"Its ok"Ravenstar meowed softly and comfortingly to the tiny kit.Ravenstar had never had kits but most cats said she would make a good mother.Ravenstar licked the tiny kit softly in between its ears.

[The kit looked around and saw a black and white cat walk into the clearing. She flattened her ears and hissed. The cat walked toward them, its eyes dull and its mouth foaming. It crouched and was preparing to spring.]
((Have fun fighting her! PS. its the kits mom and it has "the madness"))

Ravenstar's fur brstled.She grabbed the kit placing her in the nursery."Go hide somewhere in here in the nursery and nowhere else"Ravenstar mewed with authority.Ravenstar sprang at the she-cat knocking her to the ground.The cat bowled her over to where her belley was exposed the she-cat rakewd her claws on Ravenstar's stomach.Ravenstar pushed her off dazzing the cat.Blood welled from her stomach atleast it was a littloe cut which was good.
Ravenstar sprang pinning the cat to the ground.The she-cat rolled her over again and prepared to kill Ravenstar.I have to kill this catRavenstar thought with a shiver.Shwe pushed the cat off her,Ravenstar pinned her to the ground,placing one paw on her neck sop she couldn't move.Ravenstar bit down on the she-cat's neck.
Blood welled out and filled Ravenstar's mouth,she let go and watched as the she-cat choked,her body was growing weaker and weaker just like her breathing,all of the sudden the twitching stopped and her body went limp.
Ravenstar culdnt believe what she had done,she was horrified her ear was torn,and blood welled from a small cut on her flank,and stomach.Ravenstar ran over to the nurery.sh crouched over the kit,licking her ears trying to sooth her and Ravenstar herself.

"Ravenstar!" Nightclaw yowled, running over to her. "Are you alright?!"

"Yes i'm fine"Ravenstar choked out the words,hardly able to imagine what she had just done."I-I just killed a c-cat"she meowed quietly to him in a soft and very scared tone.

 [Leopardkit slunk into camp, beside Fathom. When she saw her Clanmates, she straightened up. She followed Fathom into the medicine cat's den. She spat the flowers out on the ground.] "Umm, Leafpetal? Here are the cure flowers. They worked on Fathom. They will work again. There's plenty that we found." [Leopardkit glanced at Fathom, and noticed he was watching her, with a strange look in his eyes. It wasn't evil, it wasn't fright. It seemed like...affection.]
[Leopardkit turned around and padded to the edge of camp. She sat down and began grooming the rock dust and pebbles out of her golden coat.] "Oh StarClan, please help me. I don't know what to do. I'm so confused!" [She wailed. She went back to grooming, and was determined to see her coat gleam when she was finished.]

[The small white kit ran out of the nursery and to her dead mother's side.] "Mommy!" [she yowled.] "No!"

[Leopardkit jumped to the side as the white kit raced out of the nursery. She heard its wail. She quickly padded over and pulled it aside.] "I am sorry, little one. Your mother, she was attacking our Clan. She had te be..." [Leopardkit trailed off. She was so tired, she couldn't think straight. She wished for someone to take care of this kit as much as she longed to. It looked only about 3 moons old. It remeinded her a lot of Moonkit, the white kit Fathom and Leopardkit met on the journey to find the cure flowers. Leopardkit turned back to the kit, and wrapped her tail around it.] "Come on little one. Let's get you back into the nursery."

[She looked up at Leopardkit, her blue eyes glittering with pain. She whipped her head around and saw her mother lying there. She felt hot tears falling down her face. She looked around the camp to see Ravenstar. She glared furiously at her.]

Ravenstar held her head low and her tail drooping.She padded out and jumped up onto the rocks."Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting."Ravenstar's words had no confidence just sadness.
"Leopardkit come here,Fathom you too."she mewed.
"Fathom you are a true warrior and you have proven yourself as a warrior."
"From this day forward until she has earned her warrior name Leopardkit will now be known as Leopardpaw."Ravenstar meowed still cracking in saddness.
"Fathom you are ready for an apprentice you will be Leopardpaw's mentor."Ravenstar meowed.
Ravenstar jumped down,padded over to the dead body,and loked at it with grief.She layed down and licked the dead she- cats fur softly.Feeling the little kits stare of hatred at her.

[Leopardkit tilted her head toward the small kit. She led her quietly back into the nursery. Once there, Leopardkit laid down next to the white kit.] "I know how you feel. And someone else does, too." [Leopardkit paused, her eyes brimming with tears.] "My mother was killed by a BreezeClan warrior. He was twice her size, and he murdered her. I never knew my mother, she had only gone out to get freshkill for me. She never came back." [Leopardkit bowed her head.] "Fathom knows my pain. His mother died giving birth. She said he.... He was rejected by StarClan."

[Leopardkit jumped to her feet. She heard the kit follow her out of the nursery. She told the kit to wait there, and leapt up to meet with Fathom and Ravenstar. She touched noses with Fathom, and felt a flare of excitement. She couldn't awit for Fathom to start teaching her.] "Thank you." [She leapt back down and settled down next to the kit.] "Leopardpaw...." [She murmured to herself.]
