Unrelinquished Despair Konaga Bloodline 6. Chakra Control Mastery: In the process of simply surviving, a Konaga comes complete master the concepts of chakra formation, augmentation, and control. As such, Konaga members are masters of such skills and are able to use chakra beyond the normal capabilities of others, bending it almost effortlessly around their body without the need for hand seals. This enables them to easily master skills such as Tree/Wall Walking, Water Walking, and Wire Walking early on and without any difficulty. This enables the Konaga to access Chakra Control Abilities such as those mentioned earlier as if they were one rank lower then normal, and allows them to learn the techniques in half the number of posts normally required (rounded down). Well, I actually never thought about that. The first thing that came to mind would be that Zenko would be unable to talk for obvious reasons. She won't be able to perform any hand seals and would be limited to only her bloodline abilities if she changed to a species without hands. Also, I think it would be fair to limit her to the natural abilities of any species she decides to change into, so basically all of her specialties and attributes would be useless to her. (Also: Species like elephants or cheetahs would be silly. If she turns into an animal, it would most likely be a common feline or a mouse. Any others would arouse suspicion as they are not native to the area, no?) Of course, I can limit her physical abilities to her normal ones as human. All species that she could morph into would have to be biotic, or living. I'm not sure how she'll know actually. Maybe I could come up with another technique which forces her chakra into a member of the species, and 'downloads' the information onto a scroll, which she would need to use to shift into anything other than human. (So if she 'downloaded' a cat, she could now be any type of common house cat there was.) Any of this is subject to change how you see fit. Well I would love to see how that technique would be written out but if you think it is too much trouble I would allow you to add it as an Requirement/Additional Detail to this technique. Otherwise, you have my approval! And sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I've had my hands full lately

Unrelinquished Despair Jutsu Name: Hensei no Jutsu (Metamorphosis Technique)
Jutsu Type: Konaga Ninjutsu (Bloodline, Signature)
Jutsu Rank: SS
Jutsu Description: Zenko had always been the one to strive for physical perfection, preferring that her every detail was just right to maximize her sexiness. It wasn't until her later years that she learned that she could use her innate ability of infatuation for espionage and assassination missions. However, there was only problem with actively doing many of them. Each consecutive mission would provide a much larger chance for someone catching wind of her appearance, and she sought to solve that. Understanding the pain and power of her Konaga chakra, she bent its destructive force into something she could use for herself. Using this technique the user can form their body into any shape and form any details they wish, from changing into a small cat or switching genders. Effects of this jutsu are permanent until it is used again, allowing for another change.
Additional Details:
- Use of this technique amplifies the pain of the Konaga to new heights, increasing their pain-stress level by one to three depending on the complexity of the change. One would be changing form as the same gender, with no limits. Two is switching genders', and three is changing into the shape of an animal. The Pain-Stress effect lasts for 7 posts where is fades by 1 each three posts until it is at the correct level. (Basically, it REALLY hurts.)
- Can only be used twice each meditation session.
- Cannot be used once the Konaga passes the 1/3 stamina threshold.
- Only physical characteristics are changed. Sensors would still be able to see/track the chakra regularly. (Although the changed shape will probably cause some confusion.)
- Requires Deokishiribokakusan Ichizuke no Jutsu for non-human forms.
Stamina Cost: 25
Additional Effects: If another attempt is forced some type of permanent scar will be formed on the user's figure, usually in the appearance of the 'burn.'

Jutsu Description: The human genome is very similar, slight variations being made to accommodate appearance which are easily manipulated due to familiarity. However, shifting into the form of an animal is much more complex, and painful as it changes size and shape, as well as the basic functions of many muscle groups. Thus, more knowledge is required in order to perform such a shift. This technique injects the Konaga chakra and 'downloads' the genetic code of the creature, essentially covering base for all within that species.
Additional Details:
- Requires a scroll to 'download' the information onto. Shifting into that species would require having the scroll on hand.
- Requires Hensei no Jutsu (Metamorphosis Technique) to learn.
- Can be used indefinitely as long as the user has stamina.
- If shifting into an animal, all abilities as human would be lost. The user is limited to those of the animal.
Stamina Cost: 10

