K l o n o p i n Ice: I really like the bow. It looks really well made. ^_^ Cloudy, I really like the skirt! It's not just a plain thing, it has that bunch ont the side. Can I boldly suggest a removable bow on the top of the ruff? The headdress is great. :3 (GOD I need to get my done projects onlineeeee D smile a bow on the ruff of the skirt? i supose i could do something like that being as i have a sleevs of fabric left over. i was thinking about making 2 bows w/ saftey pins on back so i could pin them on the top of my socks. since i made the skirt for sweet and gothic lolita my socks would change on the genre so the pinables would come in handy. btw koplin i have a pic of my tat in the pictures post. oh and sry about the blurry pics. ill get some better ones when i get a better camera

Like that. Really, the idea with the socks sounds cute. But if you were to do that, I would suggest the bows on the sides, not the front. I very much dislike the hottopic thigh-highs with bows in front. Enough ranting.... anyway... The idea with the socks just boils down to how the whole outfit ties together. I just now saw the tat, it's absolutely amazing. I love it. I hope when I get one it will be just as nice.

You could even do it in white or some other contrasting color.
Arg, you're right! The ones in the back are worse! I like the idea of the ankle-highs in the back though. :3

Cute skirt, Cloudy! I love the bow idea, I think that it'll look really adorable when you finish it. Maybe you could make a second one, later, and make the portion that's pulled up even more dramatic? Add some flounce under it with ruffles, even. I think it's great!
Also-- another headpiece done. This was for a friend's birthday present-- kitty ears! I made them double-sided [one pink, one black] so that they stand up better than the last pair [I gave the pink and white pair to my boyfriend last night, he thought it was great]. Also, this is the first headpiece with removable bows. They slide out through a row of open stitches on the headpiece so that it can be worn with a set of bells on each side, two sets on each side, or none at all.
Sadly, I don't have a photo of Mizu wearing it or the headband alone. Only one of the headpiece and Ricardo. Thus-- you get to see a Caco Kitty, instead.
I found one of her wearing it!

Cloudy: Yes! What Boconnotto suggested is a great idea.
Boconno: XD! The first one is sooo cute. The second one is cute too. I can't crochet at all, so That headdress is so cute.

project ahoy. i really need to get a better camera. espically if in taking the vacation of my life soon. ok sorry for the crappy shot. this is my sailor suit. i got it out of the kids section did some alteration and construction and viola. its navy blus btw and my hair is bright burgundy red. damn you camera. it was a 3 peice set; a coat dress and funky hat. i took this dress and made it in to a skirt and i took the hat and tore off the bow and made a hair clip. (really bad pic of me >>>>>) all the button on tha jacket have the litte ancor too. and the back is a full feldged sailor collar too, just like in anime school uniform. no joke. its pretty silly. its gonna take me major balls to wear it out.

Ah! Thats cute! The top white band (ruffle?) looks a bit odd. Sorta just like you plopped it down. I love the little bow.
Gah X.X I have been so bored without sewing projects! I'm thinking of making a semi loli suit jacket (it goes with an skirt I havent made yet..and the bonnet that I havent made yet...and that blouse I havent made yet...)
Do you think we can post doll stuff here? *is making some loli stuff for her dolls*
