Pouting and glancing away from him as he begun to eat the ice cream, Freya hopped down from the table and approached the kitchen island cautiousily as quietly as she could. She pushed herself onto her hind legs and began to slid around the island quickly, inching her way toward the open carton of ice cream. She winked at him and wagged her tail as she stretched her neck as far as she could and stuck out her tongue to get a quick lick.

Dice smiled and hopped of the island, carton in mouth, and placed it down between him and Freya. "We can share!" He shouted, already sticking his nose into the carton to lap some up. He jumped back and howled in pain, "oooooo!! Brain FREEZE!" He ran in circles, in pure agony.

Freya settled herself down on all fours again and began to lap up the ice cream, enjoying the sugary taste of it. She glanced up and noticed Dice howling in agony. Cocking her head to the side, she watched him as she laughed and sat back away from the ice cream.
"See, that's what you get for teasing your mate!" She called to him as she wagged her tail

AFter howling in agony and the brain freeze leaving, he trotted back to Freya, sticking out his tounge in an oh-so-mature way. "Love you too." He said with a pouting face. He sniffled dramatically, and licked some more of the ice cream. Carefullly watching his intake.

Freya laughed at his act at pouting at her. She leaned down and licked a little bit more at the ice cream before walking around the carton to stand beside him.
"Oh stop pouting, you know I love you!" She hopped up and pushed her paws against his head to shove his nose in the ice cream.

Dice yelped as he was pushed into the ice cream, but came out laughing. "I love you, too." He replied, rubbing his ice-cream covered nose all over Freya. "Which is why I do that to you." He continued, laughing.

She begun to groom him, licking off the ice cream that was still in his fur.
"Such a messy, messy moonlit you are!" Laughing and burping, Freya settled herself on the kitchen floor and curled up beside ice cream.
"You can finish it up if you want Dice. I'm oddly stuffed from your fur ice cream." Sighing contently, she closed her eyes for a brief moment.

Dice grunted and settled down next to Freya, "Nah. I'm done." He curled his body around her, once again, as a discreet way of telling her, he'd protect her. He whimpered with yet another grunt, closing his eyes slowly, obvious ehausted from the excitement.

"There's never a dull moment in this house..." She said, thinking back to earlier and their day with the two pups and Kurai's rant. "Though, I do enjoy the moments like these that we have together." She lifted her head and scooted herself closer to him for warmth.
"So, what trouble shall we rustle up next having made a mess of the kitchen floor with melting ice cream?" She laughed as she glanced out of the corner of her eye at the small puddle forming around the leftover ice cream.

Dice grinned. "Hey, dull moments are annoying! It's great to have fun." He winked at her, helping her scooch close,r "I love moments like these." He glanced at the puddle, too, chuckling as the strawberry mixed with the vanilla, which mixed with the chocolate. He smiled at Freya, licking her nose, "Sherbert did it."

"I don't think I could imagine not having fun while around you..or Hanaka or Rosemary for that matter." Like Rosy suggested, Freya was determined to keep the four of them as close as possible. She glanced at Dice and smiled slightly, beginning to wag her tail. "I'll stick by you... no matter how difficult family can be." She muttered as she turned away from him and stuck her paw out to splash about in the liquid.
"Oh, just blame Sherbert huh? She wouldn't be too happy to hear that!"
If she's anything like Kurai, Freya thought to herself with a frown.

Blue walked into the kitchen after disappearing for awhile. She noticed the two moonlits lying together by a puddle of ice cream. "Hmm... looks like you two made mess." she said to the moonlits. She then noticed the starry one splashing in the puddle with her paw. "I guess I'll clean it up seeing how your just playing with it." Blue said. Blue walked over to the pantry to see if a mop was in there.
Scruffy walked in as Blue was talking about cleaning up the melting ice cream. He pick up the word ice cream and began to look around for it. He spotted over by two moonlits. He walked over and began to eat some of the ice cream right out of the container. He then thought about what Blue would do if she caught him and began to eat faster.

Dice snuggled up against Freya, without a hint of hesitation. "Good... because I'm sure these next few weeks have tension written all over it. ESPECIALLY when the pups come." He winked at her, now watching a human walk in. He smiled and looked at Freya when she said she'd clean it. "Guess there's no problem there," He stated, "Thank you!" He exclaimed to the human, whom he wasn't sure he'd ever seen. "Much appreciation madam."
He chuckled when her own moonlit started eating the ice cream. He looked at Freya and started to laugh. "I wonder if that's how we looked when we ate it." He smiled, "It wouldn't surprise me." He continued, noticing a blob of ice cream on Freya's head.

Freya watched the human as she went about her business with the usual curiousity. She felt comfortable around any human and although she'd never seen the human before, she knew for the most part the young girl could be trusted. Glancing away from the human and to her moonlit, Freya began to chuckle to herself as she watched him eating.
"I hope we didn't look like that while we ate!" She said with a laugh as she felt a cold liquid running down from the top of her head. Hopping up, Freya began to spin around looking for what had dropped on her. "I think a Duo Bird pooped on me!!"

Dice rolled over on his back and burst out laughing. "A duo bird didn't poop on you, darling!" He said, tears streaming from his eyes, "That's ICE CREAM!" He rolled around on his back, his tail whacking the floor with such great impact it made a loud thud that could probably be heard into the common room and possibly out to the back porch.