Jutsu Type: Universal Ninjutsu
Jutsu Rank: S-Rank
Jutsu Description: The Sekiha Tenkyoken is the ultimate technique created by former Mizukage Zane Hajime during his long training to attain the power he had lost during his years of retirement. It requires strict training in the most intense of environments while maintaining a serene state of mind to accomplish. The Sekiha Tenkyoken is a technique which takes Shape Manipulation to its highest possible level, a jutsu based purely on chakra control. Because of this, it doesn't require seals to create. The user will bring their hands back to their waists, molding the chakra into a ball between both palms. Upon uttering the incantation, the user move their hands forward and release their compressed chakra towards their opponent. The ball is the size of the user himself. This compressed chakra contains so much raw power that it will demolish through any building, toppling it over with a single strike. Upon hitting the opponent, the raw power will blast the enemy backwards causing immense internal damage. Even if it is dodged, anything within five feet of the ball of chakra will still feel some of the shocking effects of its power. This means that they will be thrown off balance and their bodies will feel a momentary numbing sensation.
It should be noted that this is shape transformation. Nature Transformation can be used in conjunction with this technique in order to create a SS Rank Sekiha Tenkyoken. However, an elemental Sekiha Tenkyoken must be approved through custom jutsu.
Jutsu Name: Bourei Summoning no Jutsu
Jutsu Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Jutsu Rank: C Rank
Jutsu Description: Having the ability to talk to ghosts, this jutsu gives the user the ability to summon a ghost, or ghosts from the other side and give them a spectral form. This jutsu only works when the user has a clear picture of the face of the ghosts that they are trying to summon, or placing their hand on the shoulder of the person who has a clear picture. Meaning, this jutsu can be used to summon the ghosts of fallen shinobis to gain information, as well as summon the ghosts of family members to gain that closure that one couldn't attain before. The ghosts CANNOT be used in battle in any way shape or form, but can be used as sources of information outside of battle.

Otherwise, I don't really have a problem with it but can you give me a range. Also since it does not seem to 'explode' does it only damage things it actually comes in contact with? I'm kind of on the fence for this one because the user can be in some random location and say 'oh a ghost most likely died here. Let me speak to it and learn all there is to know about this village in the middle of nowhere'....Would you mind limiting it to graveyards or places were it is well-known that people have died?

Yes, its kinda like getting hit by a fast and large truck, so no it doesn't explode. Is 100 yards reasonable for an S Rank jutsu? That would be an entire football field. For the bourei summoning jutsu, it doesn't work the way you just describe it. I can summon a ghost from wherever I am, but I have to have a clear picture of the person I'm summoning or touch a person who has a clear picture of the person I'm summoning. So I can't go to a village and randomly summon a dead guard or a dead soldier. NPC from foreign Village: Kage or crew from that village will roleplay as the ghost and does not have to relay information. NPC from Home Village: Caster roleplays the ghost. RPC from foreign or home village: I'll message the person who used to have the rpc and ask them to roleplay their character once again. They'll rp the way they want to rp. If person has left the guild or refuses, I'll ask a crew to judge accordingly and tell me how to act. Regardless, they have to act the same way the rpc acted in real life. To summarize, this jutsu only summons ghosts from the beyond. It does not force them to oblige to my questions.

Jutsu Rank: E-S [ Costs the same as the Ki Strike ]
Jutsu Description: As the name of the jutsu states, this jutsu follows the same principle of the Ki Strike, only that instead of two elements at once, it only channels one element on to the user's palm or any other part of their body. Unlike the Ki Strike, this jutsu can be maintained in the body for up to two posts, after which it must be released. It also has the same effects as Ki Strike, but it only affects the target if he/she has the element which the user is strong against.
Jutsu Name: Pure Animal Trait
Jutsu Type: Bloodline Jutsu [ Private ]
Jutsu Rank: C
Jutsu Description: By studying the art of the Sorikata Clan, Akura has found a way to perfect it. Using this jutsu he is able to maintain his physical being, but at the same time take up animal traits for his body. With this jutsu he is able to, for example, instead of changing into a snake, give his body the elasticity of a snake, or instead of having to change his legs and heart into that of a cheetah, by activating this jutsu he keeps his human form, but he is able to tap into the animal's abilities. Lasts for 3 posts, and it has a 6 post cooldown. When this jutsu is used the figure of the animal that is in use will be formed out of chakra behind the user when the jutsu is invoked.
* If you have a better wording for this, please supply it for me.. .I had no idea how to word it, hence the examples.

Also for the Pure Animal Trait, no trait can enhance the user more than 1 rank and only ONE trait can be drawn from an animal. In other words you cannot gain the eyes AND grace of the cat. And like all techniques of this bloodline you have to 'synchronize' with that animal before you can copy their trait.

The user cannot have the elasticity of a snake as well as the heat vision and other traits it would give the user; it's only one per use. Pure Animal Trait is Approved. Also, Single Element Ki strike is approved. Note that if your 'holding' this technique for that second post, it will still count as a your post action when you use it.

Jutsu Name: Kurohitsugi (Black Coffin)
Jutsu Type: Genjutsu, (Signature jutsu/ Private)
Jutsu Rank: C-Rank, B, A, S. (once possible Mifune must relearn this jutsu and it takes the rank he re-learns. So if he re-learned it as a B rank then it becomes B-Rank and replaces the lower rank ones preventing them from use. He can only re-learn them up to the maximum possible for his rank.)
Jutsu Description: Kurohitsugi is primarily used for offense. The practitioner generates a purple-black coffin of chakra that envelops the target with a powerful torrent of energy that takes the form of a box of black energy, covered in several spear-like protrusions. The spears then pierce the box, lacerating the one inside from head to toe. All of this is in illusion but the pain of being slashed from head to toe is very real. The slashes while shallow are there is enough of them to cause pain.
