Joey staggered to his feet when all of a sudden, he was now in a waistlock and tossed backwards, getting dropped on his head.

 Jed looked at Landry and said something towards him. Maybe it was something to the effect of maybe a double team. Jed turned towards Joey's direction. Jed tried to grab Joey's left leg and go for a single leg Boston Crab!

Joey now found himself in a another submission hold involving his already messed up leg. Joey yelled out in pain.

Jed yelled "Tap!" Jed went to almost sit down on Joey's leg while pulling it back. Jed looked towards Landry as he said. "Come on, Grab the other leg." Jed was thinking if two people tried then maybe Joey would tap out!

Landry saw his double team opportunity, it was laid out on a silver platter for him. However, if there was one thing Mike Landry loved more than winning, it was winning alone. That's why when he approached Jed to seemingly assist him to complete the Bsoton Crab, he instead grabbed Jed's free arm and tried to nail him with the Heartbreaker!

Jed was trying to help out Landry. Jed was trying think maybe this could start a friendship between the two. "Come on Landry You know you-" Jed was hit with the Heartbreaker and the crowd exploded as Jed laid limp over Landry's knees. The crowd exploded because it was a surprise that Landry didn't take this opportunity. Who knew the real reason why he didn't take the opportunity. Jed thought on the way down maybe it was because of their past history, or maybe he just wanted the win himself. Jed had let go of Joey's legs as he laid over Landry leg. The crowd wasn't sure what to cheer after they exploded after seeing the Heartbreaker on Jed! Déjà vu!

Landry had several reasons not to trust Jed, be it the seven excrutiating matches they shared over the years, or the time they tried to form a tag team ending in bitter failure and arguably leading to Landry's change in personality, and the emergance of the Heartbreaker.
Landry stood over both Joey and Jed, then spat on Joey before going for a pin on Jed, hooking both legs.

It was about this time that Archangel was getting his busted butt up off the floor and holding on the bottom rope for support. He saw Landry making the pin on Jed, but couldn't do much more than sway in place and look on with glazed over eye's! Hope of a kick out or a save from Joey, was all that he could do.

Joey held his leg as Landry spit on him. Being spat on was not something Joey would take kindly to when Joey wiped it off. As he saw Landry go for the pin, the ref counted 1!..2!.. Being right next to the two men, Joey leaped from the canvas in an attempt to push Landry off Jed to break the pin.

Jed was pushed over to his back as the crowd watch Mike Landry cover Jed. The ref looked down and slide into place and began to count. One! Two! Thre- "AHHH" The crowd cheered watched on as this match seemed like it would never end. Jed's body was in pain and he could barely move. If Joey hadn't tried to break this pin up, Landry would now be the Last GCW heavyweight Champion.

Landry sat up straight and fumed with pure rage when Joey broke up his win. He started to even pull his hair out and shout, "NO! NO NO NO NO NO!"
The Heartbreaker had everything in place, every advantage, and he still was only inches away from an ever fleeting victory. He stood up and went over tp punish Joey, trying to lay in the boots to him.

Landry grabbed onto the left leg of Joey, intent on never allowing him to walk again. He wrapped one arm around the knee and one around the ankle so he could try falling backwards towards Desch's head in an attempt to snap the knee right off.

Jed had rolled near the ropes to get out of the way of the fight towards the middle of the ring. Jed was know looking up at the lights as Joey and Landry went back and forth.

Archangel's head was still reeling, but he wasn't one to let an opportunity go by and slide back in to the- well.. crawled in, is more likely of what he did and the blood drizzling from his head, was the only thing that helped him slide in.
