Taking the bottle, Malphas looked it over closely.
"16th century scotch. That'll do."
He grinned, taking a few gulps of the beverage before nodding over to Ryn.
"Can I get him arrested for this? What would it qualify as anyway: assault with a deadly weapon? Murder? No, that wouldn't work. I'm already dead."

She wasn't sure of the rules of what Ryn could be put in the dungeon for, but she was almost certain that stabbing someone with any sharp object would be one of them. Ari glanced worriedly over at Ryn, not wanting to have to throw anyone out of the strange party.

Giving a loud laugh, Malphas ruffled Ari's hair.
"Don't worry about it so much! I'd probably get in as much trouble too for the drinks."
He walked over to one of the chairs and began looking for a few towels in case there was too much blood.

Rosalie smiled, satisfied that Malphas was going to be alright. She moved back over to Tuomas, pulling herself out of the water to sit next to him. She put her chin on her hands and wondered if she should head to the kitchen to get some food for everyone.

Tuomas shook his head, clearly surprised that Malphas hadn't died by now. Leaning next to Rosalie, the youth whispered in her ear.
"I swear, he's like a cockroach. Nothing kills him."
"I heard that!"
Malphas sat down in an empty chair, cringing as he began the slow process of removing the barb that was still sticking out from his stomach.
"You're one...to talk...Tuomas. How many times....have you been 'killed' now? ....I lost track at....500."
With a quick pull, the vampire removed the long barb, tossing it to the side and placing a towel over the wound. With his free hand, he grabbed the bottle of scotch and poured a small amount onto the hole.
"Damn! That's strong!"
Luferius moved over to Ari's side, shielding her view of the bloody scene.
"My queen, perhaps it would be best if we moved to a different part of the pool."

Rosalie covered her mouth, giggling at Tuomas' comment. It was good to see him joke around. She watched Malphas and hoped that the scotch was enough to keep most of the pain away.

Itotia coughed quietly at the smell of vampire blood and took a seat, paler than usual, and took a drink. Vampire blood was nearly as bad as dragon blood to her. She leaned back in her chair some and sighed.

Snarling at the sudden appearance at Ari's side, Ryn's eyes flickered red.
"I'll be moving her to the upper hot spring, not you." he said, as he began to stand up.

Luferius gave Ryn a scathing glare as he stepped deliberately to block him. "That will not be necessary of you, Kuromaru. I am perfectly capable of doing so myself."
"Sheesh, get a bloody room, you two."
Malphas coughed, a bit of blood trickling down his lip as he drank more of the scotch and looked around. Spotting Itotia, he gave an apologetic smile.
"Sorry, the wound should heal on it's own soon. Then I can get rid of these towels and the blood on them."

"I'll be fine," Itotia said, smiling weakly. She moved to take another drink, but halted herself, not entirely confident in her ability to keep it down. She undid her neckcloth some, not entirely sure why she was still in uniform.

 "CANNON BALL!!!" Without warning, Lilith jumped into the pool, curling her legs up into a ball as she sent a splash to the guests standing at the side. She surfaced giggling and swam in circles. "Yay! Pool time! We need to do this more often!"
