"Can we please keep moving!" Sorin called back in annoyance. "Last time I checked, Ice was not known for its vampire holding properties..."

"But she has to snap out of it!" Arron was concerned but he was moving to keep up with Sorin. He wanted away from the woods as much as he did...
Brother.... Brother? She felt herself move out of Korai's arms and running on her own, moving with a fluidness and grace gifted to a vampiress...only t here was more to it then simple grace... Desire radiated from Mirage...

"And we have to get out of here!" Sorin snapped back. And Korai, what where you thinking coming out here like this!
I should ask you two the same, Korai replied with a hint of reprimand in his tone. He glanced over his shoulder and nodded, please that the vampire didn't appear to be following them.

She doesn't need to follow us.....Remember what she said? A connection just grew.... She shuddered at the thought even as she melted in the wonderful tingling feelings she felt...

Sorin huffed in annoyance but remained silent until they were well out of the forest and back in Dream Valley. "Now, someone want to tell me why we were out there risking our lives tonight?"
"You two shouldn't have been out there to begin with," Korai said quietly.

Out of breath, Arron watched Mirage. "Exactly what were you doing?"
Mirage stared at the ground. Desire still surrounded her but it's hold on her wasn't as strong or controlling... She used the edge of her cape to wipe whatever, if anything, was left from drinking. "I had to see him....and even then I failed..."

"It's a good thing we were out there!" Sorin shot back. "Little waterbender out all alone with two vampires..." he glared accusingly at Mirage. "I bet that was the plan! Get you out all alone and suck you dry!"
"Both of you," Korai hissed narrowing his eyes on his brother as an unfamiliar rage began to rise up within him. "Leave her alone!"
