Congrats!!!!! Girls are so much fun..but yet they can be very demanding. I love to dress them up and even style their hair. I can't wait until Kristin gets old enough for me to do her hair xd

hello haven't been around much lately. Glad to see we are all doing good. Congrats Nopen! and if it helps my breast are a lot more sensitive this second pregnancy too. I've been at the doctors like everyday now. I have to go in twice a week for NST (non-stress tests). i have an ultrasound ever 4 weeks and an OB appointment ever other week. On Tuesday I had to stay in the hospital for 12 hrs for observation and a urine collection, luckily everything looked great and they let me go home. My poor Sascha was heart broken when I had to send her home with her Daddy, who's only been home two weeks. I hope she will do better when I go in to have the baby. I'm doing really good and haven't gone pre-e yet so keep your fingers crossed for me. Only 7 weeks to go!
Anybody else have anything new happening?

I hope the pre-e stays away, Angie! Your baby will be here before you know it.
Within two days after I took that picture, I popped. I took another picture on Saturday. I just need to figure out how to get the picture off the camera. (It's a different one than I used before.) I'm still getting used to having a belly. It feels so different! biggrin

I have question for those others having summer babies or people who have had summer babies. What do you bring them home in? I got this super cute romper. It's it's been really warm here in washington, but it's not the warmest place on earth. I'm not sure if she needs to be in full on jammies or if it doesn't matter what she wears, (my other baby was born in Janurary). I was just wondering what other people put their newborns in.

Our Boo is due at the end of September which is typically still pretty hot. That said, I can't really answer your question since I don't know yet. We still haven't really bought any baby stuff.

Angie, Lissa was born in the summer in Florida so until it started getting cold all she EVER wore was JUST onsies, no socks, no blankets, no nothing. Just a onsie. People used to b***h at me about putting a hat on her but christ it was like 102 degrees out she was sweaty as it was sitting in the car seat for a SECOND before the AC kicked in.
The best advice I can give that the lady at the hospital gave us is to dress her as you would feel comfortably dressed. Because you don't want to overheat them either. It's an old wives tale that you need to bundle babies up even when it's warm.
I'm in Tacoma, and I'm in a teeshirt and capri pants and sandles today. So a pair of pants and light teeshirt. One piece short sleeved/no sleeved jumper with relatively light fabric would be good say if I was dressing an infant today. With maybe a light blankie/recieving blankie to cover up a bit to keep the wonderful breeze we're having down.

Heaven knows it seems to be pretty hot out here lately, but then again I'm pregnant, so I'm bound to be roasting. Of course you never know when the rain is coming back either.

Hello all how goes it? I am heading into the final stretch now. i'm excited. The hospital scheduled my induction for the 3rd of June, but I'm hoping I'll go into labor on my own before then. I am a little freaked out that she will be here so soon because we still don't have a name! crying Everytime we almost decide on something someone changes our mind. My poor nameless baby. I'm sure well come up with something though. Apperently we can't leave the hospital until she has a name. So I guess the pressure is on. Hope everyone else is doing good. Anything intresting going on? Oh yeah... does anyone know where they might sell some good nursing pajamas for women with large breast? I'm have a hard time finding some. thanks.

Angie:
Motherhood Maternity and Baby-Becoming have good bras.
You'll have to search google because I'm not sure their exact URLS
Even plus sized women usually have no problem finding nursing bras because breasts of EVERY woman get REDICULOUSLY large.

Figured I'd go ahead and post in here. I'm new to the forum and due on January 6 as far as I can tell. Our first appointment with the midwife is on the 18th. I don't really have much to say other than I'm so happy I took after my mom and have avoided morning sickness. I guess I'll be posting more when I'm farther along, but for now, I'm just happy that my husband (CultureSpy on Gaia) and I are going to have our first little one. Oh, and call me Guardian.
