The young child turned herself away from the fire and returned herself to her little games with the snow again. What could she make this time? She already made dinner wear. But what could she 'eat'? Perhaps some good meat would be nice. Izumi liked the taste of more mature meat. It wasn't as stringy and had a bit more flavour to it. She moved a bit further away from Kenichi and the fire and started mounding snow into a larg cylinder type form. She looked at it for a moment or two, seeing how tall the being should be. About six feet sounded right. Izumi then began to chip away at the large chunk of snow. Piece by little tiny piece, the chunk of snow was soon going to become a person. The tiny child started at the feet, making sure to even give the person toenails as best she could. Making sure to let every toe be identifiable. She even looked at her own feet to see how each toe looked next to eachother. Izumi was soon satisfied once she got up to the person's ankle. What gender should she make her snow person? Male or female?

Izumi kept her sweet, angelic smile as she went further up the leg. She'd make a man. The hight seemed more appropiate for a man than a woman anyway. When she came to just below what would be the person's knees, she formed the bottom part of his long shorts. Since making him pants was out of the question since she's already made his legs, which she thought she did really well with. When she finished with the bottom of the shorts, she continued upwards, making sure to make the shorts have little wrinkles where they should have and making sure the legs were still kept to look like they were two different things. As soon as she was done with that, it was time to start on the hands. Giving the icy man fingers and nails and even a little decorative bracelet, the girl moved up and finished his hips and started on giving the man long sleeves. After all, she was sure he wouldn't be liking the cold either. Izumi giggled as she thought so and stopped for a second. What else could the man be wearing? So far he was shoeless, had long shorts, a bracelet...Hm...Perhaps he'd wear a wrap shirt? Or just a normal one? What if he were to wear a jacket? So many things to do with her 'snow man'.

The strange looking child would make the man have an open jacket. Moving up and up, slowly the man began to take form. His feet, legs, hips, arms and chest were finished. Izumi was currently making his shirt, digging her finger slightly into the snow mound to make it look like a shirt was placed against his skin. When she was satisfied with that, she moved up to his neck. Should he be wearing something? No, that would take too much work, so she finished creating the man's neck, before moving to the last part of her mission. The head. She swiftly made the arch of his throat, so that his chin was much higher than his neck. It seemed appropriate for being's appearence. Then moving a bit further up, she created a mouth, a nose and closed eyes. The man would seem to be sleeping. Soon it came time for the man's hair. She'd give him normal, short hair. Spiky too! She made the man's hair stick out in some places and smooth in others just to give it a bit more of a flare than just a normal completely spiked hair-do. When the girl was finished she stood to look at her work from a different angle. The snow person seemed great to her eyes.

When the Meho girl was finished looking at the man she looked around to try to find where it was she had placed her plate and bowl. It was near the fire wasn't it? Izumi let a little gasp escape her as she moved to search for her first little projects. She looked around and soon found the ever melting figures of her plate and bowl. Kneeling down with a sigh, she picked up the bowl and plate and held them up. They were already melting far too much for her to be able to use them. Izumi would need to make another set before the man of ice would melt as well. Picking up a tuft of frozen water from the ground she quickly reformed a plate, making sure to put the ring in the middle and making the indent deep and wide enough for the soon to be bowl to fit in. When she finished the plate, she set it near the hand of the 'snow man'. Moving back over she grabbed another handful of snow and started on the bowl. It would take a bit longer for the bowl to form than the plate, that was for sure. She put pressure on the ball of ice so it was as compact as it could be. She'd have to hurry though, Izumi couldn't exactly refix her ice man this easily.

