Ninian smiled at Siegell.

"Teehee!! I'm glad you enjoyed it, Siegell," she told him. her eyes widened when the Wyvern Lord ran forward and picked up a microphone.

It was then she noticed her brother heading towards her.

"Oh, hello Nils," she said, once he got within hearing range. "I did not see you before." She took a good look at his face. The bard did not look pleased. Her smile faded."Nils? What is it? Has something happened?"

[[Do microphones even exist in Elibe?]]

Nils frowned. "Ninian... do you..." He sighed. "Do you like that guy?" He pointed at Siegell.

"Because I don't trust him. I don't know if he knew or not, I have no proof, but he gave me a cursed flute. It--"
His sentence was cut short by "Barbie Girl". He stifled his laughter to the best of his ability.

"... Thank you, Rei."

Ninian gasped when what Nils had asked sunk in. She laughed slightly at the new song, but it was with a trace of unease.

"Nils, I. . . ."

But it . . . it is Lord Eliwood that I like. Even though he is not here, I cannot simply forget about him. How could I do that to him?

". . . No, o-of course I don't--like him," she finally said. "We were simply. . . . He was simply showing me how to dance, that's all. And then I showed him the dance for Caramelldasen, nothing more. I know he gave you a cursed flute, but . . . he does not see entirely bad. There must be some good in him. After all, he gave me this scarf, and it is not cursed."

At least . . . I do not think that Siegell is all bad.

Siegell rolled with it. And it was awesome. As soon as he heard the music, he struck a fabulous pose and took off with the lyrics. He wasn't even looking at the machine, but kept up with the music, playing air guitar and rocking out as he sang in his chocolate-rich, thick baritone:

"I'm a Barbie girl, in the Barbie world! Life in plastic, it's fantastic! You can brush my hair, undress me everywhere," he winked at Amelia, popping the top buttons on his coat. "Imagination, life is your creation!" he continued, adding, "Come on Barbie, let's go party!

He continued through the first chorus again, then finally reached the first verse, at which point he tugged on his hair, wiggling his hips as he began, "I'm a blond bimbo girl, in the fantasy world! Dress me up, make it tight, I'm your dolly... You're my doll, rock'n'roll, feel the glamour in pink, kiss me here," he moaned, drawing a finger down his chest, "touch me there," he groaned, sliding his finger down to his thigh, "hanky panky," he murmured, bringing his finger to his lips, and then he pointed at Ninian. "You can touch, you can play, if you say: 'I'm always yours.'"

Once again, he launched into the chorus.

"Don't worry about me, Nils; I promise I'll be careful around him."

She looked at Siegell when he began to sing. She couldn't help but smile at the Wyvern Lord, blushing when he sang alternate lyrics to the verse.

Her face turned as red as her dress when he pointed straight at her.

She fled.

Rei put his hands over his face, hanging his head in defeat.
Damn, he's good! Wait, how does he KNOW that song? Rei pondered this for a moment, glancing at Siegell's long-range advances on some of the women. It doesn't matter. I'm not going to lose this. Rei thumbed through the various records, searching for something to turn the tide in his favor.
...this might work. Rei prepared the records, placing the new one at the ready, and took a deep breath, waiting for the chorus. As it got to the most vocally demanding part of the song, he swapped the record again.

He's a evil jerk and I'm bored. Sue me.

Siegell broke into a wide grin as the song came up, and he mimicked the accent as perfectly as he could as he continued, suddenly swinging both his hands down toward his own crotch suggestively. "There they are all standing in a row!"

He whipped around to point at Abel and sang, "Big ones!"

He spun and pointed at Rei, then pouted almost apologetically, "Small ones," he teased, and spun to point over at Rhys, laughing, "Some as big as your head!"

And then he twisted his hand in the air, singing, "Give 'em a twist, a flick of the wrist, that's what the showman said!"
