NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH!
Destiny City Times reporting on the rampage that occurred in downtown Destiny City last night.
A still unidentified man was seen shuffling through the streets, appearing disheveled and non-responsive to questions as he murmured to himself and others in a state of deliriousness.
When approached by first responders, he became agitated and shouted at paramedics on the scene, blaming nightmares and voices for his lack of sleep. Sources vary on just how the destruction occurred, some even saying he lifted a car with his bare hands. After assaulting anyone who came near him and destroying a local store, the assailant died before officers could arrive to detain him. The city block is cordoned off as a crime scene for further investigation.
Preliminary reports cite his unusual strength and mental state to a drug overdose.
The city is urged not to panic as new information about this phenomenon filters in.

NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH!  NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH! Quote: So I'm a bit of a loser and want to have a fun party, and also Paris had enough of the big family Thanksgivings last year and just wants to spend time with her friends. So I'll be opening an ORP, probably starting on Monday, though it'll be set on Thanksgiving. If your characters are friends with either Paris or Chris, or acquainted with them in any way, they more than likely would have received an invitation! Never RPed with either one of them before? That's okay! Me and Guine would be happy to come up with some way for them to know each other! Throw us a message or nudge one of us on AIM! We don't bite! It goes without saying that this will be a non-powered ORP, as it'll be taking place at Paris and Chris's house. Food and drinks will be provided. Younger characters are welcome but may not drink if they're below 21. A bartender will be on site and he or she will card people. (So be prepared like Paris and have your fake ID handy!) P.S. Eternal Sailor Athene of the Black Watch has an important message! Quote: Hi All, Some of you may be aware that the New Year's Eve party was in reality a Negaverse trap. The goal appears to be capture - for what purpose I am unaware, but time is passing - it has already been almost a week. I am therefore calling an official mission and ask that any available Black Watch member help search. Please don't do this alone, we need to work together in order to rescue those taken. Some information has already been uncovered and I list them below: The captives appear to have been taken to somewhere which begins with 'F'
Although this could cover many places there is reason to believe that wherever this place is that it may lie in the west of the city
I know it's not much but I would like you to concentrate your efforts on the western side of the city. If anyone has any further clues or information then please send them on to Ash who can keep us all updated. Alternatively you are free to ping a message to my phone which I will keep open. Finally time is off the essence - too many days have passed already and so we must find those taken as quickly as we can if we are to rescue them alive. Athene All Blackwatch members are called to respond! All Senshi and Knights are requested for assistance! The Negaverse has some of our people captive and we need to find them. Check your patrol routes for areas unusually empty of power signatures, as the enemy is most likely using cats to stifle auras. NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH! Its been reported that citizens are finding strange fragile bottles full of colorful liquid in and around Destiny City. The media are going crazy with conspiracies one reporter claiming its the well-known artist "El Cappuccino" newest art exhibit gone to extremes (which he vehemently denies) while other eye-witness accounts are saying they fell from the "bright ball thing in the sky". Either way Health Professionals are advising citizens to avoid consuming the liquid at all costs, although it has been found that they contain nothing harmful or poisonous within them being vigilant is key when dealing with any strange liquids you find in the streets. One GP was heard to say that red one tastes like "the aftertaste of a good dream", he was sacked 3 days later. The investigation continues... NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH!
OCC: With the introduction of SOMETHING MYSTERIOUS we have released a little extra help for your characters. These potions can be found within your own personal RP's and in shop run mini events. You can collect and horde as many as you want if you get the chance to find them and even have the chance to gain a Super version of that potion! The information thread linked below will tell you everything you need to know about what the potions can do for you! . Potion bottles have been found in and around Destiny City, will you find one? . To be in with a chance of finding a potion bottle place an asterisk * in your RP title to be visited by the Destiny City mule! . We cant guarantee anything will appear but its worth a shot right? . Keep track of your potions here [link] with more information. . If your character drinks the potion before the time is right nothing at all will happen! . You can swap potions with friends before any battles as long as you keep track in the above thread.

NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH! Ate & Astrophyllite have opened a hidden door in the Rift! The outcome? Hoards of uncontrollable youma that had been sealed away for centuries have swept back into this realm! For now, they are racing across the Rift away from the opening at the Hall of Shadows, but be warned: they are uncontrollable by all Negaverse agents. It's highly doubtful that this will be the last we see of them as they hide themselves in the great expanse of the Rift, but it's only a matter of time before they work out how to find a way to Earth... OCC:.These Youma are now hidden in the Rift, awaiting a time that they can break through to Destiny City. .DO NOT seek them out. To do so will mean certain death.