The chill of the sea air didn't seem to be effecting Izumi as it had been before...It was, of course, still freezing cold, but nothing like how it had effected her before. Her smile was fixed upon her face as she made the ring of the bottom of the bowl, and soon began to dig out the middle of the bowl for the area she would soon fill with snow from the icy figure she'd made on the ground. The little child of Meho ancestry quickly finished up her bowl and looked over her shoulder to Kenichi. Maybe he'd like a bowl and plate too? No...That would probably take much too much work to make...but it would be the nice thing to do. Placing the newly finished bowl on the plate, she reached over for another two complete handfulls of ice. When she had completely smashed the two great tufts into one giant ball, since the man was well...a man...he'd need a bigger bowl than she would. She enjoyed making the bowl for the man, quickly finding it a lot easier than the first and second bowl, she finished it within a few seconds. When it was finished she set it down and started on the plate. Smoothing over a piece of snow and circling out the area that would be the rim of the plate.

The tiny little teenage girl was soon finished with even that. Placing the plate on ground next to the other's she turned to Kenichi and smiled brightly. "Want some?" she said jokingly. Taking the plate and bowl she's made for herself, she moved to the otherside of the human popcicle and started to hum to herself as she pretended to chop away at the man's parts. Taking a bit from his arm, leg and even his side, she had fun pretending to eat her great feast. Though sadly, it wasn't the meat she longed for. Maybe Dhan would have some when she found him? Then again...this was a kind village, perhaps they wouldn't allow him to eat them? When she had her fun and the being was starting to crumble, she sighed and mentally bid farewell to her little meal man. The bowl and plate she was holding was dissapearing slowly and she set it down, ready to watch that dissolve as well. The powder from the sky was still lightly coming down and, in moving her head, realized it was starting to settle on the top of her head. Sitting there, she waited to see what the strange man Kenichi would do or say. Since she hadn't really been paying attention before, seeing as how she was so caught up in her little project, she was curious as to what his actions might be.

Sukotto felt himself having a little trouble in maintaining the speed that would truly help him to develop his agility. After thinking about it for a few moments, he decided that the cold air likely had something to do with the situation. For the time being, the Uchiha decided that he would simply continue running, in hopes of becoming used to the chilled air. His muscles didn't feel so bad since he had warmed up quite a bit, but his breathing was affected in a negative way by the air. However, breathing in deeply caused his chest to ache. Sukotto then figured that this was the main culprit responsible for holding him back from his full training potential. He knew that he would have to try to alter his breathing to cope with the conditions and for the time being, that would be the real training until he mastered the adaptation.

Considering that he had never really attempted to regulate his breathing while running, Sukotto decided that it was a better time than any to experiment with it. He began to inhale through his nose and out through his mouth, a technique that he had read about in one of the basic medical books that the library had in stock. As he proceeded, he decided to try and keep his mind on other things at the same time, so that he wouldn't pay as much attention to the deprivation of air that his body was feeling. He began to wonder about what sort of training the new taijutsu would put him through. Deep down, he hoped that it would involve some endurance and chakra training, both of which he happened to want to work on since they had been his two greatest weaknesses in the last two battles that he had fought. Unfortunately, the training had just about no chance whatsoever in increasing his teamwork efficiency, but he figured that he would have plenty of time to work on that with the academy students that he selected to take with him on the mission.

For the time being, Sukotto decided to move his mind away from the training aspect of the taijutsu that he would be adopting for himself. He figured that thinking of physical activity while dashing would only cause him to become tired more quickly. So instead, he began to consider what sort of moves would be included in the style. In his dream about the technique that he was developing, he had imagined many flying kicks with near-acrobat form while being very powerful at the same time. Even though the Uchiha was fast, his strength wasn't really in flipping around his opponent like some of the more flashy taijutsu that someone like Aya would use. In addition, Sukotto definitely wouldn't try to use a power-based fightying style like Maya would most likely focus on. He had to combine the two to match what his body was best with.

After deciding that his adaptation would combine acrobatics and strength into agility for his taijutsu, Sukotto continued to run through his thought process. Nearly the moment he stopped paying attention, his breathing fell into a natural form, allowing his running to become much easier than it had been when he was trying to figure out how to manually fix it. As he pressed on, the genin began to wonder what sorts of encounters he would experience with his team of academy students. He expected to see the occasional highwayman and bandit, but what really concerned the Uchiha was running across another shinobi or two. Sukotto knew that he could handle anything at his level or a little higher, but if the Phoenix Flower and his new taijutsu weren't enough to take them down, his entire squad would be put at risk.

