Riot laughed a little. "Careful there, Tal, I might have to come over there if you're going to play those sorts of games." Well, if the elf was teasing, he'd tease right back. The grin on his face and the sparkle in his eyes were enough to show he was playing.

Tal giggled again and let his foot fall. Riot did strange things to him. He knew he'd long lost his calm, mysterious demeanor. Why, he wondered?

Riot smiled warmly over to him. "Well I for one think if I got any closer to you, you'd either end up getting tickled or getting cuddled. Or both." he laughed.

Riot smiled at that. "You're cute when you're shy. I promise I wouldn't do anything to you that you didn't want me to." he said softly, "I can be a very harmless kitty if you need me to be."

Riot grinned over at the elf and ran his thumb over the other's hand, content to just be close to him for a little bit. He'd finished up his breakfast during the interim parts of their conversation, and was now just enjoying Tal's company. He half wanted to actually do as he'd said and cuddle the elf, possibly kiss him a bit, but he had said he'd behave and Riot cared enough about Tal not to want to upset him.

Luckily, Tal had somewhat gotten used to the sentiment of something going on. Riot's hand and legs were a nice way to get used to it. Once he was finished with his food, he wriggled his toes on Riot's knee. Hinthint?

Riot got the message and removed Tal's leg from his knee so he could scoot his chair over and sit closer to the other. Hm, what to do next? He wasn't entirely sure, seeing as he couldn't completely tell what Tal wanted of him. Though he did get that he should probably come closer.

Tal just blushed, grinned, and straddled Riot's lap. One arm went around the man's neck, and the other covered up the more inappropriate bits of him.

Riot grinned up at the elf and leaned in for a soft kiss. His arms gently slid around the other's bare back and he delighted in the feel of Tal's body in his hands.
