Talon Made her was out on to the air ship dock. She smiled looking around at the ships, one caught her eye and she started walking tord it. It was a butte with double engines it was a ship truly worthy to sail the skies. It seemed that the crew was busy and would probably be launching soon. She walked over to its stretch of deck and watched them work trying to pick out who was captain. She gazed up at the air ship longing to climb on its back.

Having finished assigning the clanks to their positions, Elliot decided it was best if someone go on top deck, now that night was approaching after all their work throughour the ship, which was still ongoing even with the help of the new clanks. He eschewed his customary parasol as he knew he would not be in the sun for long.
He walked out onto the deck, clad in his ever impeccable attired of what would be a business suit, but with the jacket discarded (due to 'incompatiablity with heavy artillery). Once out, he began to survey the skies, failing to notice for the time being the new visitor on the docks.

"Well that's just shiny." Abigail said with a smile. "Plenty of time to worry about that later I suppose, from the looks of this place it may take a while before the clank'll be needed for anything but matainence. How bad does the rest of the ship look?'

Talon sat down on a crate. She looked around 20 she was wearing a brown corset. There was a compass and pressure gage hanging from her belt. On her left hip was pouch filled with needles and thread, used to mend the canvas that made up the hulls of air ships. On her right pouch there was a small welding torch. Their was a pair of welding goggles on her forehead. She took out a bit of dried meat from the bigger bag that was slung over her shoulder. Looking at it Talon sighed, she was running out of money and needed work soon.

"Most of the cabins I've looked into are about the same as this. But the clanks have made great strides in the cleaning effort."

In the hold, Daniel drops off the last crates. Turning back into the hanger, he notices the odd apparatus the clanks are building. The two clanks with Daniel look to him for orders, when none come they move to assist the other two in building...whatever it was.
"what is this your making?" Daniel asks.
He looks back at the rest of the hanger where he had left the clanks earlier, it was a lot tidier than before and the ships were prepped for repairs.
Seeing the fading light filtering through the portals, Daniel moves to a wall and flips a switch activating artificial lighting throughout the ship. The Pirates who had the ship prior to now had installed some sort of bio-luminescences that adequately lit the ship during evening hours.
Daniel yawns, realizing he hadn't slept in a few days now. he had to be careful not to forget to rest. (the Steam body didn't need sleep but his brain did) As he worked out the kinks in his neck, a lone figure sitting on the dock outside caught his eye, or rather her look of sadness and longing.
Leaving the clanks for now, with a reminder to wind each other as needed, Daniel climbs to the main deck.
"Evening Eli," Daniel calls as he spots the gunnery chief stargazing. Walking to the dockside railing of the Khaos he can easily see the girl, chewing slowly on a piece of something, staring not at the ship itself but the balloons. One look at the large gunny sack told Daniel that she was a traveler or drifter. He had spent time as just that before. Those can be hard times.
"Excuse me ma'am!" He calls out to her, hopefully Penelope wouldn't hate him for inviting another person to eat with them today. "Would you like to join us for dinner? Do you have any place to stay?"

"'Evening Captain."
Eli looked over as the Captain came up from below decks, and over to the railing, before calling out to someone who must have been on the docks below. He shook his head as his own inattentiveness; he had been too focused on the distant stars to notice what was more immediately around him. He walked over to the railing, standing beside Daniel and looking down himself, but neglecting to speak himself yet, waiting for a response from the lady below, instead only touching a hand to his head as if doffing a non-present hat.

The nearest clank turns to the captain and responds. "Structure identified as Key. Purpose: rewinding, and training duplication." It then turns back to its task as the captain departs.

Abigail chewed her bottom lip, feeling as though she was keeping Myles from something or another.
"Well thank you again for the clank, it'll be extremely helpful." She smiled and picked up a small box, eyeing it's contents briefly before continuing and looking back up at Myles. "If I can help you with anything, let me know."

"Don't mention it. I'm going to go for a brisk morning walk to stretch my legs. I suppose you just tell the clank to return to the hold, when you're done with it. Don't forget to wind it if it gets sluggish, there's a handle on the chest right there you can fold out and crank."

Talon jumped up grinning ear to ear. “Id love to.” She said walking on to the deck she nodded to the two men and introduced her self. "I am Tess C. Trum but, you can call me Talon if you like. I thank you for inviting me along for dinner it will be nice to have some new faces to talk to. Also I have been looking for work lately, and this ship caught my eye. I was wondering if you needed a extra stet of hands.”

"We are indeed looking for able hands, what are your skills?" Daniel askes. eying the various tools attached to the work belt Talon wore. She might be a mechanic or repairman (or woman as in this case) Such skills would be handy to have

She smiled "Glad you asked." She pulled out of her left pouch with a bit of a folklorist a needle with a piece of thick strong thread attached. "I specialize in mend hulls, sails welding at odd angles and hard to reach places. I come from the mountains. So Im used to being at high altitudes, and have no fear of heights. I am also convertible on the backs of air ships and can do in flight repairs." She said all this proudly she obviously enjoyed her work.

Daniel though a moment, She could repair the balloons and framework for them, certainly a vital skill aboard a airship.
"Any objections Eli? I don't see any problems. Oh Forgive me, Ms Talon this is my gunnery commander Elliott."
