Tim nodded as he kept stirring the contents of the bowl he was given.
"I believe the only word I don't recognize is 'geth'..."
He smiled a bit. This was an interesting and random way to recieve a compliment.

"Yea, fate can be cruel... to some people others just choose to not try and do good with their lives."
She glared back at him as if to tell him to stop talking. Kai walked up grabbing the door and shutting it behind her. As she looked again at the bottle she looked back to the door and then turned to shut the light off again. "He likes the dark, I really need to get out onto Gotham after this so I can relieve some of this stress..." A simple justification for shutting him in the dark and a plan for the day. Seemed like a good day as of so far. She walked tried the wall in the hall to the kitchen to phase through to the pantry. Less walking and a little warm up with her powers before doing much after a night of rest. When phased through the pantry she pulled the light switch and looked for canned or jarred fruit for the waffles. There was canned apples for which she grabbed a bag of walnuts. With the arm full of /stuff/ she phased through the door into the kitchen.
"Miss me guys or did you just sit there dumbfounded?"
She set the stuff she had on the kitchen counter and brushed off her hands over the sink.

"Yeah, uh... I'd say we missed you," d**k said wryly to Kai.
"I didn't," Damian said flatly, and d**k shot him a glare.

Tim glanced to Damian from his response, decided not to say anything about it and to instead show Kai the contents of the mixed bowl he was holding.
"How's that look?"

Jinx sauntering into the kitchen wearing a set of royal purple suit pajamas and a black silk robe, absolutely loving the feel of silk against her skin. Before she had emerged from the bedrom suite she was sharing with Wally, Roshni washed up and reapplied the skin toned makeup and styled her dyed auburn locks for maintaining her guise as the original Batgirl. The only detail that Jinx left out of her disguise is that she didn't put in the blue contacts to cover her pink catlike eyes.
Quietly humming to herself until gliding into a chair, the goth sorceress greeted the others at the kitchen table with a cheshire cat grin, "Good morning. I trust everyone slept well. I happen to feel one hundred percent better."

"That looks okay Tim... and okay Grayson, could you come here and open up this bottle of wine while I cook."
Kai took the bowl from Tim and set it on a counter next to a Waffle cooker turning it on.
"At least I got some real sleep, sleep that didn't require drugs, and sleeping on a cold concrete floor of a destroyed Titan's tower basement."

After Kai took back possession of the bowl, Tim leaned against the table and looked over to Jinx with an eager smile.
"I'm starved. Anyone interested in some eggs or something too?"
He had a strange urge to be productive.

"Yes, I'd love to have two eggs with the waffles. Thanks Tim," Jinx then turned her attention toward Red Cardinal, "And Kai? I'm thankful for having a nice bed to sleep in too. I'm just glad that we're alive and well..... And why isn't Wally down here for breakfast, that's unusual for him."

"Although he's not devouring our food... so I suppose that's a good thing. And when he does come down here he better not touch my waffles."
She started the waffles pulling out plates to cook off of. It was odd that Alfred wasn't downstairs but she would make him some tea so that he wouldn't have to make it himself. He has been through a lot, and is a very old butler as far as Kai knew. As a couple Waffles cooked she put the tea kettle filled with water on the stove turning on the back burner where it sat.

Tim started up the burner for the frying pan shortly before one of the other burners was taken with a kettle. He smiled; Kai was thinking about Alfred.
"Sunny-side? Easy over? Scrambled?--"
He glanced around, waiting for choices and possible other orders. There was plenty if everyone wanted some.

She said looking over to Tim shrugging.
"More for you guys I guess, and I wonder when Alfred is going to come down, it's odd for him not to be making us breakfast Tim. Then again he's been through a lot."

Wally blinked and squinted as the sun hit his eyes. "Bad sun. Bad." His leg twitched, a sign he had slept enough. It was nice to sleep in. No classes to go to. No crimes to fight. Just time to relax. His stomach growled and that was the final straw. Sitting up and making sure he was partially presentable. He made his way down the stairs and into the kitchen. "Tim, you got any waffles and ice cream?"
