;ldkfjasld;kjfsdal;kjf Bongani slapped his forehead. Would the gods never see fit to grant him just a bit of luck? So much for the luck of the charm he'd made in the other class.

Again, it would seem, Bongani was about to throw his lasso. He had a feeling he was about to fail again and so didn't give the throw as much muscle as he had been before. Finally he managed to snag a creature named Sepheran. Not even remotely apologetic, Bon's expression was as smug as it could be as he unwound the other boil free. ((Vaith, Sepheran, 3))

West was always ever so arrogant, the collective body of damien scowled at the rage demon as he went about releasing him with little to no taunting in between. It only made Melas feel the need to scowl at him even harder once his wrists were free. "I'll get you hothead and tie you up to a rafter jackdammit." he swore loudly at the boil
and with a flick of his own wrist, the demon was ensnared in his trap this time. but he had plans for this one as he rubbed his hands evilly.
oh all the evil plans.

One more... releasing his rope Sepheran aimed for another boil, one that seemed to be having trouble catching others. Just as that particular boil's rope hit it's mark so did Sepheran's. "Hey not a bad throw," the basilisk boil stated as he moved to release his own work from around his classmate. (3/3 students caught - Aksaja, Vaith, Bongani)
