Shadow could have sworn his eyes flashed red for a split second.
Tails opened his mouth to say something about his eyes, but seemed to not be able to speak....

Yeah, I know! she thought. She smirked. "That's me," she said nodding, "But I'm not usually like this. I guess it's you that brings the worst from me." A bit of panic was starting to rise in her chest. This wasn't going anywhere good.

"Doll, what's up? Your eyes never go red unless you're about to do something...." Metal muttered, looking at him.
"Patience, Metal, patience." said Tails Doll softly, his eyes flashing red again. His arms weren't at hs sides, but they weren't raised either(somewhere in between), palms out, while his legs were in a ballerina pose(one foot crossed over the other), and his two tails swaying behind him.

Rosemary could sense something was up. She stayed her ground though, keeping her arms crossed and staring steadily back at Tails Doll. She finally found the brain to keep her mouth closed though.

The Earth began shaking, rocks slowly flying up into the air.
Th-the g-ground i-is sh-shak-shaking!" Tails yelled, voice mistakes caused from vibration and fear, grabbing hold a tree trunk and making himself stand.
"T-thanks for p-pointing out the o-obvious, Tails!" Shadow said, tone only messed with by shaking.
"Now you're going to get it." Metal smirked, voice unaltered.

Rosemary gasped, clinging to a nearby tree to keep herself on. "W-what's go-oing on?" she manage to ask. She knew something like this would happen. Because I opened my big mouth, she thought glumly.

The floating rocks broke, turning into small speartips. Doll tilted his head forward, and they shot toward Rosemary at lightning fast speed. They were about to impale her when-
Shadow simply stepped infront of Rosemary. The rock-spears simply bounced off him. "Leave the b***h out of this, would you?" He said.

Rosemary's eyes got wide and she couldn't move. When Shadow stepped in front of her, she felt relieved but things were still bad. She frowned. Who knew she'd start so much trouble? At Shadow's remark her frown deepened but she didn't say anything. It was probably smart to not say anything. She had already said enough.

Shadow glanced over his shoulder a Rosemary. He looked back at Doll and Metal, mumbling something that sounded like 'Humans.'
"Hmph. Didn't think clones could love." Metal smirked slightly. "Whatever. Let's get this over with. Tails, I'll be back at base soon enough."
"Try not to get destroyed too horribly." Tails Doll vanished, blowing away in the wind.

Rosemary couldn't help but mutter to herself, "So he attacks and then leaves the dirty work to his malfunctioning robot?" She stared at Metal and then at Shadow. The entire fact that Metal thought he was the real Shadow confused her. Then again nothing made sense around here.

"Let's get this over with indeed. I'm sending you to the trash heap." Shadow ran at Metal, and punched.
Metal ducked, attempting to trip his double.
Shadow jumped, using this opportunity for a roundhouse kick.
Metal was hit. He flew at a tree, but turned himself in mid-air and placed his feet on it. He shot off, going like a bullet towards Shadow.
Tails stared. He could barely keep up with this.

Rosemary watched, both stunned and awed at the fact they were fighting again. It was remarkable how quickly they could move. Even though she knew this was very bad, it still amazed her. Like watching an MMA fight back home. Completely bloody but you wanted them to keep going. Though, that was totally different from this.

Shadow sidestepped to avoid Metal.
Metal did the same as before, switching himself around in midair. He landed on his hands, doing a handstand, then performed a backflip in order to get onto his feet.
"What ARE they, freaks of nature?" Tails asked, watching.
