Lowering her bow and letting it dissipate as she saw there was no threat. Watching Shio tripping over his explanations, she felt bad for startling him. His face looked really red too... When he walked passed her she heard him say sorry under his breathe. Raising a brow, she followed him back into the room where Asai was.
"I agree, we should definitely check, the sooner the better," She answered Asai.

Having been gone for so long, Yuhng decided to make an appearance at the Quincy home in case he had missed out on anything. Rambling up the paved walkway, he found the door to be open, so he decided to just let himself in. It would usually be rude, but he viewed the home as more of a meeting place. Serza might have a fit if she considered it as breaking-and-entering, but he was ready to deal with her wrath. He doubted it would amount to the anger she felt towards the shinigami.
"Hey, what's going on here?" Yuhng asked as he spotted Yumi, Asai, and Shio sitting around in the general family/living room. "Have I missed much? There was an attack at my pastry shop so I was kinda delayed, not that anyone was really expecting me."
He was half hoping that the shinigami he had met from so long ago would have come back, but from everyone's calm discussions, he highly doubted it. That was certainly irritating - but then, how could he have expected any honor form a shinigami? If she didn't come back in a few more months, he would be sure to go to Soul Society just to find her - she still owed him a lot of explanations.

"Yes, me and Shio have had to deal with such disturbances ourselves." Asai said. "Do you know the wherabouts of Ritosune?" he asked.
He remembered asking the man to go to the Pastry shop, and told Shio that he wold meet him later, but the hollow attacks were so sperratic, and everywhere.
"Well, Yumi... What are your thoughts?" Asai asked politely.
He stood up and walked over to the door and closed it, not knowing whm had left it unattended, and leaned against the wall, giving them his fully undivided attention.

Shio stood behind Asai with his head hung lightly... He listened to them talk, but only listened for now.... He eventually, after finding a space of slight silence, spoke.. "I was there when Yuhng's shop was attacked... Ritosune was there.. He's probably wandering or making his way back right now.... About checking the Forrest.. Well.. I believe that its empty.... Since the massive 'reistu crater' hit, its been pretty desolate, and most of it is destroyed..."

"Well... if they are popping up in no specific pattern searching just the forest seems a waste, adn as Shio said, it will most likely be empty. We could set up a patrol, ahving groups or individuals split up and report to the others by means of flaring their reiastsus if they find something maybe... but then that would tip off any enemy..." Yumi stopped herself, trying to think up a soltuion.

We could travel in a pattern throughout the main locations.... Two of us could go to Karakura town, and cover it.. the others can take care of the smaller, but more 'active' locations... Within a short time of rotating, and switching areas, we'll be done... The pattern and positions we choose will also allow for less spaces and missed locations in between..." Shio now began to speak more, picking his head up to speak.. "Two of us in Karakura.. two of us rotating and checking the outskirts, streams, stores, shops, and such.... We have a single one of us fill in the gaps, and work as back up...." He sighed, smiling weakly..
"Anything else I'm missing..."

Asai listened carefully to everything Shio said, and it made sense. He almost forgot about Ritosune since he was not mentioned in the plan, but like Shio said; the man seemed elligable to handle coming home without problem.
"Okay, then Shio, you're more experienced then Yuhng, why don't you take them downtown. In populated areas are where they have been appearing most, so those would likely be the best areas to patrol around." he said to him as he stepped forward, no longe leaning on the wall.
His real intentions were so that Yhung could leard mre about ginto, and more importantly, how to fire and materialize his bow faster, and stronger. Plus, the better his reishi knowledge was, the more effective he would be in combat..
"Yumi, did you also get one of the devices that located hollow-activity?" he said, holding up one of the shinigami cellphones.

