"I guess..." Elizabeth sat there staring at the red. "What if its a Keeper though?" She asked, worried a bit. "Or a coming attack.." She seemed to assume the worst as always.

Cher nodded to herself. "Yeah, that would be cool..." The image of phoenixes bursting out from a furnace came to her mind. But, what if all of the bodies were accidentally cremated together? Then it would just be a huge mass of...She dropped her crossbow to the floor and pressed her hands over her mouth to keep from hurling. "I shouldn't have thought that..." She moaned sickly.
"I thought that maybe you'd prefer to fight as the scum that you love so much." The captain replied, diving out of the way to avoid the fire that Chronos released at him. He felt a twinge in his shoulder and arm as he turned into his original form, but decided that it didn't matter. He soared up at the other phoenix, shooting a fireball at him and using his beak to attack his vunerable legs.

Chronos manage to avoid the fire but grunted as his leg was bit onto. He swipped his wing, hitting the captain away. "Not likely." He distanced himself from the captain, his eyes escaping to the coming helocopters.
Elizabeth patted Cher's back, smiling a bit. "It's okay"
(( its hard to fight as a bird... lol xD ))

((Lol, when you have an imagination like me, you can pull it off. ;D))
Cher groaned again, slowly moving her hands away from her mouth. "Alright, I think I'm--" She gagged again and brought her hands back up to her mouth hurriedly.
The captain let go of Chronos's leg and dodged out of the way of his wing. It brushed him slightly, but not enough to throw him off balance or antyhing. He laughed and breathed fire out at him.

Chronos flew out of the fire's reach, and under the other phoenix and grabbed hold of its tail. He spun around, then let go, sending the captain tompling through the air.

The captain tumbled through the air a while before righting himself with a flapping of his massive wings, favoring his left side rather than his right. He had to admit that the other phoenix was a little skilled with fighting in midair, even though he lived with humans. He clacked his beak in irritation as he gave a strong flap and rushed towards Chronos, ramming him with his head, sending both of them crashing back down into the trees, with the captain attacking viciously with his beak.

Cher took a couple deep breaths and sat back, moving her hands slowly from her mouth. "If you hadn't said that then maybe I wouldn't be gagging." She shot him a glare, even though he had his eyes closed. "Oh, just go to sleep already before I make you."

Elizabeth laughed. "You two get along, now." She let her gaze turn back to the orange glow. She felt a strange pull. Like she knew who was out there...
Chronos dodged as many hits as he could before turning the tables, where the captain was on the bottem. They smaked into the ground, full force, the captain under the sharp claws of Chronos' feet. He lifted his body up back into the air, shaking off the little stabs of pain.

The captain felt his hot blood matting his feathers in multiple places, he must've gotten hurt more than he thought. He didn't feel too good now, his back was aching even more. When he moved his left wing jolts of pain ran along his nerves from the injured area. Every flap of his wings pained him, but he stubbornly rose up.

Cher shook her head and gave Strider a suspicious look. "How do you know what I think?" She gagged at the thought of the cremation accident but forced herself to stop thinking of that, instead watching the predawn sky as the helicopter flew.

"I can know what anyone is thinking within a 10 mile radius. I looked at yours to see why you were gagging." -He opened one eye and looked out the window where the fire was- "For instance one of those pheonixs over there is called Chronos and the other..." -Strider jumpped up- "The other is the pheonix that I saw at the factory. Can we get over there? I have a few questions I want to ask him. Do you two know this Chronos guy? I keep seeing your name Elizabeth in his mind."
