Monroe felt Riima stir and looked over at her, "Pretty, isn't it?" She shifted closer to the minty kit and laid down beside her. "Such nights are rare, that they are." Her orchid colored eyes reflected the stars' luster as she fixed her gaze on the mystifying moon.

"Yeah," Riima murmured in return. "I don't think I've seen the stars shine this bright. She stared at the moon with her eyes wide and her mouth open.

When the other two in his company settled, Alok took that as a time to leave. He didn't wish to disturb the females in their moment of quiet awe, and so, turning on his paws, he nodded to each. "Goodnight Miss Roe, Miss Riima. Pleasure ta be seein' ya."

Alok paused in mid-step and blinked a bit. Why? Well, he hadn't been expecting that. Normally people said 'Goodbye' when you left, not 'Why?'. Clearing his throat some, he turned back towards the two females and sat back, tilting his head. "I didn't want ta go about buggin' ya while ya admired tha stars or nothin'," he said simply.

"You're not bugging us." Riima scoffed still staring at the male. "It isn't like your singing," she add playfully smiling.

Monroe nodded along as Riima spoke. Upon hearing the kit's comment on singing she had to criticize, "Oh? And what's wrong with singing, hm?" She spoke in a sarcastic manner and laughed lightly, "But, Alok, you can join us if you would like to."

He had actually been...invited? Oh dear. This was quite the turn of events. Not wanting to be rude or nothing of the sort, he nodded quietly and returned to their space, laying on the other side of Riima and crossing his paws. "Thank ye kindly," he finally replied, smiling. It wasn't like he was in hurry to go home anyway.

Riima smiled and rolled over on her back, staring up at the stars with the two older foxes by her sides. "It's really pretty," she commented again.

"Alok, we aren't imposing on your schedule or anything, are we?" Monroe recalled thinking Alok a tad hesitant while he was making his way to settle by Riima.

“Not at all, Miss Roe. It’s nice ta jus’ lay back an’ admire tha stars once ina while,” Alok answered pleasantly with a swish to his tail. Playfully, he relocated a paw to Riima’s head and rubbed the olive-colored fur gently.

Riima twitched her ears at the unexpected contact and peered through her lashes at Alok and smiled. "This is pretty fun," she commented yawning. "I'm always sleepy!" She complained. She rolled back over to her stomach and put her head between her paws and watched the grass sway in the gentle breeze.

Alok chuckled at this, though stopped a bit when his lightly swishing tail brushed against Monroe's. Still, he allowed himself to give into the amusement of Riima's words. "S'wha I thought as well when I was a pup," he stated, twitching an ear, "buh' tha older ye get tha younger ya wanna be."
