Sebastian sighed, but shook his head. "Valik has never had an interest in love." he answered. He grunted as the horse picked up speed. For a moment he became more worried of Valik and Selia alone. He kept his mouth shut, though.

Valik bit his lip and he lowered into the water, now up to his neck. He dipped his head back in the water to cool off his burning neck. Why was he so interested in romance now? With Selia? He scolded himself for having feelings towards her since he knew Sebastian did.

Valik gulped hard as he waded out of the water. He was still only in his boxers. He swiped up is clothes and made his way over to the group just as Sebastian came up. He wringed his boxers but didn't make an attempt to put his clothes back on yet. "Awesome. Which one's mine?" he asked with an excited smile. He noticed there were only three horses. He looked at Ryan and Sebastian in confusion.

Sebastian slid off his black horse. "Well we figured you could..you know. Turn into a werewolf and run with us." he replied, unsure. He looked at Valik with apologetic eyes. "We were already attracting attention Valik." he added.
Valik looked down but slowly nodded. "Yeah. I can try." he said in a melancholy tone. He lazily put on his dark jeans. He slid on his white button shirt and jacket but left them unbuttoned, showing his torso. His body was still burning from the heat.

Valik looked up at her. "No." he said sternly. "You can't run for long like me or Sebastian could. I won't have you running." his eyes flickered.
Sebastian nodded. "He's right, Selia." he agreed. "So I'll run."
Valik looked at Sebastian and clenched his jaw. "No." he repeated. "Just because I'm a new were doesn't mean I can't change on my own, dammit!" he raised his voice. He looked between the three.
Sebastian frowned. "If you say so." he said reluctantly.

Sebastian rolled his eyes. He handed the reins to his horse to Valik, about to take off. "This'll take but a second." he said.
Valik shook his head and dropped the reins in Sebastian's hand. He leaped towards where Selia ran, turning into his giant black wolf form in mid air. He sprinted through the trees and bushes, easily blocking branches and debri. Within a few seconds he caught up with Selia. He jumped in front of her and returned to human form, then grabbed her around her waist. "You really think you can outrun us?" he smirked as he looked at her.
Sebastian came trotting up behind the group, the third horse behind Sebastian. He looked between Valik and Selia with a clenched jaw. "I'll go get Boothe." he said in a cold tone. With a whip of his reins the two horses sped out of the woods.

Sebastian grunted, seeing Selia on the horse. He whipped the reins again, making the horse go full speed. Branches cut at his face but he didn't care right now. Thin cuts covered his cheeks and blood trickled out of them. He was tempted to abandon the horse and run so Selia couldn't catch up.

Valik looked over his shoulder as Selia ran off. At the sound of Ryan's voice, he looked up at him and shrugged. He didn't mean anything by it, just being playful. But he understood why Sebastian would be upset. "They're going to get Boothe." he finally said.

Sebastian looked behind him and slowed as she disappeared. "She took Boothe's damn horse." he mumbled under his breath. He continued trotting towards his quaint cottage.

Valik frowned. "I'm sorry." he said to Selia. "I was just being playful." he added. Though in a way he was flirting, even if he didn't realize it.

By the time Selia had caught up with Sebastian, he was already heading back. Boothe was on his black horse, hanging his head because of how weak he was. Sebastian put his hand up. "It's alright, I'll walk. Go." he said simply.

Valik sighed as Selia took off again. I'm causing too much trouble. he thought, disappointed in himself. He adjusted his black jacket in attempt to let in cooler air. He was still sweating. "Is it normal for weres to have high body temperatures?" he said in a breathy voice as he aired out his jacket.
