Shannon looked anxiously at Mia. "I'm here... Don't worry" She held her close against her chest, stroking her hair and rubbing her back. She frowned as she looked at the scared girl. "Whats the matter?" She asked as she wiped the tears from her eyes

Shannon stared confused at Mia. "Reckless?" She asked, her lips pulled into a tight line. "I'm not going to leave. Unless its nessicary. Like I need to feed." She frowned lightly and tried calming her down.

Shannon roled her eyes shaking her head softly. "You're being silly... but fine. I promise not to leave you unless it's for your own good." She looked sincerly into Mia's eyes and kissed her forehead gently. "Happy?"

"yeah..." it wasn't exactly the promise she wanted but she didn't want to push Shannon any more, she rested her head on Shanon's shoulder

"Mia," She murmered "You know I can't promise much more than that... i don't want you to get hurt. And you very well could being involved with me." She sighed into her hair. "But please don't fret too much." She smiled softly and buried her face in her sweet smelling hair.

"I'll hurt more if you have to leave..." she buried her face into Shannon's shoulder, starting to cry silently again "but I know you can't promise that..."

Shannon frowned as she felt the tears on her skin. "I know. But thats not my intention. I don't wish to hurt you. But I'm not leaving for a while... So you don't have to worry. " She chuckled softly. "Not yet at least." She smoothed her hair and frowned lightly, resting her cheek on Mia's head.

Shannon fell silent. Her eyes widened in surprise but she smiled. "I love you too. Or at least I'm pretty sure I do... Otherwise I would've killed you by now" She frowned slightly and kissed her hair, she giggled softly.

she smiled softly and snuggled a little closer to Shannon, not caring about being cold or realizing that she was shivering

Shannon smiled and wrapped the blanket tightly around Mia not wanting her to freeze next to her cold body. She hummed softly peering out the window as the sun slowly started to rise.