Yuhng smiled darkly at Asai's assignment. He had been alone for so long, he didn't see any reason to suddenly subject himself to another quincy. His age and inexperience did not mean that he could not train by himself. If he needed help, he would ask for it himself. There wasn't any 'baby-sitting' necessary. It was understandable that Asai was older, but Yuhng was not going to swallow his orders. In fact, Yuhng had already been planning to ask Yumi for help since she seemed to be the most experienced, albeit the youngest. Beyond that, he didn't have time to follow other people's schedules. Without knowing when the shinigami would decide to re-appear, he was going to make sure he never strayed too far from certain places.
"Thanks for your help, but I think I might be off on my own track," Yuhng commented aloud. "Yumi, do you think you could help me train in the yard or something? I don't really wanna go off scouting right now, I'd just prove to be a liability."
He leaned against the wall, far enough away so that when the door opened it wouldn't hit him, but close enough that he could reach easily for the doorknob. His arms were crossed, showing his determination to get his own way in the situation. Although he wasn't planning to stay aloof from the quincy organization forever, he was not going to follow along at present - he had his own ideas about training before joining the hollow-hunts.

At Asai's question she shook her head, and answered, "I never got one, I've been relying on my reiatsu sensing, mostly." The cellphone would be helpful, she'd admit, but she'd never thought to get one. It had never seemed pressing to. Also the way Shio divided out the scouting seemed well thought out, but a tad much in her opinion. Honestly, she thought two Quincys could cover it on their own if they kept moving and alerted the others if an incident occurred.
At Yuhng's comment and request, Yumi raised a brow, glancing back and forth at the look he seemed to direct to Asai. "Sure, I wouldn't mind helping you train. To be honest I need practice as well," She answered, playing her words safe, not sure what siding was going on here.

Yuhng pushed himself off of the wall, dropping his arms to hang relaxed at his side. He curled his fingers a bit, just to feel the pressure of the biker gloves he wore on his hands. Usually he didn't wear them since they stood out so much, but it was something his parents had given him in order to regulate his reishi, so he hated to take them off.
"Thanks Yumi," Yuhng smiled at her, trying to alleviate the nervousness her shifting eyes suggested. "Why don't we go train outside and stay here as a source of back-up?" He then turned to Asai, giving a slight nod of apology, "No hard feelings Asai, I respect your strength and abilities, I just don't think I'm ready for team-work quite yet. I'm still waiting for answers from a shinigami before deciding what I do next."
He placed a hand on the doorknob, pulling the door open enough to let a light breeze blow in, but he made no movements to go outside. His actions were relaxed, revealing that he was willing to stay and listen to whatever anyone else had to say. It wasn't as if he was trying to run away and ignore the others - he just felt like he needed to start training before another attack happened.

"Here, I shall assume the responsibility of finding out what is brewing in Karakura. Yumi, take one of these. It's my last spare." Asai said, tossing Yumi his shinigami cellphone.
He was suprised that they were as useful to him as they were, and was sure Yumi would find that is was very effective. He liked that she was interested in helping with Shio's training, and saw that as the first step to them all bonding into a team. They needed to be able to rely on eachother and use eachother to be better. That way when the bad days came around to meet their tribe again, the Quincy clan reborn, will be ready for it.
"Just ask Shio, I'm sure he has found out everything about the device since I gave him his." Asai said, walking towards the door...
"Oh, and by the way; I will try and figure out where Ritosune wet, but keep an eye out, hhm?"
And with that, Asai was gone as he opened the door and slipped out sideways into the darkness. He stood outside in the doorway for a second, hearing Shio and Yumi resume conversation, and then hirenkyakus into the darkness.

"Sure, we can start right away too, just one sec," Yumi answered Yuhng. She was glad to get out of here anyways, everything was so grim and serious.
Catching the cellphone as Asai tossed her one, she nodded and pocketed it quickly. Should be a help, she'd seen the others using them a lot. "Will do," she replied at the comment about asking Shio if she needed help with it. It couldn't be that complicated, she had a normal cell too.
"So, let's get training then, Yuhng," Yumi said, walking to the door, turning only to wave and say, "See ya later, to Shio.
((Where are we headed to train exactly?))

"Well then, we'll be around," Yuhng waved to Shio. "You can probably find us at the park and open field down the street."
He pulled the door fully open, gesturing for Yumi to go first before he followed after, closing the door after them.

Shio nodded, and waved to everyone before heading upstairs.... After a shower, gathering supplies, and getting new clothes... Shio left the house...