The thought of encountering enemies excited as well as unnerved Sukotto, causing the speed of his run to naturally increase. His heart raced and all of his muscles felt a little more lose than before. Petty robbers that would have little or no training would be easy for him to dispatch with a weak shot or two with the Phoenix Flower, so he would allow the academy students to take them on, since he could intervene at any time. He decided that the best course of action to take against a shinobi of equal or slightly more powerful skill would be to have the students back him up, but keep a safe distance so that they couldn't get picked off. However, if they faced a group of shinobi or one that was much more powerful than himself, Sukotto's only choice would be to hold off the opponent while the students ran away. He would have to hope that the shinobi wouldn't bother with the students and simply allow them to go on their way, even though they would be easy to catch up to.

The Uchiha knew there would be serious risks and the mission as a whole would be reckless and put himself and the academy students at serious risk. However, he calculated that the benefit of the training that he would bestow upon the students and the secrets that potentially waited for him in Bird country would make the risk worth it. Of course, the students would be missed by the ones responsible for watching them, so his first assignment for them would be to create an alibi. Traveling to Bird country and discovering how to nullify the evil within his heart would do little if he were found out by the higher ranking shinobi of Shimagakure. This would be such a serious offense that he would likely be put in some sort of holding cell or expelled from the village all together, so he really needed to stress upon the students how important it was. He would tell them that they wouldn't be included on the mission if they couldn't complete this task for him. The Uchiha was going to select academy students that had something special about them and this would be their first test to see if they truly were fit for the squad. If not, he would pick different candidates.

The Uchiha felt confident in the structure of his plan, and that showed in his running. His legs extended in a full and powerful stride as his arms coordinated with them to pull his entire frame forward. His brows were slightly furrowed and his eyes were fixed on the horizon. Sukotto's posture was similarly affected in that he leaned slightly forward to increase his speed through the run, but kept his spine straight, since hunching over would hinder his potential for increasing and maintaining the circular motion of his stride.
Then, he noticed for the first time that snow had begun to pepper the bank of the shoreline. For a moment, Sukotto looked high into the sky and saw that the Sun was high in the air, indicating that it was sometime near noon. His stomach gurgled a little as he realized that he had become quite hungry while going about his daily work without eating. He decided that he would eat in the library after finishing his exercise.

Sukotto began to wonder about what other knowledge to bestow upon the academy students besides teamwork. He considered his own strengths and weaknesses and realized a few things. For one, he heavily relied on his ninjutsu and was working towards building his strength with taijutsu. On the defensive end, he had a lot of speed that could be used to dodge attacks and his Sharingan to aid in defending against genjutsu and in detecting enemies that attempted to hide and use sneak attacks against him. He definitely needed to work on his defense to bring it up to the level of his offense. The Uchiha knew that, for himself, a balance between the two was important to establish so that one could adapt to varied situations. He figured that his best bet would be to assess the students to see what their strengths and weakness were and try his best to determine whether being off balance would be good or bad for them.

Again the Uchiha's thought process shifted. As the control of his mind weakened while continuing to put strain on his body, memories of Ichi began to slip in to his consciousness. It wasn't long before he brought himself back to the training that Ichi had put him through before the beginning of the mission to the Orochi village. He shuddered slightly as he ran, thinking of how it had felt like ages had passed since then when it had actually been only a short time. He could easily remember the little things, especially how Ichi had turned up the intensity of the training as soon as Sukotto had asked for it. Deep down, he knew that the Kage hadn't found his request to be arrogant in any way. Instead, he figured that Ichi had known him well enough to realize that it was just in the younger Uchiha's nature to request for harder training.
